F.01 Financial statement - Change Item itself

Dear all,
I have created a new financial statement version in FSE3, so I can extract the report via F.01, although the ITEMS seems wrong, i.e., I didn't associate any item when I've created the structure and  adding the accounts from this setting.
I want to change the order from the items, like, change the item 77 for 80 and not the accounts indeed.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
Best regards,
C.C

Enter the new G/L account 700## in the financial statement version INT so that it
appears as the correct balance sheet item when the balance sheet is run.
    1. The new account has to be entered in financial statement version INT. Enter
it in the same financial statement item as reference account 70 000.
    a) If you have exited the previous screen, choose Accountingu2192Financial

If you did remain in the screen from the previous exercise, the financial

reference account, 70 000, is located in the financial statement version.
If you have to call up the screen again, the financial statement version
does not automatically open at account 70 000. In this case, execute
    the following step.
    f) Drill down to the Liabilities u2192 Equity Capital u2192 Subscribed Capital

free row where you can enter your account, use the Next Page icon at
the bottom right of the dialogue box to insert an empty row. Do not type
over an existing account, as you will replace it with your account!
    h) Choose Continue (Enter).
    i) Choose Save.

  • Tcode FSE2 - Change Financial statement version

    Hi,
Is it possible to increase the current limitation of 20 sub-levels when creating new items? Please help.
    Thank you.

    Hi Abdul,
I am not sure if the problem has been resolved or not but if you can follow the steps below I hope your problem will be solved.
First, find out that what application area and message number are issued when you try to modify the financial statement version. To do this, go to t-code FSE2 in your production system. Once message pops up click on help button beside the exist button to display the long text of the message.
Usually this message number is FE146 which means the application area is FE and the message number is 146. (I know you know this )
In order to switch off this message, go to T-code OBA5, enter APPLICATION AREA 'FE" and press enter key. Now click on NEW ENTRIES button, enter the relevant settings Msg: 146, leave user name blank, Online "-",  Batchl "-", Standard "E". Press the enter key again and click on Save button.
You can now go to the Production client and attempt to modify the financial statement version by going into T-code FSE2. Enter relevant financial statement version and click on the EXECUTE button. When you make your changes and click on SAVE, you will see a message that "Client xxx has status 'not modifiable'".
If you press Enter key, the system will display a message saying that financial statement version has been changed and your changes will have taken effect.
I hope this way your problem will be resolved.
Let me know if this help

  • Issue with Intervals in Financial Statement Item - Balance Dependency

    Dear Experts,
We're experimenting a problem with the Balance Dependency in a hierarchy in the Financial Statement Item object (0GLACCEXT).
We want that the program uses the following conditions:
Assets -> Suppress Balance if Positive (Balance Dependency = 1)
Liabilities -> Suppress Balance if Negative (Balance Dependency = 2)
When we use accounts individually there is no problem.
The problem occurs when we use intervals, the program doesn't make any distinction between Positive or Negative Balance, so all the items appear.
We're counting on your help to solve this problem.
    Best Regards,
    Rui Romba

    Hello,
I have seen this problem in the past and it happened because the IDOC transfer method was used instead of PSA transfer method.
According to the attached note 663945 for loading 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER hierarchies the transfer method PSA
should be used. Please change the transfer rules settings accordingly if this applies to your scenario. Note 663945 also explains how to set correct field mappings.

  • Financial Statement Report - Special items in FSE2

    Hi,
I'm trying to rebuild the GL Balance Report using transaction FSE2, but I can't delete or create new "special items" (the red node ones). Anyone knows how to create or delete "special items" at FSE2 to custumize the Financial Statement Report?
    Thanks in advance,
    Miguel

    Hi Miguel,
"red" items can not be deleted, as they are set per default by the system.

  • Financial Statement report (Tr. F.01) by item hierarchy

    Hi,
I have created hierarchy items in the financial statement version via tr. FSE2.
Can I run the financial statement report for such a hierarchy item?
Or is it only possible to select the G/L accounts of that hierarchy and create a variant for the Financial statement report?
    Thank you for your reply.
    Kind regards,
    Linda

    Hi,
In FI, it is not possible to run the report for your hierarchy note.
You need to run the report for the whole Financial Statement Version (FSV).
However, you can create the same for a node in Profit Center Accounting.
Before that you must make sure that you have copied the FSV to Profit Center Accounting.
You can use KE5B for this purpose.
Please let me know if you have further doubts.

