Everytime I try to play a recently downloaded song I am told my computer is to authorized to play the requested song, but the computer is authorized. Went through all the steps iTunes support had on their website and none of them solved the problem.
Not quite sure what to do about this. All of the previous music that I have downloaded works fine but for the past week anything that I purchase from iTunes Store will not play because it states the computer is not authorized to play, but it is authorized and the purchased songs were purchased under the same account.

I am trying to upgrade an ipod cart of version 2.2 ipods to 4.2 so that I can download apps that

Hopefully that will improve very soon. As for not being able to upgrade to Mountain Lion. Don't worry about that too much, Nobody is forcing you to do that. Your Mac Pro won't quit working if it isn't installed. From what I've heard, you should give the new OS a chance, and wait to get it, in case there might be some bugs, or stuff not working with the new OS, which has been known to happen. Yes, we Mac Pro owners don't like being treated like mushrooms-kept in the dark, and being fed......... but Apple is Apple and it will do what it does, and there is nothing you or me can really do to change that. All I can say is....trust, have faith, be patient, go for a walk, do something else to take your mind off of this problem. IF apple decides to drop the Mac Pro for good, and that's a big "IF", I think they will anger a whole bunch of people

I am beyond irritated with apple!! Need help with my appleid!! I have gotten 3 seperate appleidaccounts and it doesn't give me the options to not put my credit card information on their!!!! I can't access any free apps on my phone and I'm mad!!! I called apple and they wanted to charge me 300 dollars to tell me how to fix it!!! I have itunes on 5 of by 8 computers and 6 of the 8 had hard drive issues.
I was unable to deauthorize any of the computers and now I can't watch or listen to any of the tings I've purchased from the iTunes store.

I had this same issue with Seamonkey. I have about 4700 names in my address book. When replying to an email, or creating a new email, the auto email lookup function is very slow and unresponsive. It will generally take 10-20 seconds before it starts to work. Since the update to ver 31, now all my collected email addresses are coming up all red color. It is like all history is gone. It doesn't recognize that these email addresses are in my address book or something...thank you.

While downloading a book from iTunes, my internet service was interrupted and i didn't get the entire book. Now when i try to download it, i get the message that i already have downloaded it. It hit the download button in the purchased section, and nada! How can i re-download the book?

Try this:
Open your iBooks app on your iPad
Select the Store Button at the top
Select Purchased at the bottom
You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book

I'm running Windows 7 and iTunes (and the other Apple programs) wouldn't automatically update. Went through all the options and finally had to delete all Apple files and re-download iTunes. Worked fine, until the next update. Is there a glitch in the system? Does someone know of some proprietory block (I think it is related to Quicktime)? Also, once I re-downloaded everything, cleaned everything up, and deleted duplicate files, I closed down my computer. When I re-started it, iTunes was "brand new" -- all of my music, organization, tagging, etc. was gone and had to start over. Idea?
Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!
