Field UNAME on Condition Type

Hi,
I need create a new condition type for discount where one of the fields of access table is the field UNAME (user logged).
For example:
If user logged is Sara, she can give 15% of discount, but if user logged is John, he can give 50% of discount. Using limits for condition records.
Is it possible to add field UNAME to field catalog to be used on price procedure ?
Best regards.
Kleyson Rios.

Today I already have an implemantation using ABAP in User Exit and some new table to mantain an user list/discount.
But in the abap code there are many loops on those table to allow or deny the discount.
I'd like to improve the implementation removing User Exit codes and configuring the solution using condition technique, becoming it better and more dynamic.
So, Wouldn't be possible use an User Exit for get the sy-uname and become it available on the sales document to be used on price condition table ?
If not, aren't there any option to resolv my problem but using std condition technique ?
Best Regards.

  • PO condition type

    Hi guys,
We have configured two difference pricing procedures for domestic and import procurements.  10 condition types are common for two procedures and 10 more different condition types are available in each procedure.
With SAP standard settings for PB00, we are not getting our pricing procedure in RFQs and Contracts.  Because of this we have changed the pricing procedure field in PB00 condition type to our domestic pricing procedure.  With this settings we are able to get local pricing procedure in RFQs and Contracts.
But in case of imports also we want to maintain the condition values in info-records.  We are not able to get the import pricing procedure in info-record for import vendors.
How to achieve this functionality?  Did we do configuration correct or we have to keep the standard settings for PB00.
    Please suggest us the solution

    Hi Mewyn,
I have tried this.  But it is still not working.
We have configured our own z-pricing procedures for domestic and import.  In PB00 condition type, i have assigned my domestic pricing procedure.  And then i have included two of condition types available in import procedure in RM1002.  But still iam getting only conditions types of domestic pricing procedure in RFQs and info-record.
    How to resolve this?
    Thanks in advance

  • Manual change of condition types in a pricing procedure

    Hi,
I want to know the difference between
    a) Setting value as C (Manual entry has priority) in the Manual Entry field of the condition type (transaction V/06) and
    b) Setting the checkbox of "Condition determined manually" checked in the pricing procedure screen (transaction code V/08) aginst a specific condition type.
Please let me know in case of any other details.

    Dear Christino
    a)  Let us assume, your pricing condition is PR00 and you set this as Manual entry has priority.  You are maintaining some value in VK11.  While creating sale order, system will pick from VK11 but however, you can change manually which will over write the system generated price.
    b)  Let us assume, for your pricing condition PR00, in V/08, you set the box Manual and also you have maintained in VK11.  When you create sale order, in the condition tab, you wont see any condition value and all values will be zero.  Once you input PR00 manually, other conditions will flow.
    thanks

  • Service Tax Condition Type.

    Hello All,
Can anyone please tell me which table can contain a field for tax condition type. In my PO when i click the invoices button i get the Taxes option in that i have two condition types , am not able to find them out. I tried KONV-KSCHL but it does not contain the TAX condition Type .Please guide me .
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Please check the transaction code FTXP, i.e. To see the VAT codes based on the country codes.
At the time of defining the Condition types, it will be defined like, for this condition types, any tax related is required or not. If yes what are they etc.. kind of stuff.

  • MM Condition Types values flow COPA

    Dear Gurus,
My client requirement is MM Condition Types Values Should flow to COPA like SD to COPA. I had seen a screen that KE4IM is there we can map our COPA Value Field and MM Condition Types. But I am not sure that values flow to COPA, Because No document will be generated in FI or other while doing PO.
Pl suggest me how can I fullfill this requirement.
    Regards,
    Balaji Bhonsle.

    Hi,
If you read config doco for KE4IM you will find a statement:
"It is also possible to transfer conditions from MM to update billing data in pooled payment in the IS Retail system. These are transferred according to the same rules as SD conditions."
So KE4IM is only used in IS Retail. Are you IS Retail?
If not you probably want to bring conditions from purchase orders to CO-PA.
I agree with Ajay except for point 1.
You can actualy trigger CO-PA posting during goods receipt (and invoice receipt) for PO.
In order to achive it you need to activate "Purchase Accounting" in MM.
SPRO -> Marterials Management -> Valuation and Account Assignment -> Account Determination -> Account Determination without Wizard -> Purchase Account Management
Please read doco for Purchasing Account. In a nutshell when you activate it system will post addtional line item for GR and IR:
Purchasing account and Purchasing Offseting account for value of purchased nmaterial and also for delivery costs.
In table T030: Purchase account(EIN), purchase offsetting account (EKG), freight purchase account (FRE).
Define EIN and FRE as cost elements and map to profitability segment in OKB9. Leave EKG as P&L account (no cost element).
Then map cost elements to value fields in COPA.
    Done.

