FecthAccounts on resources with multiple types of accounts

Hello,
I'm customizing the rename user form so I can modify some account attributes that are related to
accountId and rename them in a propper way. For getting all account attributes on all resources I set
fetchAccounts form property to true but only attributes on resources whose identity template is
simple - It's not a resource with multiple types of accounts - are retrieved.
The attributes of the resource with a setup of multiple types of accounts are not retrieved with fecthAccounts
set to true. Has that happened to you ?
Any clue ?

You can use Correlation Id for this Purpose. Producer should set Correlation id while posting the message and Consumer can check for Correlation id while dequeue.
I did have this requirement before and used correlation id for it.

Problems with multiple e-mail accounts on Droid 2 & also can't put phone into Silent mode

I just received my Droid 2 and having a problems with having multiple e-mail accounts.
My original droid worked fine with all of this.
I have 2 different personal e-mail accounts setup.
When I click e-mail, it just defaults to the default e-mail address and I have no way of switching accounts. I have to change the default e-mail account in order to view the other account.
Along with having a shortcut on the home page to each e-mail account, it always just goes to the default one and no way of adding a shortcut to both.
When I did this on the original droid, i could choose which e-mail account I wanted a shortcut for and could obviously have both on the home screen.
I also have found no way to NAME the accounts, ex. Comcast & Work.
That way I could distinguish the difference between the 2 on my home screen even if I could get a shortcut to both.
not sure how this could be overlooked but I sure dont think there is a way to make this happen.
Also, what is with 2.2 System and not allowing you to put it in silent mode?
I updated my original Droid to 2.2 and could no longer make it silent with the volume button on side or going into the sound settings and changing it to silent, it would always stay on vibrate.
And now it does the same thing with Droid 2. I cant make it silent at all.
Any ideas on either issue

I never had an original Droid, so I can;t compare to what was on that. For me, I am using the "Messaging" app - it seems to be set up for multiple e-mail accounts better than the email app. Messaging is the one recommended by the manufacturer - give that a try.

Error After BAPI_PO_CREATE1 with multiple Lines "Enter Account Assignment"

I am trying to Post Purchase Orders with Multiple lines using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 and got error
"Enter Account Assignment". This is happening when I post PO with multiple line items.
I am trying the same PO with one record, PO is creating successfully. Do I need to put any additional data.
I am creating PO with Item Category 'D' and Account Assignment 'N' and external number range and internal number range.
Pls let me know, Do i need any additional flags for this.

Vectors with multiple types of objects

Ok, this is what i need. I have a main class, EquationVector, and i have four smaller classes, MathPrimitive, which is abstract and all of the following classes extend, Number which just holds numbers, Operator which takes care of what type it is and what to do, and Variable, which knows its value, its coef and its power. I use the MathPrimitive class because all of the other classes need to have a common getType() method, plus it holds static values for all the possible types. What i need is some sort of storage method that is dynamically resizeable, and can handle multiple types of objects. I tried vector, but it doesnt work, even when i cast. I want to be able to do something to the effect of
myArray.elementAt(index).getOperatorType()
and be able to get the operator type if its an operator, but at the same time be able to do
myArray.elementAt(index).getCoef()
and be able to get the coeficient if its a variable. I'm not sure if this is actually possible, so if anybody has any good ideas i would be really apreciative. Thank you.

Vector will absolutely work, as will ArrayList
You just better make sure you know what kind of objects are at what slots in the vector.

If you don't know what type of object is at a particular slot you can always use
Object o = myArray.elementAt(index);
if (o instanceof MathPrimitive)

... because it seems I cannot reference it because the Invoice class has multiple types defined in it. As this is the case, is there anyway, I'd be able to get that line to compile?

I am not sure of this is what you are looking for but I would definitely suggest some real refactoring here. First of all the part no. name description donot belong to the invoice class so they need to go into a different class named part no. Secondly you need to identify the relationship which I would say would be has a relationship between invoice and part. A many to many relationship. SInce its many to many I would guess it would need to be biderectional associaition.
However if we have a defined no. of parts in the inventory I would suggest using the reference objects, by predefining them and loading them into memory to ensure that if every time an invoice has a part, a new part object is not created.

How to handle iTunes Match with multiple libraries (one account, 5 family members)?

How would this work, in the situation below ...
Everyone has their own iCloud account (for their own syncing purposes).
But we (family) ALL share the same iTunes account (for purchasing).
How will this work, since we all have our own iTunes libraries?

