Extending dreamweaver with custom ssi functions ?

Hi
I read many posts about ssi and virtual function. Il could'nt find answer to my problem.
i want to use all the capabilities of DW for ssi inclusion using php virtual function :
absolute path from site root, visual rendering in creation mode, automatic path calculation ...
but i don't want to use virtual function, because i'll won't be all the time on apache server.
i don't want to use native require or include php function because my framework need absolute path from site root.
I would liket to tell dreaweaver to treat myIncludeFunction() exactly as it does with virtual function.
so i was expecting to extend Dreamweaver with customs tags. I read part of the Frecnh manual, extending dreamweaver
but i couldn't manage to do this.
Someone know the issue, or extensions taht could do this ?
Thanks
(sorry if my english is not good, my french is better )

  • CRM Survey Suite - Validate fields with custom Java Function

    Hi all,
    Does anybody now how to validate the survey fields when pressing a custom button and before submitting it to the CRM database?
    If I add a custom field, it appears in the html as:
    <a onMouseOver='return true;' href="javascript:void(0)" onClick="return htmlbSL(this,2,'SUBMIT:SUBMIT')" class="sapBtnStd" id="CHECK_VALUES"><nobr>CheckValues</nobr></a>
    Which makes impossible to handle the event with a client side function defined in java script in the html code.
    I've tried to setup the EXAMPLE_DYNAMIC_SURVEY, but I wasn't successful.
    Any tips?

    Note 945112 "Addition of Javascript validation to onSubmit event" was created.

  • Extend OWSM with Custom Policy Step: MessageContext.setResponseMessage()?

    Hi,
    I intend to create a custom policy step for OWSM.
    In the execute method of my step (that extends AbstractStep) I want to set the Response Message using the setResponseMessage() method. According to the Extensibility Guide, this method should be passed a com.cfluent.ccore.message.SOAPMessage object as parameter.
    Basically, the code looks something like this:
    public IResult execute(IMessageContext messageContext) throws Fault {
    MessageContext msgCtxt = (MessageContext)messageContext;
    Result result = new Result();
    msgCtxt.setResponseMessage(msgCtxt.getRequestMessage());
    result.setStatus(IResult.SUCCEEDED);
    return result;
    At compile time however, JDeveloper throws the following error:
    SOAPMessage not found in class nl.amis.soa.CustomStep
    and points to the line
    msgCtxt.setResponseMessage(msgCtxt.getRequestMessage());
    Should I use AXIS SOAP objects (knowing OWSM is based on AXIS or uses it)? Or a MessageFactory? Or ... ?
    Any tips and preferably a code sample is much appreciated!
    Thanks, Sjoerd

    Hi Sjoerd ,
    Looks like documentation error. Are you importing the om.cfluent.ccore.message.SOAPMessage class? Try compiling without the import. I was able to compile your code with no issues. All I have is coresv-4.0.jar added to my jDev project.
    FYI MessageContext.get/setRequestMessage() really takes javax.xml.soap.SOAPMessage as parameter.
    Here is the code I can compile:
    package com.junk.wsm;
    import com.cfluent.pipelineengine.container.MessageContext;
    import com.cfluent.policysteps.sdk.AbstractStep;
    import com.cfluent.policysteps.sdk.IMessageContext;
    import com.cfluent.policysteps.sdk.IResult;
    import com.cfluent.policysteps.sdk.Result;
    public class junkStep extends AbstractStep {
    public junkStep() {
    public IResult execute(IMessageContext messageContext) {
    MessageContext msgCtxt = (MessageContext)messageContext;
    Result result = new Result();
    msgCtxt.setResponseMessage(msgCtxt.getRequestMessage());
    result.setStatus(IResult.SUCCEEDED);
    return result;

