External breakpoints not active

Hello everyone,
I try to debug BSP applications in the new SAP development system, which was recently put on service, but it just does not work. The process doesn´t stop at the @§$%& breakpoint.
In transaction SICF I can activate the breakpoints for the BSP application for a certain username and for 2 hours, but it then happens that the systems inserts a breakpoint at METHOD if_http_extension~handle_request of class CL_HTTP_EXT_BSP. This really bothers me much, because for every event and action on the application (a request to the server is performed), the process is stopped there. It is not possible to erase or deactivate THAT breakpoint without erasing my breakpoint(s).
This does not happen in the old SAP development system, so there´s a pending configuration to do. Can any one tell me what to do is ??

    I am working on a CRM 7.0 (SAP_ABA 7.01 SP 6) system and my external breakpoints are not working.
    If I set an external  breakpoints for my user in a component method or HTML page  and I log onto the CRM Web UI
    the system hangs. The same happens if I switch on the debugging directly in the component
    without breakpoints. I have the same behavior for breakpoints in Web Dynpro code, when I try to execute a WD application.
    Breakpoints in ABAP reports are working fine, so I don't think it's a problem of authorities or roles, should be something
    with the HTML debugging. I worked on other SAP CRM 7.0 systems before and never had this problem before.
    Somebody can help or has an idea?!

    Which component and view u are setting the break?
    Are u sure that u are setting external break-point?
    Is there any error/exception?
    Try to set and infinite loop and debug using trx. sm50. If ur scenario is totaly standard create an enhacement point to set the infitine loop.

    FYI:
    In trans. RZ10 and profile "default" I entered
    abap/ext_debugging_possible = 1
    and it worked !!

  • Gateway RFC External Breakpoint Issue

    Hi all,
    I have used the generator tool on an RFC and I am trying to set an external breakpoint in my RFC code.
    I have set my user name in debugging and I have also activated everything needed in SICF but the breakpoint is still not working.
    Does anyone have any advice on this?

    HI Megan,
       I never had this problem in my system but you can try using SAAB transaction to create a checkpoint group.
    In your code insert this istruction:
      LOG-POINT ID [SAAB ID created in SAAB transaction] SUBKEY 'LOG_POINT'
                           FIELDS sy-uname
    to understand if your service is correctly called and which user is performing the call .

    i checked in SM52 But in VMC is not loaded
    Shared GC is inactive
    Global Classes is 0 bytes

    Please guid me how to load the VMC and make the active the Shared GC

  • Synchronization from vendor to business partner is not active?

    Hi there
    I am busy performing data migration of business partners and vendor accounts and have hit an issue on the last step of linking the uploaded BP to the uploaded Vendor.
    On execution of the transaction FLBPC2 (Link Vendor to Business Partner), it issues the error "CVIV_UI015 Synchronization from vendor to business partner is not active" which I believe is a product error because:
    1. I have configured BP to a new internal number range (and all other config requirements)
    2. I have configured a new Vendor account group with an external number range which is a duplicate of 1. above
    3. I have enabled BP to Vendor synchronisation in "Master Data Synchronisation" (from BP to VENDOR).
    I have tested my configuration successfully by creating a business partner via transaction BP and extending him to a vendor in a company code perfectly (works like a charm).
    My data migration process includes:
    - Creating a business partner using BAPI BUSISB990/FSCREATEFROMDATA.
    - Creating a vendor using the external number given above using a recording of FK01.
    - Linking the two using a recording of transaction FLBPC2 (Link Vendor to Business Partner).
    I am not trying to synchonise a business partner from vendor, but to synchronise the vendor via the business partner (which works using transaction BP) when the issue is received.
    Any ideas as to why I cannot do the operation manually which works via automation and why the error is not appriate?

    Good morning,
    I had a similar problem and solved by disabling
    the integration of the PI / XI of the PPO.
    To make sure that the PPO is working properly.
    You can check this setting by BUPA_CALL_FU transaction.
    Checks if the items are BUPA_OUTBOUND_MAIN and BUPA_OUTBOUND_REL
    integration of the disabled for PI / XI, according to the objects you need to be replicated.
    If they are uncheck them and rerun your tests.
    Use MDS_PPO2 the transaction log to check the copy of BP
    to the Vendor.

