Execute Query problem in viewing the Image
Hi all,
I've created a table with the following command
Create table test (id Number(5),img_File Blob);
Now i've created a form, where in the I've placed two fields (id and Img_File). The data type for the Img_File field is Image Item. I'm able to see that it is getting saved.
I've seen it using the toad that the data is being inserted into the table. When i try to press f7 and then f8(i.e.., Enter Quey, Execute Query). I'm getting the following error.
ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected got
My block is based on the table. I'm using Forms 6i, Windows XP. My doubt is why the error is not showing the datatype (for Ex. Expected Number got date).
If any one has worked on the Blob, then can suggest me.

Alok Dubey
Hi,
Thanks for your replies. I've used Long Raw data type for the image column. it started get queying.
i've a doubt that whether it is same in Forms 6i and Forms 10g also(i.e.., Both the versions use the Long for the images). As BLob has more advantages than
the Long raw. As this is the Oracle recommendation, I want to use Blob. Is there any work around to it.

Alok Dubey

Problem in viewing the Image in BLOB
Hi,
I am using the Toad 8.0. I have one problem, I inserted approx 2.5 million records in one table say V_Images using the SQL Loader, there are few records in Table where image is not loaded properly. Approx 99% is done only 1% is having wrong data, We want to identify and delete that, where no image is loaded. Is there any function or method to check those records which doesnt have Image.
Please let me know,
Thanks in adv.You can probably check the Length of the BLOB column.

How to view the image as cylindrical view in panorama image viewer?
i am facing the problem to view the image as cylindrical view.
i.e, the image moved at the end position ,the image seems to jump to the start.
instead of this the image should view as cylindrical view. i.e, that the end of the image sticks to the beginning of the image.

}plz help me regarding this conceptI have learnt a technique when I am programming in flash.
Assume you have a photo cat.jpg with 10 units in width and 10 units in height. You can have a view(viewport) 10 units in width and 10 units in height.
The following shows the width of the photo:
012345679
To show an effect of panorama, you can draw 2 photo at any time. I assume the eyesight of a person move from left to right with 1 unit at a time.
The original image is 0123456789.
If the person move eyesight to right by one unit, the image become
1234567890
If the person move eyesight to right by one more unit, the image become
2345678901
You can program the by drawing 2 images at any time.
0123456789(zero width for second image)
123456789(0, 1 unit in width in second image)
23456789(01, 2 unit in width in second image)
To display part of image, try this link to a program to crop image
http://www.java2s.com/Code/Java/2D-Graphics-GUI/Imagecrop.htm -
One more reason to put my iMAC at the curb. I can open and view Picasa photo links when I sign in via Google, but if I'm in Mail and click on the Picasa image link (my own or one someone else sends me) I can't view the images. They are all blank white squares. This started a few weeks ago. Why can't I view Picasa link images through Mail?

what do i do when iPhoto Deletes my recent pic's all the way to 2010????? i opened the program and it said i needed to update my library otherwise i wouldn't be able to view the images that were not updated…… and now they are gone!!!!!! WHat do i do!!!!!! Is this some type a virus???? my mac is protected!!!!! tried to chat with an IT person but they keep asking if its like a tech problem and it is just iphoto
You should get your keyboard checked as it's repeating on a lot of keys and makes you look silly.
There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have. -
Unable to View the Images in OBIEE Title view
Hi All,
I am trying to add a image in the title view of Answers interface.
I placed my image in jpeg format in the following 2 paths.
C:\OracleBI\oc4j_bi\j2ee\home\applications\analytics\analytics\res\s_oracle10\images
and
C:\OracleBI\web\app\res\s_oracle10\images
I restarted oc4j , biserver & presentation server..
But I am not able to view the image. It shows a Red X botton.
I checked my Internet explorer settingg. Everything is fine.
Please guide me.

I cant view the image when camera is on
Use the "Camera" app to make images.
Use "Photos" to view or organize them.
For more info or help with other apps, see your iPhone iOS 8.1 User Guide or see it here on the internet.

sidharthaHi,
that'S exactly what hide repeated key values does. If this option is on your result is:
Kh02 1000 1500
blank 500 456
blank 600 700
kh03 400 500
balnk 500 600
If you turn it off, the result will be:
Kh02 1000 1500
Kh02 500 456
kh02 600 700
kh03 400 500
kh03 500 600
Exaclty what you want. Try it, it should work

Hi
I am a keen photographer and I have just bought you SD card reader for ipad. This works well but was winding if there is an app that I can view the images on the SD card full screen without having to import them to the iPad or is there a way to do this on the iPad
The reason for buy this was for when I was out and about to get a better view off my images.
I have a iPad 2 16gb
Hope you can help!
ThanksA couple of weeks ago, (after reading a review in TUAW) I bought a wireless hub/ SD card reader called RAVPower. its app comes with a built in viewer, so you can load it up, and see the pics full screen.

I am having difficulty viewing large fine J-peg files (Nikon D100) in Lightroom. I can see the images on my camera but I do not see the images after I have imported the images from my card reader. What is the best way to trouble shoot this? I shot RAW images a few days earlier I didn't have any problems.
1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now? -
Problem with viewing imported images
Not sure if anyone has any ideas for me (I'm getting to the point of uninstalling and doing a reinstall to see if it works)
I have been using PSE6 for months and all of a sudden I am having a problem. Usually, when I import photos (whether JPEG or RAW) the image shows up on my organizer screen. I can see my JPEG file image thumbnails in whatever drive/folder I have saved them to and as per the norm I cannot view the RAW files. I know that I have to edit them and save to be able to view them in the folder thumbnails.
Last night I was importing RAW images and once the import was completed the images appeared as a grey rectangle with the dreaded hourglass and they do not convert to the images. However, if I click on the gray rectangle the image will appear in a new screen but you can imagine how painstaking that would be to have to click on each photo (and I take a lot!) to just see what it was. I was using both a new SD card and a new card reader so I attempted the import twice more with the same results. I then attempted importing with old cards, old readers, hooking the camera to the computer itself with the same results. I switched my camera back to JPEG and still no luck in the organizer screen. However, when going to the folder that they were downloaded to the JPEG images did show up as usual.
Have I just clicked on a button in PSE6 that I need to unclick? The "display" option at the top right has "thumbnail view" checked. I really have no idea what is going on so any help or suggestions would be really appreciated.
Thanks! There's now an official Adobe tech note with the same solution:

Execute Query Problem (Urgent)
Hi,
I have created customized horizontal toolbar. There I placed the buttons
1. Enter Query
2. Execute Query
3. Cancel Query
When I press the Enter Query Button "Go_Block(My_Block) ; Enter_Query ;", it works fine and goes into enter query mode, but when i click Execute Query button "Go_Block(My_Block) ; Execute_Query ;" it does not work and show me the message Press Ctrl+F11 to execute or F4 to Cancel query.
any solution plz.
Faisal.I am assuming you are using FORMS6i Client/Server (big assumption these days I know but here goes...!!)
From your reply I think you misunderstood my suggestion!
When you moved the button into your query block, you discovered the problem! As the button (and current focus) is in the query block, the query can now execute successfully.
When the button is in the button block with MOUSE_NAVIGATE property set to TRUE, pressing the button will move CURRENT FOCUS back to this block and therefore the query cannot execute.
You have to set MOUSE_NAVIGATE property on the button to FALSE.
If you are still struggling, email me to save time!!
