F-28 Automatically created item modification

Hi,
our users are posting incoming payments(F-28) and they need to modify the payment method on the detail screen of the item automatically generated. The problem is that in automatically items, only assignment and text fields can be modified. Is there anyway to activate the payment method field to be filled by the users?.
Thanks in advance.

Did you try to change this afterwards, when document is posted? I know it is a pain if many documents, but if only few than should be ok.
H.

  • Change of additional acct. assignment in automatically created line items

    Hello,
How can we change the additional account assignment of automatically created line items in transaction MIRO. In my case the tax line item is created automatically in MIRO.
I am able to change the account assignment of consumption line item. But not Tax line item.
    Best Regards,
    Tapan

But FBZP is for APP not for Tax line item. Is it possible to change the additional account assignement (from cost center to internal order) in tax line item in MIRO.
    Best Regards,
    Tapan

  • Workflow does not start automatically on create item (yet another time)

The topic has been discussed broadly throughout different forums, but I didn't find the solution to my issue yet and hope you can help me out with ideas to sidestep the difficulties created by Microsoft.
I have one list 1 in Site Collection A, and one list 2 in Site Collection B (PWA site collection). I need to copy an item from list 1 to list 2 with some values. I use a "Call http web service" action to accomplish
that as I need to copy informatin cross site collections.
The "Call webservice" is in an App Step, because the user creating an item in list 1 does not have permissions on list 2. Thus, my item is created "by workflow" (not "by System Account") in list 2. Now I need a second
workflow to start on list 2 which will create a project in Project Server.
As I am working across 2 site collections, I can not use a SharePoint 2010 workflow with impersonation step for list 1 as the "Call a webservice" action is not available for SP2010 workflows and "Copy item" only works in the same site.
In Nintex I can impersonate the web service call - is this also somehow possible for SPD2013 workflows? Or is there any other possibility to get over this silly restriction of workflows not starting automatically on System account created items? Someway
perhaps to tweak the App Step in impersonating with another user account?
    Any help appreciated!
I really can't understand, that this common requirement is still not solved by Microsoft :-(  I found more threads on the topic than I can count, so this seems to happen quite often... at least they should finally offer a proper way of doing some kind
of impersonation with the calls so we have a chance to change the creating user account.

    Hi,
As I understand, you would like to use workflow to copy list items cross site collection.
So far it is not supported with OOB workflow option, here is an codeplex workaround:
    https://spdactivities.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Copy%20List%20Item%20Extended%20Activity
Please check if it can be help.

  • Line item Settlement and KOB5 for automatically created AUCs to PM orders

    Hello Experts,
I am trying to set up line item settlement for automatically created AUCs. We would like to use line item settlement because we want to see the costs split up by either percentage or amount when settled to the AUC.  If I can't settle by percentage or amount to the AUC then i'd like to be able to temporarily block some of the costs from settling.  This is for billing not capitalization purposes since all costs will eventually settle to one final asset. The settlement is done using transaction KO88 or KO8G and automatic processing type.  I’ve configured a PM Order type as an investment order and set up the related investment profile and investment asset class.  Some of the things I've determined from my testing:
Using transaction KOB5, costs can be split up by creating other distribution rules, but only to another object (i.e. another
asset, order, cost center etc. by using the Preliminary) not to the automatically created AUC linked to the order
The default settlement rule is account assignment category FXA, percentage rate 100%, settlement type AUC to the AUC
and therefore cannot be updated/altered when using KOB5 or any other transaction.
Once the costs are settled to another object other than the AUC, those costs cannot be settled to the final asset. Creating Preliminary
settlement rules to a receiver IO and changing the period or fiscal year will not “block” costs from settling whether the processing type is automatic, by period, partial capitalization or full settlement.
I’ve been testing this out in our development client and need verification that this is the way that transaction KOB5 works with line item settlement or did I do something incorrect .
Your feedback is greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

    Hi Zaid,
Thank you for your response.  Assets are not my area so I’m not sure if I missed a transaction or step in the process.   I tested this out by doing the following steps:
Created AUC Asset class with line item checked
Assigned PM Order type as non-investment with no investment profile and created order number
    Created a main asset number
Created an AUC sub asset number to step 3
Created settlement rule to sub asset number on order
    Posted costs to order
Settled from order to AUC with transaction KO88
Created distribution rules for asset with transaction AIAB
Settled from sub asset to main asset number with transaction AIBU
When I settled from the sub to the main asset number in step 9, I found I lost the line item detail.  Is there another configuration setting I need to make to allow me to see the line item detail when I use AIBU?
    Thank you,

    Dear Experts,
Please let me know the reason for generating message as Automatically created line items will be deleted while simulating. On second simulation onwards,TDS entries is deleting and the same is disappearing on posting.

    Hi,
You might be getting this error while do clearing of vendor who is liable for withholding tax.
You are getting this error because you have to do payment of Withholding tax.
If this is not the scenario please revert with exactly when you are getting said error.

