Hi Hari
1) Just check if you have  Installed WinRM IIS Extension:
Server Manager | Features | Add Features | Win RM IIS Extension
2.  Check the Time sync between Exchange Server and your domain controller.
If you see any delay response between Exchange server and Domain Controller.
Run w32tm /resync
If you running Exchange servers in Hyper-V Environment, Follow the below navigation,
Configure Kerberos Authentication
Start Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
In the Connections pane, expand Default Web Site, and then click PowerShell.
In the /PowerShell Home pane, double-click Modules.
Confirm that Kerbauth is a native module.
Confirm that the path of the Kerbauth.dll file is C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\v14\Bin\kerbauth.dll.
Verify that the Kerbauth module is registered but not enabled on the default Web site. To do this, follow these steps:
a.   Click the default Web site in the Connections pane, and then double-click Modules in the results pane.
b.  In the Actions pane, click Configure Native Modules.
c.   If Kerbauth is not listed in the Configure Native Modules dialog box, click Register. In the Register Native Module dialog box, type the name and path of the Kerbauth module, and then click OK.
d.  If Kerbauth is enabled, click to clear the Kerbauth check box.
e.   Click OK.
4.  Clear the SSL Require settings in IIS.
Start Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
In the Connections pane, expand Default Web Site, and then click PowerShell.
In the Results pane, double-click SSL Settings.
On the SSL Settings property page, click to clear the Require SSL check box.
In the Actions pane, click Apply
Try configuring kerberos Authentication

  • Outlook 2010 and 2013 are unable to connect but OWA (and mail routing) works fine

    Hi-
Not sure why but this past Sunday (just after DST adjustment) outlook clients (using 2010 and 2013) were unable to connect to an Exchange 2013 server.  OWA and mail routing (internal and external) is working fine.  I've even tried on multiple machines
and all of them experience the same issue.  On a new machine with a fresh version of outlook 2013 installed here is what happens:
    Click on Outlook 2013
Click Next until the account setup is displayed.
    Name and email is auto-populated
    Established network connection is good
Searching for email address settings is good (once the self-signed exchange 2013 cert is accepted)
And then the logging onto the mail server fails.  The first pop-up is:
The Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable.  Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
Clicking "OK" is followed up with a window with the Microsoft Exchange connection info.
It lists Microsoft Exchange server which is populated with: GUID@<domain suffix>
Mailbox which is populated with: =SMTP:<Valid Email address>
On the Exchange Server I have noticed that the Web Management Service (WMSVC) is stopped and will not start.  Starting the service outputs:
    EventID 7024
"The Web Management Service terminated with the following service-specific error:  Unspecified error"
    Not really helpful :)
Since this is only happening with Outlook on multiple clients I'm expecting something with Exchange or the ability for outlook to connect to exchange.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi
I know this is an old post, but I'm having a very similar issue. I have CU6 installed and all other client connectivity apart from internal Outlook connectivity is working fine. I have distributed the new Self-Signed Certificate and the tested to verify
the clients trust it. I have tried on multiple machine with multiple accounts and none of them connect.
    I'm at the stage of reinstalling, but I would rather troubleshoot the problem, just in case ever hit the same wall in the future. I have run Test-OutlookConnectivity with the following output;

  • Exchange 2013: how to set up multiple domain for OWA and ECP

    Exchange 2013 on Windows 2012R2
Currently we have set this up using the guide below:
    http://mouzzamh.wordpress.com/2013/02/04/accessing-owa-from-multiple-domain-url/
We can access OWA and ECP using the internal IP address/owa or ECP but when we use the URL it fails.
We gave it an external IP address as well just to check if it will externally since the external DNS are pointing to the correct records: same issue it only works on IP address/owa or /ecp
We were able to follow the guide from start to finish including the certs..
The only difference on the guide and our exchange IIS environment for the new website is when he mentioned "Under IIS Settings / ISAPI and CGI Restrictions" we only have "ISAPI filters"...." ISAPI and CGI Restrictions" is only
applicable to the default and backend website..
Also, when the guide points to the path, should it be the new website path?
Or maybe to avoid confusion, can anyone guide me on how to do it or any other guide that helped you if ever you had the same issue as mine?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
Please run the following to check your OWA virtual directories for all web sites:
    Get-OWAVirtualDirectory | FL Identity,*URL*,path
Personal suggestion, please consider to deploy another new CAS server. Then we can configure different OWA URLs in different servers. And pointed mail.domain.com and webmail.domain.com to two CAS servers respectively.

