Exception CX_WD_BAD_ARGS when pressing button

Hi,
I am currently working on a web dynpro application that has a tab strip on the main view a separate view for every tab.
In order to be able to store the data, I added a SAVE button to the main view. Unfortunately, the exception CX_WD_BAD_ARGS is raised, when I press this button.
When I put the button on one of the tab strips, it works fine.
Could you tell me, why I get this exception, when I put the button on the main view?

Hi Fabian,
I think that the problem is not, in which view you have called the action, but the parameter at the action handler. Just delete the parameter VIIEW, and it should work. You may declare only those parameters of an action handler, which are filled by the UI element, when the event is triggered (the list of action parameters is available in the documentation of the UI elements).

SC workflow start when pressing button held

Hi,
When we create a SC and then press button hold the approval workflow is started in status waiting. The problem with that is that it already has decided the approvers from the values in the SC when hold was pressed. If we then changes something in the SC that has an impact on the approval it is not considered when we press button order. The workflow continues with the first found approvers.
I have tested to set BBP_WFL_SECURITY to 2 (restart workflow when changes), but this does not seem to have an impact before the SC has been ordered.
Is it possible to turn of the start of the workflow until the button order is pressed? We do not want the workflow to start on hold button and then just wait for the order button to be pressed before continuing..
All tips are appriciated!

N73 ME slow / lag when pressing buttons & keys

My N73 is just 3 days old but whenever I try to start composing messages, the keys lag for the first 5 or so characters, I have to wait for X seconds just to type in another character. It also happens when I edit contacts names or just about every time I try to do something that involves keying/pressing the buttons.
It also happens when my phone is in stand by for a couple of minutes, then when I try to unlock the keys, I would have to try it 4 x until it gets unlocked successfully... It also happens when I access the menu. Sometimes I have to press the menu key 3-4 x just to get to the actual menu page.
I did install the sms accelerator, although I didn't have problems sending SMS.
But now what? How to get rid of the key lag?
Anyone?

actually, i have my messages on the phone... i think the problem lies on the key response time because it can't cope up with fast keying, i think.
yeah there is an sms accelerator for n73, i got it at the n73 support page.. although i don't know what it's really for anyway as I don't see any changes on the phone's performance.

How to delete rows from multiple tables when pressing button

Hi, I'm wondering how do I delete a row from two different tables at the same time when I press the Delete button. Both tables have GROUP_ID as their primary key.

Nevermind! I realized that I had "reset" before my process to delete from the 2nd table.

Website goes blank when press button

I'm more of a motion graphic designer than a web designer so
don't know too much about the technical side of things when it
comes to the web.
I have recently built a website which can be viewed at
www.birdmancreative.co.uk
On some computers it works fine but the majority of times
when you first view it and click a button the site goes black. Then
if you hit refresh it will works fine. It's as if there is a bug in
there but i don't know what I'm looking for.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Something you are doing is not browser friendly. It worked
fine for me in IE7, but did just what you said when I tried it in
Firefox.
Are you using any Javascript? It seems like the problem is
not with the flash file itself, but with the way it is being called
into the browser/html.

No sound when pressing buttons

My iPod shuffle 4gen is acting weird.
Whenever I press the sound button or slide the shuffle, play in order button, I can't hear any sound. I restored the iPod and so on and still nothing changed.
Can someone help me with this? I have no clue about what's happening to my iPod shuffle.

No it is not that.
After charging it over 50% it started to work.
I think there is a bug in software.Cause it happened to me 3 times already.
Someone wrote to clean the docking conector.It could be what happened to mine after I change charging place.
So far no problem untill next time.
There was sounds in some applications but not all of them.And sound was working with headphones.

Malfunctioning printer call to DLBAPRP,DLL FOR DELL PRINTER A940, ERROR 126. This error occurs when pressing properties button. Is there a patch to fix this?

IF it is a manufacturing defect and you bought the device from Apple or an authorized Apple retailer, then take it into Apple.

Boolean button changes color briefly when pressed

Hi, I am using Boolean button as a toggle, so I only want text changes when it is pressed with no changes to button appearance.
I am able to change the color for On in properties to match the Off color (I am using the Silver palette so normally On is yellow), however when the boolean button is changes to On, there's a brief changes of color still. Is there any way I can get rid of it?
In fact some of my buttons blink black while others blink yellow. I have no idea where that is set.

There are 4 colors for booleans ON and OFF plus going from ON to OFF and going from OFF to ON
You only see the transition color when you have the Mech latching set to "latch when released"
Set it to "Latch when pressed" and you will not see the transition colors
You can set all 4 colors by using the Colors [4] Property

Is there a way to automatically shut down laptop when power button pressed?

Of all the things I am having to struggle through a learning curve on MacOS (converted from Windows), this might seem like a rather benign concern, but I'm going to ask anyway. . .
I would like for my laptop to automatically go through a shutdown process when the power button is pressed - that is, bypass the dialog box that appears when hitting the power button that gives you the option to restart/shutdown, etc.
I've looked in all of my system preferences without anything that controls the behavior of this button so I imagine there might be a terminal command or an app that might accomplish this?
Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

I'm trying to set up my MacOS to have the power button automatically go through the shutdown process as IF I had actually clicked on a confirmation box to shut down the computer.
I don't know of any way of doing that... perhaps there's a 'haxie' out there that would generate a shutdown command when pressing the power button, but I don't know of one.

Acrobat 9 (CS4) Freezes when pressing 'Print' button

Hi all,
I am having a problem with Acrobat Pro 9.0.0 in that when I go to print (with any setting/printer etc) selected, the dialog freezes after pressing the 'Print' button. Therefore I must force-quit to start Acrobat again.
I have tried trashing the preferences, removing Acrobat 9 altogether & re-installing and nothing seems to be helping.
I have also tried all sorts of different PDF files both created by myself as well as random PDF's from elsewhere.
What also seems to happen is that the blue 'Print' button pulses while waiting to be pressed and then when pressed goes blue and stops pulsing and that is where it stays frozen.
Please let me know if you need any more information or details of the configuration I am using.
ps. I have Acrobat Professional 8.1.3 also installed which works fine including printing.

If MacKeeper corrupted the Recovery partition then even I underestimated its potential for damage. Garbage "cleaning" apps will cause misery but I have not found that the Recovery partition to have been affected by using MacKeeper or anything like it. I doubt that it did so, but I have learned not to underestimate the potential for such things to result in system corruption.
Before concluding your Mac has a hardware failure, try booting OS X Internet Recovery by holding command option r on startup (three fingers). That will force your iMac to bypass the Recovery partition altogether, and convey the ability to create a new one.
An Internet connection will be required (wired or wireless).
At the Mac OS X Utilities screen, select Disk Utility. Select your startup volume (usually named "Macintosh HD") and click the Repair Disk button. Describe any errors it reports in red. If Disk Utility reports "The volume Macintosh HD appears to be OK" in green then you can be reasonably (though not completely) assured your hard disk is in good working order.
Assuming the HD remains usable you can then use Disk Utility to erase it. Reinstall OS X, restore your essential software and other files, and don't reinstall the junk.

Must be serious because you have stated the problem 4 times now.
Here are a number of things that you can try and maybe one of them will help.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
You can also try going to the App Store, find an app that needs an update, tap on the app icon to bring up the description page, then tap on install that way, rather than using the Update option from the app updates screen.
And ... You can always install the updates in iTunes on your computer and then sync them to the iPad.

Huh.. Interesting. I went back to check these proceedures and found there is a difference between using the return key or the space bar as the action command.
tabbing the blue ring moves the selection and then spacebar takes that action. The return key takes action of only the blue collored button.
