Exception when I'm trying to sign my certificate file, take a look please!

I would like to know why i'm getting this excetion below
when i try to sign my certificate file:
"keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Alias <server-alias>
has no (private) key"
After I execute the following commands:
creating a keystore
<JAVA_HOME>\bin\keytool -genkey -alias server-alias
-keyalg RSA -keypass mypass -storepass mypass
-keystore keystore.jks
exporting the keystore into server.cer
<JAVA_HOME>\bin\keytool -export -alias server-alias
-storepass mypass -file server.cer -keystore keystore.jks
creating a trust-store file:
<JAVA_HOME>\bin\keytool -import -v -trustcacerts
-alias server-alias -file server.cer
-keystore cacerts.jks -keypass mypass
-storepass mypass
then When I try to sign my certificate with this command:
keytool -certreq -alias server-alias -keyalg RSA
-file <csr_filename> -keystore cacerts.jks
I get the exception:
"keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Alias <server-alias>
has no (private) key"

then you will need to enter credit card details before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
If you don't have a credit card then you will need to create a new account, and follow those instructions. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to remove it from that account first e.g.by logging into it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com - you should then be able to use it on a new account.

I recently purchased a movie on i tunes which is not showing in my purchased file. I downloaded it on my ipad but cannot see the file on I tunes. Ipad lost so trying to retrieve a movie file. Any ideas please?

My Apple ID was disabled. I reseted it successfully. Afterwards, when I am trying to update the pending apps in App Store on my phone, in order to sign in to iTunes Store I am requested to enter a password to the wrong Apple ID which definitely does not belong to me ('[email protected]'). Of course, I don't know this password and, consequently, I can't connect to Itunes Store on my Iphone. As a result my Viber and Facetime are not active in the meanwhile. What should I do? Was it new or second hand?
You have to sign out then sign in with the correct Apple ID and password.

Weird Problem trying to sign into my App Store Account ? Please Help !!
Im having a very weird problem trying to sign into my App store account to update my apps and to purchase new Apps. Ive tried to search the net but I cant seem to solve my problem.
Here is whats happening
My Email address is correct in my iTunes Account and also my App Store account. (which is basically the same anyway)
The problem I am having Is that when I try to download an App my old email address still shows up when it requests my password.
The weird part is that my email address is correct in my itunes and also at the bottom of my app store. Yet my old email is showing up when I try to sign into the App store.
Here are the steps Ive taken already to fix this problem and have failed.
I have signed out of my itunes and app store and signed back in..FAILED.
I went into my setting -STORE and signed out and back in..FAILED.
I dont understand why my old email is still showing up when I try to sign in to update or download an App !!!!

Apps are DRM protected & tied to the account that was used to originally purchase them. Were these apps purchased using your old account details? -

Trying to create a certificate file using keytool -help!
Hi, I've followed a series of instructions using Terminal to create a certificate. Terminal produced a file and when i open it using Text Edit its about 20 lines long worth of code. I was hoping it would provide a certificate I could use. Maybe it has, I just don't know what I'm looking for!
Im working in Viewer Builder and I'm in the Provisioning tab trying to enter the "Application ID"
I'm totally stuck here. Please help!I'm using DPS pro. My app is for Android but won't be going as far as Google Play or Amazon. It's for internal use so I want to create an APK file to distribute via email. These are the set of instructions I'm following. I'm struggling to get this to work. What should I see when this has worked? Also what do I need to enter for the Application ID?

(Mac OS) Create a certificate file using Keytool
Open Terminal, which is located in the Applications > Utilities folder.
Type (or paste) the following line (replace “myname.key.p12” with the actual name of your certificate):

Specifying “10000” sets the expiration date after 22 October 2033.
Enter and reenter a password. Until the Viewer Builder supports the creation of custom Android apps, it's necessary to share this password with Adobe. Create a password that you can share.
Follow the prompts to specify the certificate information.
When prompted to confirm choices, enter yes, and then press Return to use the same password.
A certificate is created in your prompt location, such as your user name folder. Copy this certificate file to a known location. Write down the password as well. -
Error when trying to sign a .apk file
I am having a problem with signing my unsigned .apk file.
When ever I try to enter this command "`jarsigner –verbose –sigalg MD5withRSA –digestalg SHA1 –keystore my-release-key.keystore AmazonInAppSample-release-unsigned.apk alias_name`"
I get this error:
jarsigner error: java.lang.RuntimeException: keystore load: /Users/user7259/.keystore (No such file or directory)
I executed this command with my current directory being the bin folder where my keystore and .apk file are found.
I also made sure I entered the correct password.
If I try to enter a blank pass i get this message:
jarsigner: you must enter key password
If I try to enter a correct or invalid password, I get this message:
jarsigner error: java.lang.RuntimeException: keystore load: /Users/user7259/.keystore (No such file or directory)
Update:
Do I need Java JDK 7 installed to use the –sigalg MD5withRSA –digestalg SHA1 ?In computer search. You can also press windows key + R and paste there.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Why doesn't my keyboard work when I am trying to sign up for 3G
Whenever I try to sign up for a month of 3G (AT&T), I am unable to fill out the form because the keyboard does not respond. The form will respond to a touch to select a field, but not respond to the keystrokes on the keypad. The only way that I have been able to make it work is to copy and paste from notepad. That is not a satisfactory solution because I am unable to toggle back and forth to notepad to retrieve the next field entry.
Please help...Upgrading to iOS 5.0.1. solved this problem.