  • Deploy exchange 2013 with current Exchange 2007 organization

    Dear All
our company will update exchange 2007 to exchange 2013, on AD site we already update Forest functional level and Domain functinal level  to Windows 2003 ( can not up to windows 2008 yet because have some ad that run windows 2003 server
) but one thing that I'm not sure, between migration we can not full tranfer mailbox form exchange 2007 to exchange 2013 in one time, we need to migrate on night time manybe one day we can migrate only 100 user per night, my question is
    1. which exchange 2013 server role that we will install first ( mailbox or CAS)
    2. on migration time, can we let's user used exchange 2007 to main of OWA and SMTP or not? we need all user's mailbox tranfer to exchange 2013 complete first after that we will switch OWA and SMTP

    1. Mailbox, or install both on the same server at the same time.   (Edited:  First I said CAS, which used to be true, but now you need the Mailbox role to run PowerShell, so you have to install Mailbox first.  Consider a dual-role server,
however, because there aren't a lot of cases where you need separate CAS and Mailbox role servers.)
    2. You cannot.  Exchange 2013 mailbox users must use the Exchange 2013 CAS.  You can have users use their respective CAS while migrating, but that requires two sets of URLs and is therefore more confusing for the end user.  I recommend planning
to deploy Exchange 2013 CAS, a legacy URL for Exchange 2007, and switch your hostnames to Exchange 2013.  This is all spelled out in the Exchange 2013 documentation.

  • Exchange 2013 with CAS and HLB in different sites

    Hello...
Coming son, we'll deploy Exchange 2013 with high availability in all roles. The CAS and Hub Transport roles, are with a HLB; and the Mailbox with DAG. The infrastructure is formed by:
    Citi1:
    - AD Site 1
    - 1 Hardware Load Balance: HLB01 to load balance the CAS and Hub Transport of Exc01 and Exc02
    - 2 Exchange: Exc01 and Exc02 multiroles Exchange Server 2013
    - 1 DAG for Citi1 databases: conformed by the Exc01 and Exc02
    Citi2:
    - AD Site 2
    - 1 Hardware Load Balance: HLB02 to load balance the CAS and Hub Transport of Exc03 and Exc04
    - 2 Exchange: Exc03 and Exc04 multiroles Exchange Server 2013
    - 1 DAG for Citi2 databases: conformed by the Exc03 and Exc04
The Active Directory is one forest with one domain. The Domain Controllers are Windows Server 2012. The Site1 and Site 2 are connected by a WAN link. The accepted domain is domain.com. The smtp address is @domain.com
How to make that users of Citi1 always connect throught the HLB01 to their mailboxes; and the users of Citi2 always connect throught the HLB02 to their mailboxes if the autodiscover.domain.com is the same for all users?
I have not found documentation about
    this architecture. Please help me.
    Thank you very much.
    Best regards, Javier Uribe

    Hi javier,
In this issue, I guess you can try to use site affinity for the Autodiscover service for intranet-based traffic.
To use site affinity, you specify which Active Directory sites are preferred for clients to connect to a particular Autodiscover service
    instance.
You configure site affinity by using the
Set-ClientAccessServer cmdlet. This cmdlet lets you specify the preferred Active Directory sites for connecting to the Autodiscover service on a specific Client Access server. After you configure site affinity for the Autodiscover service,
the client will connect to the Autodiscover service as you specified.
According to your needs, you might want to allow users in the site1 to use site1, users in site2 to use site2 to access the Autodiscover Service.
You can configure site scope for Client Access servers in the Site1 by following command.
    Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity "site1-cas" -AutodiscoverServiceInternalURI "https://internal.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml" –AutodiscoverServiceSiteScope “site1”
    The Command for Site2.
    Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity "site2-cas" -AutodiscoverServiceInternalURI "https://internal.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml" –AutodiscoverServiceSiteScope “site2”
    Hope it helps
    Best regards

  • Migration Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 with CAS Array and DAG

    Dear All,
I am starting the migration of Exchange 2010 2 servers (CAS/Mailbox) with DAG no CAS Array to Exchange 2013 with 2 servers CAS array and 2 Mailbox servers with DAG. I read on some blogs that no requirement of CAS array on Exchange 2013. My concern how to
configure NLB on CAS servers for the client to connect.
Please guide and have any deployment guide for this, kindly share.
    Thanks

    Hi ,
As you said there is no use and meaning of having the cas array in exchange 2013 and also thanks a lot to Microsoft for introducing an single namespace facility in exchange 2013.
My suggestion and Microsoft recommendation should be to go with hardware load balancers for exchange 2013 rather than using the windows NLB and round robin method.
Why we need to go for HLB ?
    Disadvantages
of some load balancing methods :
    Windows
    NLB :-
If you use Windows NLB then it can provide redundancy on server level failure and not on application level.
    DNS
    round robin :-
In case if we use the windows round robin method for load balancing then it wouldn't provide server level
and application level redundancy during the failures. At the Same time we need to manually adjust the DNS records during the server failure but on the client end dns caches will create the issues.
Configuring NLB for exchange 2013 :
    http://msexchangeguru.com/2013/08/14/windowsnlb/
NLB configurations for exchange 2010 and 2013 will be same.
Configuring round robin for exchange 2013 :
    http://exchangeserverpro.com/exchange-2013-client-access-server-high-availability/
Advisable method is to have the CAS and MBX roles on the same box if NLB not comes it to play.Because windows failover clustering and NLB cannot be configured on the same box.In exchange 2013 cas role is a stateless server role so there is no need to have
that role on a separate box.