One person sets up Match on their computer using the iTunes account. Uploads everything to match.
I would recommend waiting until that person is done, and do computers one at a time. No particular reason, just seems sensible.
Next person sets up match using same iTunes account details. Uploads their stuff. They will then see everything the previous user put into the system, unless you select "Hide music not on this computer" in the view menu. Previous user will now see their stuff too.
Rinse and repeat.
This is how it worked with my multiple machines anyway... As long as every computer uses the same iTunes account for the store, you all get access to the same Match account.

Sharing VISA Resources With Multiple Application Instances

I have noticed a strange behavior when attempting to communicate with a
slow, single shared VISA resource (GPIB device) from multiple
stand-alone LabView 5 applications.
Initially, I developed some code which first attempts to acquire
exclusive access to the device using VISA lock with a reasonably large
timeout. After the lock is acquired, the code performs its IO, then
releases the lock.
I then wrote some wrapper code which basically tries to enter the (lock,
IO, unlock) code as fast as possible. I built a stand-alone application,
and ran 3 seperate instances. Basically, I could see that each
instance would eventually acquire a lock, perform its IO, and unlock.
However, some of the instances "starved" for access to the device,
enough so that the timeout was sometime reached (each IO would take
perhaps 2 seconds, and I set the lock timeout to say 10 seconds).
Ideally, each instance should receive the lock in the order by which the
lock was requested. It appears that VISA is doing something else.
I've verified that this issue also exists with "faster" GPIB devices
(say 200ms IO turnaround), but is less noticable because the
communications are faster.
To get around this, I wrote another application which basically acts as
a resource server. Using VI server, each instance which wants access to
the resource sends a "lock" request to the server. Specifically, the
"client" calls a re-entrant "Interface" VI via VI Server. The
"interface" VI then adds the "lock" request to the queue, and then waits
for "Notification" from the server process. The server parses the
request queue, and when the resource is available, it sends a
notification to the appropriate "interface" VI. This whole time, the
client is waiting for the interface VI to return, just like when it's
waiting for a normal lock. When the client is done with the device, it
sends an "unlock" message to the interface VI. The server then gives
the resource to the next item in the queue.
To me, this is a bit kludgey. My solution requires that this "server"
application is running at all times, and it is a bit slower than the
usual manner. Has anyone come up with a better solution?

My answer depends how stand alone your applications are. I don't know what happens if you have several independant executable files but the simplest solution in the development environment is to have one vi that handles all send/receive requests to the instrument. In this way, without extra overhead, you guarantee single parts of each program access too your instrument. (don't make this vi reentrant naturally)
This approach has another advantage. You separate in a better way the instrument and your aplication, so changing to another instrument is easier to do.

FaceTime issues with multiple devices & one account

I have an iPhone 5s, an iPad Mini and 2 iPod Touch devices, all on the same account and Apple ID. Is there any way to iMessage or FaceTime from one device to ONE other device(not all of them)? Thanks!

You can create another Appleid and use it only for FaceTime and/or messages on 1ipad.
In this manner you can maintain a parent account for all and have child accounts for messaging only.
You would simply log out of messages and log in with new id

One Activity Number with multiple G/L Account (service procurment)

Hi Experts,
We have a problem, we want to create one service activity number (ac03), but we want to use multiple G/L accont . (we want to open one activity number, but we want that it should behave that we have opend several activity number). How can it possible, I know only one G/L can be used for one valuation class and only one valuation class can be maintained in ac03.
How can I do this.

For same activity u cannot assign 2 different GL ac, Better U create one more Activity with little difference in Description. & assign the diff val class.

Multiple Signatures on Exchange/Outlook 365 with multiple connected pop3 accounts wanting sepearate signatures

I was referred here from another thread, see

I have several connected pop3 accounts to the exchange mailbox, but there appears to be no way to have separate signatures for each connected account, in fact there appears to be only 1 signature for the entire account? So when I send emails I can select
from several different from addresses, but the signature remains the same ...
On desktop outlook 2003-2010 at least, there is the ability to have default reply, default new message signatures for each account in use, is there a way to configure the exchange/outlook365 OWA to do this ?
I'm about to test if an outlook 2010 desktop client allows/recognises the server side linked accounts and allows email to be sent from them, so any tips or points on that would be welcome!

