Export to excel popup after SP upgrade

Question

Hi,
We had upgraded from SP level 7 to SP level 15 and after the upgrade - if we generate any output in suim and go to List - Export - Spreadsheet, a new popup box asks the following options:
Formats:
- Excel (in MHTML Format)
- Star Office 8 Calc / Open Office.org 2.0 Calc
- All Available Formats
If i choose "All available formats" and give "Excel (in existing XXL Format) and tick the "Always Use Selected Format", it does not ask for this popup again, it also puts an entry in the table SALV_BS_ADMIN.  But, i have to ask all the 1400 users to do this.
I had referred to note 1080608 and set the valies in the report SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN, but, it does not have the Excel XXL format option in it.
Can some one please suggest whether there is a way where I can set the "Excel (in existing XXL format) by default for all users.

Hi Priya,
SALV_BS_ADMIN_XXL  with the value "X" was added in the parameters tab in su01, this parameter needs to be added to the user who will be executing the report SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN.
After adding the parameter, the value XXL appears when you execute the report SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN
Once you add an entry for all users with the value XXL, then, the popup does not appear, instead, it saves the file as a spreadsheet file.