  • OSB: class not found in custom xpath function

    Hi,
    This week I was struggling with custom xpath functions in OSB. First I created a jar file that contained the class and the complete functionality including logging. It contains a class that does a DVM Lookup from the database. As a standalone function, called from JUnit test cases it functions perfectly. I use Apache commons logging with the libraries from the Weblogic installation.
    But when I put this OSB Util Services jar in the osb-home/config/xpath-function, it turns out that somehow the Weblogic Console gets a conflict with the commons-logging libraries. So I deployed it just as an application library in weblogic console, to solve this breakage.
    Then I created a simple separate class that only calls the method in the deployed library. I packaged that as a custom-osb-functions.jar for the osb-home/config/xpath-function. I managed to get if visible in OEPE. But when I test the xquery transformation resource on the server, I get:

    Can any one explain to me how I can get the OSB Util Services jar library in the same classpath as the custom-xpath-functions jar, without having it put along the custom-xpath-functions jar in the osb-home/config/xpath-functions folder (since that somehow breaks the weblogic console)?
    How does the OSB classpath/classloading mechanisms work in this?

  • Extending the Search Object of a BOL Entity  with custom fields

    Hi All,
    I have to enhance the structure of the BOL search object 'BuilHeaderSearch' with custom fields!.
    i went to the transaction genil_bol_browser and find out the structure of the object as, 'CRMST_HEADER_SEARCH_BUIL'
    how can i insert custom fields into this structure, so that i can display these custom fields at the Front end ( Web IC ).
    Thanks in advance,
    sudeep v d.

    Hi Sudeep!
    First of all it should be mentioned that: it is NOT possible to change list of <b>SEARCH</b> criteria in IC!
    So, in other words, you can search BP ONLY by params listed in native structure 'CRMST_HEADER_SEARCH_BUIL'.
    BUT: You can <b>FILTER</b> search results!
    For example: you get the list of BP with MC_NAME1 (lastname) search criteria (only by SAP class!)and THEN you can filter (delete from list) by YOUR criteria (in your class!).
    Is it clear?
    So how to add your own criteria?
    1. Transaction GENIL_MODEL_BROWSER - Model Browser forGen.IL Applications
    2. Component Set - ALL
    3. Search Objects -> BuilHeaderSearch -> Attribute Structure ->CRMST_HEADER_SEARCH_BUIL (Dbl Click)
    4. Append Structure (or F5)
    5. Name the new sub-structure and provide all new fields
    So now you can use this new fields in IC Z-classes.
    I had the same task and nobody in SDN could help - so I had bought new SAP_book: <a href="http://www.sappress.com/product.cfm?account=&product=H1909">mySAP CRM Interaction Center</a> because in Contents there were:
    <b>"Extending the Business Partner Search in IC WebClient by New Search Fields"</b>.
    So in fact it is not truth: it is not possible to <i>extend search</i>. You can only filter results!
    <b>BUT</b>!
    It is not the end of my post! I hope that SAP people will see this post. I found a BUG in SAP classes and methods: it is not possible to navigate to first position in collection wraper!
    exactly:
    lr_current ?= entity_col->if_bol_bo_col~get_first( ).
    doesn't work.
    So position of cursor puts on second record in structure!
    In other words it is not possible to filter the first record in search result! And so new search is not efficient
    I think that is is bug and wait for comments of SAP.
    <b>Reward points if it helps.</b>
    Regards,
    Alexander

