Fact sheet not visible in new Z business role

Hi all,
On creating a new Z marketing professional role after copying from the standard role, I am not able to find the option of viewing the Account Fact Sheet under the link "More" in the customer master. i didnt find any customizing wherein I could assign the fact sheet to the business role.
I've assigned the fact sheet to transaction types under Settings for activities but didnt work out. Any further settings ??

you have to maintain cluster view CRMV_BUIL_PRT (tx sm34)
there you have to link your newly created business role (its PFCG role) to the form view CRM_ACCOUNT_OVERVIEW_PRN
and to class/interface CL_UIU_PRN_ACCOUNT.
should work this way

Then, using Adobe Distiller, I convert the Excel spread sheet into a pdf document for propriatary purposes. However, recently the drawing pasted into Excel will not fully appear on the pdf, the drawing is cut off past a certain point. The drawing will print normally in Excel, but in pdf will not print normally. If the drawing is shrunk below the "cut off" point, it appears normally. If the drawing is expanded above the "cut off" point, any additional image is lost. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem would be appreciated.

    Hi experts,
    I'm having a problem when our project approaching the end.
    If I assigned the business role in parameter CRM_UI_PROFILE and PFCG role in SU01.
    It works fine,and the user can logon the web ui.
    Now I created a new organization model and position,assigned the business role and user to the position.
       A PFCG role was also assigned to the business role:
    Then I removed all the roles and profiles in user master in SU01.
    The user can not login CRM WEB UI and the system raised "Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role; please contact your system administrator".
    Can anybody suggest what the problem is? Is there any other settings I should make?
    I suppose that,since the user was assigned to the position the organizational model, the system can determine the user's business role, and through the business role, the corresponding PFCG role can also be determined.
    Am I correct?

    Jerry, yes, you're right.
    Let me point you to pretty good explanation right here: Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role; please contact your system administrator
    So business role determination is taken in three steps (you can observe them in class CL_CRM_UI_PROFILE_DETERM method LOAD_PROFILES):
    1. From user's parameter  CRM_UI_PROFILE (method LOAD_FROM_USER_PARAMETER);
         If  CRM_UI_PROFILE = * then the user needs to have S_DEVELOP authorization object with OBJTYPE = 'DEBUG' (debug authorization).
    2. If not found on previous step: From organizational management (method LOAD_FROM_ORG_MANAGEMENT)
    3. If not found on previous steps: Based on PFCG roles (method LOAD_FROM_PFCG_ROLE);

    I am getting the message u201CLogon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role; contact your system administratoru201D when I try to access an incident ticket SMIN I created in SolMan 7.1. I have seen this exact error in lower releases and was able to resolve it by making sure the business partner had a General and an employee configured. Unfortunately on 7.1 I have both but I still canu2019t open the message I created. Same error if I test SICF service /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/ crm_ui_start. I have gone through SOLMAN_SETUP IT Service Management and Generate BP Automatically but no luck so far. Any ideas? Thank you,

    Hi,
    As far as I know, you need to maintain business org details (like org name, positions, business partners etc) in the ppoma_crm tcode. Then have to assign a position to your user ID. This assigns the business role as well.

    When a user displays an IS-U customer information using transaction code CIC0, only the Business Partner information is populated with details.  The custom view that we created under Fact Sheet doesnt show anything. 
    Where do you fix this issue?  I checked the security roles assigned and everyone in their team have the same security roles so Im wondering why this particular user cannot display the customer information in the Fact Sheet View.

  • NIDaq Windows application not visible in new project

    Hi Everyone, 
    I am trying to build a VB.NET WPF application using Measurement Studio 2013 for Visual Studio 2012.
    I followed the walktrough Creating a measurement  studio NIDAQmx application, but I get stuck at the point of creating the project as Visual studio does not offer me the possibility to create an NIDaq Windows application.
    I have DAQmx9.8 installed for LabVIEW, I downloaded NI device Drivers 2014 feb, but still the same.
    When I installed Measurement Studio, it could not find the Device Drivers, and even after downloading them and trying to install them afterwards trought the installer of measurement studio, it cannot find them.
    Daqmx support for .NET 4.5 seems to be installed too, although it is not visible in the list of installed softare.

    Thanks for your answer, I did a custom install and I installed .NET framework support 4 & 4.5, but I did not install Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 support, is this mandatory?
    Although it is working now on some of my configurations at least.
    I have 3 machines on which I have made the attempt, with the following configurations:
    A: x86 desktop:
    -Windows 7
    -LabVIEW installed, NI-Device drivers Feb 2014 and NI-DAQmx 9.8.0 (previously installed, for labview)
    -Visual Studio 2010, 2012, 2013
    -Measurement Studio 2013 for Visual Studio 2010, 2012
     => NI DAQ project and NI DAQ assistant available in both visual studio 2010 & 2012

    I would like the laptop to work under 2012 too, as it is the machine I use most of the time.
    Does the order of installation impact on visual studio integration?
    Should I reinstall everything on the laptop from the begining? In which order?
    It seems that NI-DAQmx 9.8.0 even with .NET support 4&4.5 is not enough, and it is mandatory to install NI Device Drivers Feb 2014, Is that correct? If yes, why?
    Now the most important for me is the ability to check if the signal outputs are generated correctly on the simulated device, thus being able to see traces with NI IO trace, and none of these configurations, using both NI DAQ example or a project generated with the daq assistant, shows anything in NI IO trace.

