Extract document option not available

I'm trying to save one page of a long document.
everything I read online says to open the document, go to thumbnail view and under options click on "extract file"
the only options I have are to print
what am I missing?

I suspect that you might be viewing the PDF in Adobe Reader, rather than Adobe Acrobat. You'll need Acrobat to extract pages from a PDF. If you don't have Acrobat, you're welcome to try it. You can download a free 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

Why is the "Sign Document" option not available in Reader 9.1?

When I open a PDF in Reader 9.1 the "Sign Document" option is grayed out (unavailable) Is this option dependent on which version of Adobe Acrobat was used to create the PDF? As a test, I created a PDF in Acrobat Standard 8.1. I can sign the that PDF in Acrobat Standard 8.1 but I cannot sign the same PDF in Adobe Reader 9.1.

I have adobe reader 9.1 and want to sign some documents. The sign option isn't available and I don't have Acrobat professional. Does that mean I can't use the free digital signature add-on?

Sanitze document option not available - grayed out.

This is not a protected document (that I can tell). Any reason the Sanitize document option would be grayed out within a document? Many thanks!

What's the version of Acrobat at your end? Can you please upload the sample file.

In v20 its available in the Folio Builder panel (iPad only, I think). You have to plug to your Mac to the iPad with the USB cable and starting the Adobe Content Viewer app on the iPad first. Otherwise check iTunes on your Mac if your iPad is listed under "Devices".
Are you using InDesign CS5.5 or InDesign CS6?
You have to be up to date with the Overlay Creator panel to v20 as well. Check for that.
Recently I had no chance with InDesign CS5 and the v20 tools installed on a Mac with OSX 10.5.8.

Use CC 2014 menu Help>System Info... use its copy option and paste the info here. So we know your running CC 2014 not CC and that you have an enabled GPU....and latest device drivers.

Outboung Campaing: Error Unable to communicate with Enterprise Server. outbound Option not available

Hi everyone,
I'm running UCCX 8.01 + CUCM 7.1+ Cisco 7942 just for learning purpose. After creating the Outbound Campaign and imported the Contact List the call is received by the agent (call is state is received as Offering) but after press the Accept, Reject or any othe action button is received the error:
Error Unable to communicate with Enterprise Server. outbound Option not available (attached to post).
What does this mean?

WLAN override option not available for WLC 4402 - 6.0.196.

Hi All,
Its kind of weird BUT it seems that the option for WLAN override is missing.u.
I could find it on the lower version BUT not on the 6.0.196.
Please help.
Does this mean I could only set it up via the WCS and not the WLC directly.

Why is the iCloud option not available on my MacBook Air? It's not under the System Preferences in the Apple dropdown...only the MobileMe options are still there.

iCloud won't appear in System Preferences in Snow Leopard. But, you can get some of the features of iCloud working with 10.6.

Note: Touch ID cannot be used for purchases if Require Password in Settings > General > Restrictions is set to Immediately.

System copy : As Java : Non-unicode kernel Option not available

Dear All,
we are performing AS Java system copy to create a new system , same SID , same HOST and same Configuration except OS is upgraded.
Susle Linux OS - 11 SP3
As Java Nw 701
kernel version -
NW701 - Kernel 721_Ext - Non_unicode - 201 patch level
We have successfully completed export and now we are importing the same export in new server,now while performing taget installation we are not getting option to install NON UNICODE kernel , except it is only asking for UC Kernel 7.20/7.21.
Current version of system is non-unicode and we will like to keep it that way.
May I know is non-unicode system copy option is not available? is it removed ?
and if we want to install non-unicode then how we can perform that ?
Can we install target system using UC kernel and later just perform NON-unicode kernel upgrade, will this work?
Has anyone faced such concern?
Guidance will be appreciated.

Thanks for update RB.
We have tried this method as in we stop SAP and sync file systems and perform DB/Backup restore method. This method works but unfortunately I am not able to find any SAP relevant document to support this method for so called "java" systems.
SAP only suggest to perform system copy for "java" hence we are trying via export import. Currently I am looking into options of using old master installation software.
although, can i request you if you any SAP relevant note or kba or any other in which SAP support/suggest we can perform file system copy and db restore for "Java" systems then it will be just a thing which I need to go ahead with method you suggested.

Windows Authentication option not available in Windows 8.1

I am using Windows 8.1 OS. "Windows Authentication" option is not available in my laptop. I navigated to below path.
Windows Features --> Internet Information Services --> World wide web services --> Security --> in this I am not able to see windows authentication. Please let me know.

30 GIG Video iPod, Video Options not available - Please help!

Hi.
I have a 30 GIG iPod Video 5th gen, with the latest iPod updater software installer on it.
But when I look at the iPod preferences, when it's plugged in via USB, all Video options (manual vs automatic etc) are all greyed out and not available for selection.
And I can't drag any videos onto the iPod (even with the right video format!).
It's like the iPod itself doesn't recognised that it is an Video one, like it has a complex and can only deal with music and photos.
Can anyone help or offer advice?
Anyone had a similar problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Even with the iPod set to manual, I couldn't drag iPod format videos directly onto it.
Did a factory restart, and it has fixed the problem.
And just a note; the options in the video tab will always be greyed out, when the iPod is set to manually update songs.

Document number not available in BSAD Table even after clearing

Dear Experts,
with the FM posting_interface_start, posting_interface_clearing, posting_interface_end iam able to post the document with clearing using Tcode f-30/fb05 and can see the document number getting generated and when i see the BSAD table with the same generated document number it say no table entires for that document number BUT is still available in BSID table even after getting cleared. Can any body explain me why the document is not getting moved from BSID Table to BSAD Table.
Your inputs will be highly appreciated.

when iam clearing the open item with posting_interface_clearing getting the message like :" Documnet number xxxxx posted in company code xxxx". when i checked that particular document in table bsad it says no table entries for that particular document. iam confused whether my document got cleared or not.