Note : since iam still experimenting with the code please ignore any irrelevant/wrong commenting.Iam using method "CreateDealFolder()" to create the folder "INPRISE" and "CreateUser()" to create users "i1","i2"

Iam not able to set the main folder's (i.e INPRISE) acl (MyAcl) on the subfolder "MyFolder" because the owner of MyAcl is "system" whereas the owner of MyFolder is user "i1" .Which is the best way of solving these ownership issue which iam running into ? I want to be able to create different folders ,assign a group of uers to each of the folders who can create as well as modify, delete each other's folders/documents (as i have mentioned in my first post in this thread) ?
    thanks

  • Automatically create a PO from a catalog buy in the classic SRM scenario

    All,
We are on SRM SAPK-70207INSRMSRV classic scenario and R3 EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0
When a shopping cart is created and approved from the MDM catalogue we get an automatic purchase requisition. currently the purchasers manually create the purchase order from that purchase requisition but we want to have an automatic purchase order for every all catalogue buy.
is this possible in the classic scenario ?
Can we also assign specific purchasers to these automatically created purchase orders, based on, for instance, the purchasing group as we use vendor invoice management so these purchasers will receive invoices with a price differences.
    Thanks as ever.

Please have a look at below wiki:

Depending on product responsability and organizational responsability, purchasing group is automatically determined for each SC item.
For those purchasing groups, users are assigned inside the PPOSA_BBP transaction.
So, i do not understand your request.

  • Automatically create POs from all approved requisitions

I want to be able to automatically create purchase orders from all approved iProc requisitions (but wont have contract or blanket POs to use)
I can get the suggested buyer added into the iProc shopping cart but want to know best route. Most people seem to have to hack the work flows so that the POs get created.
I thought about using standard interface table to create the POs but believe that link to the requisitions wont be made (problem with reporting and encumberances)
Would be interested in recommendations as to the best way to do this
    Thanks

Do you buy the same items from those 9000 suppliers over and over?
Do you want to automatically create PO or you want it to be submitted for approval as well?
You may want to consider setting up the automatic sourcing. This way, the ASL and sourcing rules are automatically created when you create the first blanket.

  • What program in SAP SD automatically creates Purchase requisition

What program in SAP SD automatically creates Purchase requisition, and also please tell me the user exit that we can use to change the delivery address automatically from plant address to ship-to address during purchase requisition creation time...
    Your help will be appreciated.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
The control to Create the PURCHASE REQUISITION is in the SCHEDULE LINE CATEGORY VOV6
The Purchase requisition will be created  automatically for the THIRD PARTY and INDIVIDUAL PURCHASE ORDERS
    The field in VOV6
    ORDER TYPE
    ITEM CATEGORY
    ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT
Will determine the  Document type for creating the Purchase requisition
IFor both THIRD PARTY & INDIVIDUAL PURCHASE ORDER the standard Purchase requsition document type is NB and
ITEM CATEGORY  5 will determine whether it is  third party or Individual PO.
    Hope it is clear,
Please revert back if you need more details

  • Manual Posting with Automatic Line Items

    Hi Experts,
Can any body explain me how to post manual JV with FS item which we maintain in Selected Items.
Because my scenario is transfer Net Income value of a cons unit to MI P&L Account.
When i tried it with reclassification having method layout as standard it through following error:
Wrong value at automatic posting item xxxxxxxxx (Selection item maintain in Balance Sheet)
Is it correct procedure, if not give me input ASAP
    Thanks
    Madhu

    Hi Dan,
As per your input I configured as under:
    1. Method with method layout as standard which having trigger, source and target.
    2. In Trigger assign NI item(which maintain in Selected Items) and then i created an FS item for source purpose which like as NI Item and assign MI account in Targer.
    3. It generates document successfully with the following amounts
trigger having amount  1000   Source having NIL   Target NIL
Document is Source item a/c -1000 to MI account
I think instead of taking standard layout may i customize with source and target only is it correct
    Provide inputs to resolve this.
    Regards

  • Message no :amoc001 the system couldnt automatically create a transfer docu

    hi,
message no :amoc001 the system couldnt automatically create a transfer document
hi all when i follow the steps in this link Message no. AMOC005 i just end up with the problem above
when i tried to change the business area normally the system automatically transfers the amount. but in this asset und. const.
i got this error the system couldnt automatically create a transfer document

    Dear Friend,
SAP clearly says in the long text of the error message that it is not possible, please transfer to new assets, please see the long text as under:
    NA AMOC001
    Short Text
Automatic transfer is not possible for asset &1
    Diagnosis
You changed assignments to organizational units for asset . The indicator for 'time-independent organizational units' is set for this company code in Asset Accounting Customizing. This means that the system is supposed to create a transfer document automatically.
However, asset  manages one of the following:
    Open items
    Investment measures
    Down payments
Therefore, the system could NOT automatically create a transfer document.
    System Response
The master data change is not saved.
    Procedure
If you want to change the assignment of asset  to business area or cost center, you have to manually transfer the asset to a new asset master record.
Hope this will resolve your issue.
    Thanks & regards,
    Murlidhar Khatri

  • Automatically create WBS from Contract Position

I need to automatically create a WBS Element when a Contract Position is created and write the WBS number back in the Contract Position. Has anyone done this and if so how. Is this best done by an Position Output to an iDoc so there is a monitoring system for failures in place? Thanks for any ideas.

  • Creating Items Programmatically?

    Hi,
What's the easiest way to create items programmatically? Our goal is to push new items (and later business partners & sales orders) into SAP without wasting valuable staff time on this kind of tedious stuff.
I'm assuming it's not the obvious answer of simply INSERT'ing into the relevant tables (OITM etc)
Do we need to buy the SDK to do what I'm asking?
If someone can give me a pointer in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it!
    Many thanks,
    William.

    Hi there,
I don't really undersand your question. If it is for data take on purposes, you can use DTW. You can use SDK if you need to stuff "automatically". You can write a Windows service that runs in the background, using SDK or an Add-on that will execute in the normal ways.
    Hope this helps.
    Kind regards