In Outlook2010 you can set multiple signatures, yes.
If you connect to those accounts LOCALLY using POP3 you can also then set defaults for each account ... HOWEVER
if you set the CONNECTED ACCOUNTS via OUTLOOK365 via the cloud server, the local Outlook will not let you set default signatures for each account. Yes you can have signatures and manually select them, but that's not the same thing, and leads to mistakes.
The whole point of connecting the accounts via the Cloud is that the local PC is then no longer part of the critical path when away from the office, so if the local PC crashed or lost internet, then it would not affect mail delivery to the single exchange
mailbox, for access via the web or mobile devices. Quite important. A common failure we have on local outlook pop3 connections is a single password failure to login, leaves the pop up menu on screen and then stops all other pop3 mail collection from working.
We have tried for 2+ years to solve this "password failure popup", but as the passwords are saved and don't change and the problem persists, we wanted to move to the cloud ... and avoid problems when users are away.
Last but not least, if using the cloud to send a reply to a mail via a connected account, the email is not sent as the connected account (despite it being validated for send as) but sent using a "<exchange Primary email> send on behalf of <pop3
connected email>" which defeats to whole point of connecting the accounts and verifying them!
I've got to say when even Google can get this right! why can't Microsoft? It really does suck!
For a business class product having 1 signature per user within OWA is seriously deficient.
Maybe time to move our email needs to Google, as on searching the depths of old archives it does appear these issues have been raised for several years, yet nothing has improved ... shame on Microsoft.

Building Binary Searh Tree with multiple types (hint hint Generics?)

I have built binary search trees before and even wanted to build a B+ tree for primary indexes but my Professor suggested limiting to BST.
My question is can I build a BST with a generic type parameterized code using Comparable and Generics to help me insert numeric and non-numeric (String) type nodes using the requirement that anything less than the root go left, greater than or equal to the root go right. There will be no duplicates.
This is definitely new territory for me so any help is appreciated.

Using Time Capsule with multiple Macbook Pro accounts

I have had a 500 GB Time Capsule for a number of years, using it both as a router and hard drive. I recently added a 2TB Time Capsule, which I plan to use exclusively for storage and the 500 GB Time Capsule for the router and to store the Time Machine backups. When I only had the 500GB Time Capsule, I could switch between users on my Macbook Pro and still have access to the data that was stored on the Time Capsule without having to log the original user out. I am finding that with the 2TB Time Capsule, that if I switch users not only do I have to log out the orginal user, but I also have to disconnect that user from the Time Capsule. Is there anyway to setup the Time Capsule where I will not have to do this, as it is very tedious and time consuming.

In the 5.6 utility there is an option to disconnect all users.. this should fix it in one go.
Download and install the 5.6 utility.. it has far superior controls to 6.0 which is more a NOUN utility than VERB.
A number of issues were introduced with Lion and 7.6 firmware on the TC..
You can try going back to 7.5.2 firmware although the later Gen4 TC seem to not allow themselves to go back earlier than 7.6.
The older and simpler TC.. might be better as a file store.. Open it up and put a 2TB disk in it.
At least if that works.. well may as well use it.

Help with which type of account to get

which do I choose? I'm a Professional, as in I have a Business, legally(so I would think Professional), but I'm brand new to to Adobe Products.I'm also a student of Photo Art & Mixed Media. I'm also a long time member of NAPP & KelbyOne(which makes me a student). I also do a lot of large event fundraisers & help High School student intern with me the entire process of shoot to print including film & digital(teacher!), yet I'm a disabled Paramedic/Firefighter after a career ending injury shortly after 9/11, leaving behind a 23yr career with FDNY & Commercial Ambulance care in CT, & my husband is a 21yr Ret Navy Chief & Vietnam Vet. Our income is limited to below poverty level since 4yrs ago SSD decided I could suddenly get a cure for MS & RA & PMR. We continue the fight but meanwhile, unfortunately the government doesn't think their Vets should be paid well. So..... Affordability wise, I'm not sure which ones best. please advise asap

Database resource with multiple rows for a same user

Hi all,
I have a database table I'd like to manage in IDM but this table has more than one row per user (the number of rows being variable (from 1 to n, n being able to change every minute).

I think you need to explore the Scripted JDBC resource.
This will allow you to write beanshell scripts to do the needful on the table row (or rows) relating to a single IDM user. Check out the examples.
