Ever since the update to the IOS7 my ipod will not keep the time. I have reset everything you could reset I have even reset it back to factory settings. I have tried setting the time and date to automatic and manual multiple times but nothing is working.

Try:

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

Since updating my ipad to iOS 6 a few days ago i can't seem to get onto the internet, the app store or itunes, nor can i update to iOS7!! I sent an email to apple support and they said we don't handle these issues and redirected me back to the help forums which i have already seen and tried everything other people have suggested and nothing has worked (changing date, signing in/out of itunes etc). When i go to app store the screen is blank, in itunes it just keeps saying loading but never gets anywhere and same with the internet! When i go to settings to update to iOS 7.0.4 it says software update unavailable, try again later. Not sure what to do now. Nothing works, can't use my apps, facebook, music etc. Will contact apple again and try get some answers. But thanks for any info
Some things to try first:

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

This has happens about twice or three times a day. The last time when I took a photo it shut down even though I had 49% battery. When I tried to restart it I got the connect to a power source icon. Then if I wait a few mins I can restart ok and it then shows the battery level as it was before. Has anyone else had this problem? or know what is wrong and how to solve it. Thanks

Thanks for the question, and detailed information. To completely isolate the issue, you may want to follow these steps:
Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
- Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
- Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion.
Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
- Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
- After at least 15 minutes, if:
- The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
- The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
- Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
- If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
- If the display turns on, go to step 4.
- If the display remains black, go to next step.
- Connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to
restore the iPhone. If the iPhone doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring the iPhone, see this article for further assistance.

I can't pay bills at my bank with the present browser (Safari). The bank suggests I update to the latest Safari, but that will not happen with Snow Leopard. Please make answers simple! I am 73 and love to keep up, but I don't understand a lot of the tech stuff. Thank you!!

The ipod will charge and allow me to access it/touch screen still works. When you click on an ap it is very delayed accessing. Sometimes music takes a while to show up, other times it freezes altogether.
Started a few weeks ago after it sat in a hot vehicle (not in use) for a few hours and hasnt worked since!If you still have problems after restoring the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod you very likely have a hardware problem. Excessive heat will permenently degrade the batter. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

In Itunes i'm unable to update my credit card info. It won't take the security code, but it did before. It also isn't accepting cards at this time.
the security code error is actually generic and just means the card is being rejected, double check your billing info to make sure it matches the card exactly or contact the card issuer to make sure they arent blocking it because of a fraud filter or something similar

Ever since IOS 7, several of my media apps will not open.
Ipad 3...(iTunes, Music, Videos, Amazon Cloud Player, etc.). If I attempt to open them, I get a white screen for a few seconds and then back to the home screen.
I have tried updating, including downloading 7.0.3 today. I have checked the cookies, but it was already set to what all the advice says to do. I have tried the power/home button reset. I was going to try the "backup then restore" method that I have seen some people suggest, but the backup fails every time.
HELP! Any other suggestions?If you are backing up to icloud, try using itunes to do a backup to itunes. Then restore using itunes.

Ever since upgrading to Windows 8 my Itunes 11 will not sync music.
Most of my music disappeared when I updated to Windows 8. So we have been putting all of our cds back into itunes. But I cannot put music on my phone. I can drag the apps to my iphone and they go on fine but not music. Not even music that I purchased through the Itunes store. Any suggestions?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

Ever since I updated my OS, the screen on my Mac will automatically become huge if I keep my mouse on the screen. I can't figure out how to return the screen to a normal size. Any help?
Hold down the 'ctrl' key and scroll backwards on the mouse.
Then go to System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing. Turn off the Zoom feature.
Similarly in Sys Pref > Mouse uncheck the box for 'Zoom using scroll wheel…'
If it still occurs after that there may be a corrupt .plist file. -

How do I stop the iMessages I send and receive on my phone from receiving on my iPad as well? I have tried going into my settings and making sure I'm only set up to receive iMessages to my cell number and not my email....but that didn't fix the problem.
Here the way to do it, for both, or for only one Go into your settings, Messages and turn on iMessage. It will then send messages that are iMessages to both your iPad and iPhone. You can also turn off this feature on the iPad if you do not want to receive messages on the iPad.