  • Error using custom xpath function with XSL transformations in BPM

    Hi,
    We have created a custom xpath function for use with SOA Suite and BPM. This has been built as per specified within the http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29597_01/dev.1111/e10224/bp_appx_functs.htm#SOASE11100. We have also reviewed the Oracle Sample for mapper-107-ExtensionFunctions (sample demonstrates the use of user-defined extension functions). This has been registered with jDeveloper and SOA within the oracle.soa.ext_11.1.1 (run ant to include in oracle.soa.ext.jar)
    We ideally want to use this is BPM within an xsl. However when consuming this function is either BPEL or BPM using an xsl, the xsl fails with an error such as:
    XPath expression failed to execute. An error occurs while processing the XPath expression; the expression is ora:doXSLTransformForDoc("xsl/Transformation_1.xsl", $inputVariable.payload). The XPath expression failed to execute; the reason was: javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: oramds:/deployed-composites/default/gwCustomXpathUtil_rev1.0/xsl/Transformation_1.xsl<Line 9, Column 113>: XML-22043: (Error) Extension function error: Method not found 'getWeekDayDate'. Check the detailed root cause described in the exception message text and verify that the XPath query is correct.
    In an Assign it operates fine and returns the expected result. We have included a combination of both of the Config files (ext-mapper-xpath-functions-config.xml and ext-soa-xpath-functions-config.xml) in the META-INF folder, however neither allow the use of this function in the XSL.
    I believe there may be an issue getting the custom xpath functions within XSL files. Hence I have also raised an SR. Has anyone experiences of this?
    Our SOA / BPM suite environment is using 11.1.1.6.4 and has the following patches applied:
    13801175
    14406487 (11.1.1.6.4 SOA Bundle)
    13896993

  • URGENT: Extend EBS with APEX (new Tab Menu = Function/ html call to APEX)

    Hello everyone,
    we are trying to extend EBS with APEX applications:
    - Created function XX with type = JSP (HTML Call = GWY.jsp?targetAppType=APEX&p=100:1)
    If we add/ call this function on a standard EBS main menu, it works fine and calls the APEX page with the correct URL (configured on system profile "FND: APEX URL").
    But we want to add these APEX functionality on a Level 2 Tab Page / EBS Subtab menu (Menu type = "HTML Sub Tab").
    Is it possible to add the APEX page to this level?
    I mean, add APEX page on a "frame" associated to the new EBS subtab menu (like a "region" on the EBS page) ?
    Thanks in advance for any help or support.

  • How to extend the WebUI product search results with customer attributes

    Hello,
    We are using CRM 7.0. We want to extend the WebUI product (Object) searches with customer attributes and to display customer attributes in the search results. We found the note 1026956 that explains how to extend the WebUI product (Object) searches with customer attributes. We want to know if there is also some note that explains how to display customer attributes in the search results for products/Objects.
    Thanks in advance,
    Sergey Kozyrev

    Sergey,
    I doubt whether there exists such note. The note 1026956 which you mentioned is for enhancing the Search for Custom attributes. For Enhancing the Result list you need to do custom development.

  • Is it possible to throw a BPELFault from a custom xpath function?

    I'm probably revealing my lack of java chops here, but I'd like to know if there's a way to throw a BPELFault from the "call" method within a custom xpath function.
    The interface for IXPathFunction seems to dictate that "call" throws only an XPathFunctionException and the bpel server doesn't handle this exception properly. It records the exception in the logs but then the process just dies.
    Right now I have this (simplified code):
    public Object call(IXPathContext context,
    List args) throws XPathFunctionException
    if (args.size() == 1)
    // do some stuff and return a value
    throw new XPathFunctionException( "hexToInt() requires one string argument." );
    What I want to have is something like this:
    public Object call(IXPathContext context,
    List args) throws BPELFault
    if (args.size() == 1)
    // do some stuff and return a value
    BPELFault fault = new BPELFault(
    new javax.xml.namespace.QName("http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/business-process/",
    "selectionFailure"));
    fault.setPart("code", "intToHex");
    fault.setPart("summary", "hexToInt() requires one string argument.");
    throw fault;
    If I do this, the compiler rejects it saying that "call" must throw XPathFunctionException. Is there a way to extend the IXPathFunction interface to allow it to throw a useful fault?
    Thanks!
    Sean

