Ever since I updated to the iOS 8.0.2 I can't sign into iCloud or my apple account and I can't open some of the pages
after downloading the new iOS 8.0.2 on my iPad I can't sign into my itunes account or iCloud
struggles to open pages I also have problems with my iPhone 5S since downloading the software

I would recommend reviewing this article. You may want to consider beginning at step five:
iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
Resolution
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.
A restore of the device, and setting it up as new will help with the software issues you've described.

Hello ..do you have a history on the phone? did you get it wet? was it dropped? have you been using an authentic ORIGINAL apple charging cable?
this problem occurs when there is a short circuit in the phone... you most likely got it wet at some point and maybe didnt even realize it? The moisture in the phone hasb probablly oxidized one or several capacitors, integrated chips thereby short circuiting the phone. that is why he phone is acting erratic because these short circuits inadvertently "activates" other circuits.. eventually the phone will not turn on anymore- the heat will stress the citcuit board and you will have discontinuity along your main power lines and the phone will cease to function..i see this alllll the time in our shop
the fact you upgraded to ios6 will even work the phone harder because its a more powerful operating system taking full advantage of the A4 chip.. -

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account on your PC.

I can't sign into iCloud because my Apple ID doesn't work there. For some reason it gave me a .mac email and I don't remember the password. I forgot my password to my iPad and it said to connect to iTunes so I did. I went on Apple support to try and find a way to restore my iPad. The options given were to either sign into iCloud of Find my iPhone and restore it, but it wouldn't work because I didn't download the Find my iPhone app and I wasn't signed into iCloud. My other option was to connect to iTunes and restore it so I tried many times but it keeps saying that the apple software cannot be connected. I used Apple support once again to see if i can sort out the problem but nothing seems to work. Is there anything else that I can do to restore it??
Try this:
1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
2. Connect USB cable to computer
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad -
I have noticed that my iphone 3GS,the app store crashes when trying to view "purchased" apps. I never had this problem until I updated to IO6. I still I have the problem with new update IO6.1. Its only in my main itunes account [email protected] that it crashes when trying to view the "purchased" apps. With my other itunes accounts I can see my purchased apps. I dont understand why this is happening, this is extremely frustrating! I have been using my main account ever since i bought my iphone 3GS over three years now and never had a problem. Please help. I know there are many other out there that have the same problem.Why isn't this problem fixed yet?????

Some other apps say iOS 4+ but don't list the iPod Touch 2nd gen in the description, so I'm guessing they just don't work no matter the OS. However, the apps listed above say OS 3+ and just say ipod touch, so I think they should work. I'm running iTunes 10.3 but not the most recent release, and am updating as I type just in case that's the problem. Thanks for any help or advice! -
I used to see the "Private" in the bottom left cornor of the Bookmarks function when I would go to select a bookmark or retrace my history in Safari. Now I cannot find it anymore. I also am not able to "Clear" my safari history unless I go through several steps, instead of being able to just hit the "Clear" on the bottom right hand corner in Bookmarks, which is still there, but I cannot select it. Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

I have an iPhone 4 with 7.1, but I'm seeing the same Private indicator for both the Reading List and the Web page list.
When you say you have to go through several steps to clear your History, are you talking about doing it via Settings>Safari? If not, then that would at least be a fairly quick way to do it.
Since Private is not showing for you on either the Reading list or the Web page list, try a reset on your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays, go back into Safari and see if anything has changed.
In the mean time, I'm going to continue to look around to see if there is something that controls that (like enable "Private Browsing"....or something along those lines). I'll post back if I find anything....

Ever since I updated to the newest version of iTunes, the iTunes store doesn't appear on my computer
When I did my iOS update I had to update my iTunes. Since then I cannot pull the store up on my computer. It gets halfway through "loading" the store then just goes blank. How can I get my store back??
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

the video is only 20 minutes long. I've exported longer videos in less than 2 hours before so I have no idea what the issue is. The first time I tried to export this same video it started at saying remaining time was around 8 hours, went all the way down and finally finished and then said it there was an error in the export after 8 hours and the exported video wasn't there. So I decided to try the exporting process again, and last night before bed it said about 8 hours to export again. I just woke up and now it's still not finished (over 8 hours later) and NOW the remaining time is over 20 hours!!!! Does anyone else have these issues?

I recently upgraded to Mavericks on my macmini and suddenly it won't connect to my home wifi network. It says I need to move closer to my router whioch is really close and it worked fine before so I doubt this is the issue. Also, my IPad and Macbook connect just fine to the network, so it seems like its localized to my macmini and now funny enough my IPhone. I tried reseting SMC and PRAM, but this didn't help at all. Any helpful suggestions?