  • HT1349 iphone 4S - my wifi keeps dropping or it comes up with a message "unable to connect"

iphone 4S - my wifi keeps dropping or it comes up with a message "unable to connect"

    1. Did this just start randomly, or have you ever been able to connect to this network?
    2. Does this phone connect to other wifi networks?
    3. What is the strenght of the wifi connection when you are close to the router (1-3 bars)?
Try to isolate and see if this is just an issue with just this network. If so, and you have access to the settings on the router, I would test out with no security or a different chanel. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4199 gives all of the recomended settings for wifi networks so that the phone should work optimally with that network
If you are having this same issue with all wifi networks and have gone through a full restore of the phone to new, then you likely have a hardware issue with your phone and may need to look at repair/replacement to resolve this.

  • Exchange 2013 with CU3 and silent redirection to different AD site

    After updating
Exchange 2013 CU2 to Exchange 2013 CU3, OWA silent site redirection feature become not available. The customer has two Exchange 2013 sites. Before we updated to CU3, user whose mailbox located on site A, could be automatically redirected to OWA on
site A, after he logged on to OWA on site B. IE gives Error page and bring out link to the OWA page on site A. Here is screenshot about issue workaround.
Hopefully someone will help with some hint because it is quite anoying.
All other stuff works good, Outlook anywhere, autodiscover, only this remained.
    Thanks in advance,
    Fajar

    Hi Angela,
According to your description, OWA request cannot be automatically redirected after upgrade.
YESS after upgrade Exchange 2013 CU2 to CU3. CU2 not problem.
    1. Will OWA work well if you manually click the OWA URL  in the web page?
If i click manual, OWA Url in web page, OWA work well...
PS Command "Get-OWAVirtualDirectory | fl CrossSiteRedirectType"
ONLY HAVE ON EXCHANGE 2010 NOT ON EXCHANGE 2013.
    2. Do you can login OWA in site A?
My Mailbox on Site-A, if i login OWA Site A (owa-A.domain.com), OWA work well & i can access my email.
But... if i login from OWA Site-B (owa-B.domain.com), OWA not automatic silent redirect to Site-A, and i must click link below "Use following link to open to mailbox with the best performance https://owa-a.domain.com/owa/auth.owa
My friend Mailbox on Site-B, if he login to OWA Site B (owa-B.domain.com), OWA-B work well & he can access email.
But.. if he login from OWA Site-A (owa-A.domain.com), OWA not automatic silent redirection to Site-B, and he must click link below "Use following link to open to mailbox with the best performance https://owa-b.domain.com/owa/auth.owa
    3. Check the IIS log on site B CAS server and find if there is any error about the redirection.
whether there is a bug in CU3?
Hopefully someone will help with some hint because it is quite anoying on our custommer.

Just updated to iOS6 unable to connect to Appstore and passbook doesn't work?

Okay, we'll try the technique from the following post. Be sure to be logged in to your usual user account when doing so. (Otherwise you'll be editing the wrong set of HKEY_CURRENT_USER keys.)

    Hi
I am unable to connect to CMC and Java Infoview. When I am attempting to connect, then the following message is displayed.
"Oops! Internet Explorer could not connect to <web server>:<port number>"
    Please give me some suggestions.
    Thanks!

    Hi Stratos
I uninstalled the designer and repaired Crystal Reports Server. But it did not help.
The CMS is running now. But I cannot find all the other services and I am getting the same error when I try to open CMC or InfoView.
I found some of these errors in my system's event viewer:
NT Service message: NT Service Initialization Problem.
The root server reported an error Initialization Failure.
The source for both these errors is BusinessObjects_CMS.
    Please suggest something
    Thanks

  • Can we connect Outlook with Exchange 2013 with the default Self-signed certificate?

    Hi,
the question is very simple, but after several days searching in this forums and in the web I have not been able to find a definitive answer YES or NOT. I know that Self-signed certificates are not for a production enviroment and only for labs and we must
purchase a third party certificate or get one from a internal CA.
Anyone can answer this question with no doubt?
    Thanks in advance!
    jspt

    Hi Abhi,
I wrote this question because in a recent migration to 2013 from 2007 we've found with this problem: you can view it in the post http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/1ddd1e81-1061-4461-95dd-13de653ef8fe/outlook-cant-connect-with-exchange-2013-after-migration-from-exchange-2007?forum=exchangesvrdeploy.
Also I have installed a new exchange 2013 in a lab enviroment and I also have unabled to connect from a Outlook 2013. The problem is the same Outlook is unable to detect the exchange server. Many people in this forums told me that have to be a certificate
problem and for that I posted this question. Honestly, I don't know how to do for Outlook can be connect with Exchange 2013. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
    Anyway thanks for your answer.