    Yeah, I'm using that patch (otherwise the process just crashes and you don't have a chance to catch the fault, even in a catchAll). Within the catchAll you can get the details from the error with something like this:
    <copy>
    <from expression="concat(ora:getFaultName(),'')"/>
    <to variable="processFault" part="payload" query="/ns4:summary"/>
    </copy>
    <copy>
    <from expression="concat(ora:getFaultAsString(),'')"/>
    <to variable="processFault" part="payload" query="/ns4:detail"/>
    </copy>

    jbo.security.enforce = Must
    jbo.security.loginmodule = oracle.sample.dbloginmodule.DBTableLM.DBTableLoginModule

    i still can not get user role from application module!
    this code:
    if (AppModule.getSession().isUserInRole("Administrators"))
    System.out.println("User is in role! ");
    simply does not work!
    ive tested on standallone oc4j, ive tested on embeded jdveloper 10.1.2.1 !
    i get NullPointerException at at oracle.jbo.server.security.jazn.JboJAZNUserManager.isUserInRole(JboJAZNUserManager.java:113)
    the thing is that i can use isUserInRole() from request but i can not from application modulle....
    ...ive lost hours in decompiling and tracking down ADF code just to realize that there is no way to use custom login module with ADF because the thing is hard coded to use xml or ldap..
    the only way i see how to solve the problem is to extend oracle.jbo.server.SessionImpl
    and override
    getUserRoles()
    and
    isUserInRole(String s)
    i can substitute session class with my own by setting
    SessionClass = oracle.jbo.server.ExtendedSessionImpl
    in file jboserver.properties (which is inside bc4jmt.jar)
    the easier way is to write my own function isUserInRole() in EntityImpl... i always can get user principal name with AppModule.getUserPrincipalName()
    what do you think?

  • Has anyone tried to extend Spatial with a 3D primitive?

    Has anyone tried to extend Spatial with a 3D primitive that for example can model buildings and tunnels? I am trying to add the polyhedron primitive next to the existing point, line, polygon model. I just want to hear some tips or ideas...

    The plan is to make a new GType and new stored functions that recognize this GType.
    A polyhedron could be of type 3008,3D and 8=polyhedron(=new). The elem_info
    and ordinates contain multiple planes. Self-created stored functions would be
    able to recognize this GType, e.g. area3D should give the sum of the areas of all the
    faces of the polyhedron and should also work on Gtype=3003 and give the real area
    of a 3D polygon instead of the projection.I wouldn't suggest this methodology if you are considering using any spatial indexing or
    functions with your data.
    There is a mechanism Oracle Spatial has for defining custom datatypes. It should only
    be used with custom apps, i.e. it won't be usable in the context of applications that know
    about Oracle Spatial data types.
    The mechanism allows you to define you own element using an element type of 0, and using
    the interpretation to define what you are looking at. You would also include an a supported
    element type that approximates your geometry, and that element is the one that is indexed,
    and the gtype entered is associated with that geometry. Your private functions could access
    the 3d geometry when required. For instance, you want to have a 3d cube. It might look like this:
    sdo_gtype=3002
    sdo_elem_info=(1,2,1, 7,0,1, 22,0,2 etc.
    sdo_ordinates=(0,0,0,2,2,2, 0,0,0,2,0,0,2,2,0,0,2,0,0,0,0, 2,0,0,2,0,2,2,2,2,2,2,0,2,0,0, etc
    the 1,2,1 in the elem info array corresponds to a 3d line string that when indexed with a minimum bounding
    volume encloses the 3d cube. The 0,0,0 and 2,2,2 in the ordinate array stored as the line string when indexed
    include the bounds of the cube. Next in the elem info array are 7,0,1. The 7 means offst 7 in the ordinate array
    and in this example is fixed. Next the 0 tells Oracle Spatial to ignore this element. The interpretation of 1 you define,
    the number could be anything. Since it is my example, I'll say the 1 means this is the definition of the first face in the
    x,y plane (i.e. the front face of the cube which faces me). I've set the ordinate array with the coordinates of that face.
    Next in elem info comes 22,0,2 which is starting at offset 22 there is another element that Oracle spatial should ignore
    (element type 0), and next comes 2, which might mean this is the second face definition, that I've defined as the right
    hand side y,z plane.
    etc.
    The meaning of the interpretation value is only limited by your imagination.
    Note while you can index three dimensions if you want, the only spatial functionality that supports 3d is a spatial
    index and a filter query, and some lrs functions. You will not be able to run any operator except for SDO_FILTER if you
    have a 3d index, and all spatial functions will only work on 2d.
    Do not define your own gtype and expect to use spatial. it will not work.

