Every time I boot up my new Macbook Pro, I get a pop up message that appears and disappears so fast I don't even know what it is?

Everytime I boot up my new Macbook Pro purchased in March of this year, a pop up appears for just a short second and then goes away, I didn't see this pop up when I originally got my Macbook.

You are still under warranty.   Call Apple Care & ask them.  Or, take the computer to an Apple store or an AASP.  Whichever is more convenient for you.  Let the staff see what you see regarding the pop-up.