  • How to setup FS Items for debit and credit only Financial Statement Items

    Hi,
In Financial Statement, there are line items that report for the same accounts that are debit only under Assets and credit only under Liabilities. How should I setup Consolidation Chart of Accounts/FS Items in EC-CS for such items?
    Regards,
    B Lim

    Hi Prem,
We have already assigned all the co-codes to only 1 COA.
However, we did not create any Group COA and has no intention to.
    My issue is this:
As you are aware in the Financial Statement, we are able to maintain for GL accounts to be reported under Assets by specifying the DR indicator and for the same accounts to be reported under Liabilities by specifying the CR Indicator.
When I maintain the Consoliated COA in the Consolidation module (tcode CX16), I have problem with these accounts. How do I create the FS Items such that DRs goes to Assets lines and CRs goes to Liabilities?

    Bernard

  • Special Item Net Profit & Net Loss in Financial statement version

I have two queries related to the financial statement version special items of Net Result Profit & Net Result Loss. The SAP help says that "The financial statement profit or loss is determined from only those accounts assigned to assets or liabilities".
Does this mean that the difference of Assets & liabilities comes under either of these items or the amount is derived from the P&L result, please clarify. As per my understanding that we do not assign any accounts to these two nodes & the system determines the figure from assets & liabilities accounts.
Secondly where do we assign the retained earning account, in the liabilities node or in the P&L node.
    Thanks

    Hello,
For your first question, yes your understanding is correct. The difference of the items assigned to the Assets and Liabilities will come under the Net Result Profit or Net Result Loss, as the case may be.
For your second question, the retained earnings should be assigned to the Liabilities node.
Ideally, when you assign the retained earnings to the Liability node, the Net result Profit or Loss should become "zero" assuming that you had assigned all the GL accounts from your trial balance to the correct nodes in the Financial Statement Version.

  • +/- Sign Change (Transact FSE2 or OB58)_Change Financial Statement Version

    Hi,
In transaction FSE2 there is a buttom +/- "Sign Change", but if I mark or not, nothing differente happens.
I need to display total of Assets with value negative (for example)
    Someone can help me?
    Tks.
    Soraia

Finally, it is not posible to change the sign in FSV for  S_ARL_87012284 report, but note  1842450 - Financial statement version +/- sign change in S_ARL_87012284 , proposes use the corresponding drill down reporting tool ( (e.g. in classic G/L: S_ALR_87012249, in new G/L: S_PL0_86000028).
The change sign flag takes effect on these reports.

  • State Change causing tree item to loss selected item highlight

I'm looking for some guidance on a situation i'm encountering. I've an application with a tree component which will be used as a report selector in all view states. The parent nodes are not selectable but the children are. Each child has a for a lack of a better term parameter classification. When a report item is selected in the tree then a state change occurs and displays the appropriate parameter selection view.
My issue is this. Upon clicking an item and displaying the new state for the first time, the selected item in the tree losses the visual representation or highlight around the selected item. But within the debugger it still shows which item is the selectedItem.  Once the state has been displayed at least once...i.e. I select other items and then eventually back to initial tree item when the state changes it does not loss the highlight on the selected tree item.
Couple things I've tried to see if i'm in the right neck of the woods is use the currentStateChange and currentStateChanging handlers to do a bit of tracing and found that the tree item remains selected all the way through both currentStateChanging and then even in the currentStateChange...the redraw occurs just after which is when the tree item losses its highlight.
Does anyone have any ideas or even encounter this?

Good question. Well you're right in asking. Just using a spark Label to show me the label of the selectedItem, upon the first time I click on the selection nothing populates the label's text BUT the state changes as its suppose to. Took me clicking on it a second time to get the item to be highlighted and the label to show me what had been selected.
My question here is...is there another event which is occurring after the changeState?

  • Maintaining financial statement items

What is the TCode for Maintaining financial statement items ?
    Markus

    Hi,
Why the financial statement (OB58) BAPT included the old and new alternative account, don't displayed the splited value?
    exemple :
    2009 622800 60,00u20AC account
    2010 622230 40,00u20AC account
all standard reports based on financial statement BAPT, display the total value  (100,00u20AC) on the last alternative account (622230 ) and not the splited value.
Thank you for your feed back.

  • Unwanted financial statement items coming in FSV

    Hello Group,
I have created one FSV thru OB58 for only assets and liabilities accounts.
When I ran this FSV thru report S_ALR_87012284-Financial Statements, I found that some profit and loss accounts are also displayed in report.
Also I got problem after I ran FAGL_FC_TRANS - Closing -> Valuate -> Currency Translation of Balances as system has translated P&L accounts also which I do not want.
I have further investigated and created one TEST FSV without assigning any financial statement items. When I ran it in the report, this has also displayed same P&L accounts.
Can any body give some suggestions?
    Thanks in advance,
    Kedar.

    Hi
Standard SAP Setup will consider the following.
Since at any point of time the financial statement should tally. So, all assigned GL accounts will be appearing under respective nodes and un assigned GL accounts will appear under a separate node making the trial balance as Zero. This is standard and this is how it has to be.
If the unassigned GL accounts balances are Zero and you dont require to show in the output you can further filter it out in the input screen of F.01