  • External Drives not showing up in finder

    I have two external hard drives that will not show up in my finder as if it is not activated in my Sidebar or Desktop (even though it is). They don't even show up in my Macintosh HD directory. My other external drives work fine and show up everywhere they are supposed to. This is happening on both my computer and another Intel 8-core, so I am assuming it has something to do with the external drives. They do, however, operate as expected when accessed through the network and when using spotlight.

    Sounds like the Invisible bit got set on those drives. Take a look at the article I wrote on the problem as it first appeared in Tiger:

    There is a new wrinkle to this old bug in Leopard, where the invisible bit is sometimes immediately being reset back to invisible. So far there is no solution to that. See this discussion:

  • Thunderbolt connection not active between iMAC Late 2013 and MBA Late 2013

    I'm not able anymore to connect again the iMac and MBA by Thunderbolt cable. Some months ago I was able to use iMac as MBA external display and to activate Thunderbolt bridge. Now, the bridge is not active also if cable is connected. Is there some steps to do to reactivate the connection.

  • The expenditure organization is not active

    Hi All-
    I've got a strange issue importing timecards from our external system. Approximately fifty records have failed transaction import with an error message of 'The expenditure organization is not active.' The error message makes no sense because I've verified the following:
    The expenditure org is active (no date restrictions)
    The expenditure org is classified as both Project Expenditure/Event and Project Task Owning
    The expenditure org exists in the hierarchy
    I couldn't find any direct hits on Metalink, so I'm wondering if anybody might suggest other possible issues that I'm not seeing? Any other setups I should check?

    It turns out that the employees were on LOA on the dates that they were charging time. So the message didn't really describe what the actual problem was. What happened is that the employees had gone on LOA and then returned to work, but HR had not yet returned them to active assignment. They entered their timecards as they normally had, but they did not pass validation because they weren't active on the dates they were trying to charge.
    I would have looked at the assignment earlier in the process if the error message had been employee-oriented instead of referring to the org, but at least the problem is solved. Thanks for everybody's input!

  • ABAP Debugger: assign user to external breakpoint

    Hi, when I assign different users to an external breakpoint the program still stops when it is executed with the "original" user which is not assigned to the BP anymore. Has anybody any solution for this behavior?
    The procedure I use is the following: SE80-> utilities -> settings -> debugging.
    FYI: The message in the status line shows the correct user when the external BP is created.

    Hello friend,
    Goto Utilities in that you have options called Break Points and external break points. Just check that and see whether the break point table is clear or not.
    Else check whether have you set the match point or any other settings which can stop the program.
    I think the program stops because there must be any thing set by you unknowingly so try to check that. Don't think that break point is the only option to stop the code and work in that perspective.
    Still your problem persists again post.

  • How to debug using External Breakpoint

    I am using external breakpoint in system B.
    I am running a program in systemA which updates table in systemB through programB.
    I am using RFCuser to login to system B.
    Currently it is not going in debugging mode in program B.
    KIndly suggest what needs to be done?

    You need to do the following.
    1. Identify the userid you are using for the RFC session.
    2. While in the ABAP editor, go to Utilities->Settings
    3. Ensure that you are in the tab 'Abap Editor'
    4. Under the tab 'Abap Editor' go to the tab 'Debugging'
    5. Ensure that the user name entered there is the one identified in step 1.
    6. Set the external breakpoint
    7. Logon to the target system.
    At this stage, when you start the external transaction, it should stop where you set the breakpoint.

  • Registered application is not active at the moment.

    Two symtoms
    This happens with the Native Admin or any MSAD Shared Services admin.
    When in Shared Services - Right Click on Hyperion System 9 BI+ - the option to Assign Preference is not available
    Also when selecting the same project the following message -
    Registered application is not active at the moment. Please consult your system administrator.
    This is not of a case of it breaking. This was the symptom since the original installation.
    System 9.3.1 -
    Note - Regestering BI with Shared Services does an interesting thing - The menu appears to Assign Preference - but a page cannot be displayed also appears.
    When recycling services the menu option disappears again.
    Any thoughts?

    You would need to start the services MigrationService and MigrationContainer using following commands.
    - connect via telnet to the system: telnet <hostname> 5<instance number>04
    - authenticate with administrator username/password
    - jump <server_id>         Server ID can be obtained from the Visual Administrator/or from System Information Page.
    - startservice MigrationService
    - startservice MigrationContainer
    Then retry the deployment.