    Hi Murali,
    Its all depends upon your design of xml forms. Normally you will provide little information in the Renderlist Form like (Title, Image, Date )
    In the Show Form, complete information about the news. For ex: Title, Image, Date, Author, Text, Readmore etc..
    correct me if i am wrong, You probably might not placed "Text" field either in the RenderList Form and Show Form.
    If you've created Schema for "Text" and placed either of the forms then it should show.

  • Web Page I created not visible in new Safari

    I am a web designer with pneumonia and one of my Mac clients upgraded to the new version of Safari today and he can no longer see his site. It's just a white page, no message, nothing. He can see it fine from Firefox though.

  • Real instument track not visible on New track

    I am trying to record streaming audio in Garage Band. Upon following the youtube video, it states to create a new "real instrument track." In my Gargage Band '11 I do not see this option on the start up screen. I have updated the software, but to no avail. Please help indentify where this is or offer another option to record / capture streaming audio. I am also using SoundFlower, but this option was missing in Garage Band before install.     Byron, what is your GarageBand '11 version?
    In GarageBand '11, version 6.0.5  start with any template that will create a track to be recorded using line-in or an audio interface, for example the "Voice" track or "Acoustic Instrument".
    Let's assume you picked "Acoustic Instrument".
    This will create a basic project with just one basic track for recording, without any effects applied.
    In the lower right of the window, in the Info panel for the track, you will see the options to select the input source. Set it to the input source you are using after you connect your input device.

  • Business role customizing not working in crm 2007 web client

    Can someone tell me what services need to be activated via sicf for business role customizing to work in the Web Client under the Administration component in CRM 2007.  I have everything else working in this are eg surveys, document template, fact sheet configuration, view configuration but the business role customizing when selected just opens a blank screen

    Hi Eddie,
    The SAP CRM 2007 Master guide suggests enabling all the SICF services in the SAP namespace.
    We had some script errors in CRM UI, but once all the SICF services were activated, they simply disappeared.
    The IDES demo systems are also set up this way, so you can try doing it.

  • Creation of multiple Fact Sheets

    Hi,
    I would like to create multiple customer fact sheets from different business partners in one process. The user doesn't want to open every single fact sheet.
    The origin of the business partners could be a BI-query, a target group or a Z-table.
    Does anybody have some ideas? Are there some function modules to fill the fact sheets? Is there a possibility with a function module and smart forms?

    Hi Magesh,
    I understand your problem as I have gone through the same. Unfortunately this is standard functionality and you will have to investigate if a user-exit will resolve the issue.
    I did some work on this but stopped as the business agreed to live with it. Basically what you can try to do is disable "save" if it hits specific error messages (quantity exceeded or limit exceeded).

    Do the following steps:
    Txn:PPOMA
    Click on Position and expand.
    Click on 'Search Term' With Name* and Execute
    You would see the list of Business Roles.
    Double click on any of these roles like SALES PRO or SERVICE PRO or TPM PRO .
    On RHS, Task Assignment , Right Click and select 'Assign'
    Choose Holder- User and give your user name and save.
    Or
    In Txn:SU01 ,under the tab 'Parameters, you can give
    Parameter ID CRM_UI_PROFILE
    Parameter Value  Role Name and Save.

  • Copied SALESPRO business role in CRMC_UI_PROFILE, but odd results show.

    I have created an new role (Z_SALESPRO) using transaction CRMC_UI_PROFILE. The copied role had all objects copied and I can see that it has the Nav Bar profile of 'SLS-PRO', which is the same as the role 'SALESPRO', being the one that I copied from.
    When I log in using the WebUI I can choose the new Z role, but it does not display the 'Create' section in the Nav Bar. This is section that displays next to the 'Recent Items' section of the Nav Bar and has option like 'Appointment, Interaction log, task,E-mail. contact, Lead,Opportunity and Quotation' shown within the boxed area.
    If I use the SALESPRO role when logging into the WebUI I do get to see the 'Create' section, and yet the role and Nav Bar settings are IDENTICAL.
    Could this be some kind of authorisation issue, or is this problem down to something else?.

    1. go to crm>ui framework>business role>efine business role
    2. select your Z business role
    3 in the left panel choose option "Adjust direct link groups"
    4. check if they are marked as visible (sometimes when coping business roles, this isnot copied)
    5. next select direct link group and click in left panel on sub node "Adjust direct links"
    6. check also for this level if they are marked as visible
    reagrds.

  • Users assigned to CRM Business Roles

    Is there a report that can show what users are assigned to what Web UI business roles. We have business roles assigned to positions and not PFCG roles. If not, what table to show business roles assigned to positions numbers so I can atleast query names on positions that have specific business roles.

    Hi Alex,
    Normally the AGR_USERs table through SE16 can give you this output
    in AGR_USERS table go and set the ORG_FLAG and COL_FLAG to get the output, you could also do this just for roles
    AGR tables.
    also if you have a proper naming convention please search by   "UIU" string most of the WEBUI roles supplied by SAP has this key word "UIU"
    Also you can go through SPRO ("UI Framework")  to see the default business roles assigned to the "UIU" roles supplied by SAP.

    Dear Sri,
    this is regarding authorizations;
    The authorization concept is, that the PFCG role contains exactly the
    authorizations needed for a particular business role.
    The authorizations are determined using the settings in the
    business role customizing, the CRMD_UI_ROLE_PREPARE report and
    the su22 (su24 at customer site) trace.
    There is not strict connection between the business role and the
    PFCG role. You could even assign a dummy PFCG role to the business
    role and put all needed authorizations into on other pfcg role.