  • Custome Partner Function from SD to CO-PA

    Hi,
    I have created 3 custom partner functions and have assinged in customer master. I need these 3 custom partner function to be transfered to CO-PA during billing. Is there a easy way around to achieve this, coz there are some SAP notes which are sort of confusing and complex, since we are already live in production, we cant take a chance on the SAP Note.
    If somebody experienced like this, could you please share the knowledge, how to achieve this.
    Thanks.
    With Regards
    gj

    Hi Gj,
    There are no simple way around to get the customer partner function in to CO-PA during billing. You must follow the notes to get the correct value transfered to CO-PA. I will outline the steps below so that you do not miss anything.
    I am going to try to summarize the basic steps to add one or
    more new partner function(s).  For more detailed information
    please see the notes 36557, 32878, 12682 and 93658 although some o
    these notes are known for you.
    Add new domain/data element for the new partner function in the
    ABAP/4 Data Dictionary.
      Examples are the data elements KUNAG, KUNWE, KUNRE, KUNRG,
      SPDNR, and VRTNR in structure MCPARTNER. This is where the
      partner functions for the Standard Sales Information System are
      defined.
    Save the new partner field in structure MCPARTUSR (user part of
      structure MCPARTNER) or, if available extend structure
      MCPARTUSR by an append structure (ZAMCPARTUS).
    Make sure that the check tables and foreign key relationships are
      maintained for the new fields in structure MCPARTUSR
    Define the assignment of partner function <  > new partner
      field in the communication structure.
      Program RMCSUZ10, routine USR_PARTNER_GET.
      Add the line as in the example of note 12682 given.
    Include the corresponding field via transaction 'KEA0' from the
      structure PAPARTNER into the Profitability Analysis data structures
    If your new partnerrole is a representative/sales employee please
      apply note 32878.
    Should you have implemented note 43002 (to prevent a field overflow
      in pricing) please follow note 93658 and use userexit
      userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomp instead of
      userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomk.
      userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomp is contained in Include MV45AFZZ
      (sales order) and RV60AFZZ (billing)
    Add the new field to the structure 'KOMPAZ' as in note 93658
      described and  NOT  to the structure 'KOMKAZ' (note 36557)
      (you have used both structures)
    Generate the operating concern and check if the following entries
      are included in TKEZU:
      Charact.  BTran Table      Field name  Offset  Length
      XXXXX     KEDR  KOMP      YYYYY
      XXXXX     KEDR  KOMP      YYYYY
      XXXXX     KEDR  KOMP      YYYYY
      XXXXX = Field name of the partner function in the  profitability
      analysis
      YYYYY = Field name of the partner function in structure KOMP
    (these entries should be made automatically here).
    If you need more than one partner function please repeat the
    steps as described above for your need.
    Regards,
    Abhisek

  • Custom VBA Functions BPC

    Hello,
    I would like to know how to use custom VBA function in BPC. I read the administration guide but I didn't understand this part.
    For instance, if I want to use the "BEFORE_REFRESH" function, where do I have to implement it ?
    Thanks in advance

    Hello Mark,
    I've also used BPC VBA functions quite extensively to extend BPC capabilities with success up until now, but I am now struggling with finding a way to make them work when registered as macros from an external add-in.
    The scenario is the following: I currently leverage custom VBA macros (BEFORE_EXPAND, AFTER_EXPAND, etc) to extend BPC functionalities, and the code is distributed in the VBA modules attached with my input schedules/reports spreadsheets.
    I then decided to consolidate the functionalities in an Excel automation add-in, which (among other tasks) registers the same macros once at Excel startup to be used by all the different input schedules / report: macros are registered and exposed correctly (they are showing up in the list of available functions) but for some reasons they are not fired by the Expand All or Refresh menu actions.
    Any idea about why the macros are not executed? Do they necessarily need to be written in a VBA module attached to the spreadsheet?
    Many thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Jacopo