  • Statistical Condition type in COPA

    Hi All,
I have a sitaution in which I have to capture the value of a condition type, which is statistical, in to COPA. Can any one help me how to setup this and how can I map it to a value field.
    I would appreciate your comments.
    Thanks
    MKR

    Hi!
For the same you need to go to t.code KE4I.  You need to assign all condition types to COPA value fields.
All condition types that you want to transfer to COPA must be active in SD pricing procedure. Inactive conditions in a billing item are not transfered to COPA.
Conditions do not need to be active , however to be transfered with sales order items, since the transfer of incoming sales order items are always statistical.
    Hope this will help much.
Pls get back to me for further query.

  • Condition Table Link to Condition Types

Please Explain me How it is logical/useful/consistent  to assign a particular Condition Table to  More than One Condition Types ( Via Access Sequence).

As access sequence is used to find valid data for a particular condition type. It determines the sequence in which the system searches for data, as the accesses tell the system where to look first, second, and so on, until it finds a valid condition record [maintained in condition table fields] for the condition types.
    <b>Example:</b>
Condition table 001 is for Sales org/Plant
Access seq A001 is having the following search
    Sales Org/Dist channel/division
    Sales Org/Plant [001]
Access sequence A002 is having the following search
    Sales Org/Dist channel/division
    Sales Org/Country
    Sales Org/Plant[001]
    Sales Org/Sold-to
Now the condition table 001 is defined in access sequence A001 and A002 at different level and these access sequence would be used for different condition types.
The same condition table can be used in different access sequence and at different level also depending on the business need and avoiding repeation of data.
Hope this clear your query, Reward Points if resolution appropriate for you.

please help me its very urgernt

    Hi Rajeev,
If CO-PA is active for your controlling area and the cost element is with category '11'/'12', then irrespective the account determination condition type 'KOFI', you need assign COPA value field to SD condition type in KE4I.
System Response for the error message which you got:
The billing data cannot be posted to CO-PA if there is no entry as this would lead to differences between CO-PA and Financial Accounting. This is because this condition type posts to a G/L account.
Why you don't want to post to CO-PA, while you post to FI GL?

  • How to control PO Output for updation of specific condition type

    Hi All,
    We are facing below issue:
When we add/update freight cost condition type in PO, it triggeres PO output to Vendor. This change is not related to Vendor so output should not be triggered. When I checked change history of PO after updating Freight cost in PO, it shows item changed date is changed and because of that probably output triggers. I have checked print relavant changes for Purchasing document. It does not have any field related to item changed date and even I can not see this in EKPO table also.
Requirement is I want to stop triggereing Vendor output in case of updating freight cost condition type.
    Relavant response will be rewarded.

Hope you are talking about below settings in SAP:
In pricing Schema Print field for same condition type is maintained as " " - It was not printed.
It is already maintained as it is not printed still it triggeres output.
Let me know if you want me to check some other settings in Schema.

  • Reference Condition type

    Hi,
Can someone share with me on the usage of the reference conditon type field in the condition type field? If i put in the PR00 as the reference condition type in PB00?
How this will affect the price determination?
Still quite new to price determination in MM. Hope someoneone can give me some guidance on it.
    Thanks.

    hi
A condition type which can be used as a reference so that you only have to create condition records once for condition types that are very similar.
Ex: AMIW and AMIZ, these both condi types are used for minimum order value.
If  u maintain AMIW- (min ord value) condition type We have to assign this condition type to AMIZ (surcharge value) cond type as reference condition type. then only it will work it.

In what scenarios does Reference condition type is being used?
    Please provide inputs.

    <b>Reference condition type</b>
A condition type which can be used as a reference so that you only have to create condition records once for condition types that are very similar. You may need to use different condition types for the same condition. These can differ in the access sequence, the description, the reference stage of the pricing procedure or the calculation type, for example, you can enter the condition type under which the condition records are created.
    <b>Refer below example</b>
Condition type MWSI only differs with condition type MWST in the calculation type. For this reason an entry is made in field ReferenceCondTypeMWST for condition type MWSI . Now, condition records only need be created for condition type MWST and not additionally for MWSI.

  • Is it possible to add text field in condition type in PO?

    Dear Guru,
Please kindly advice. Is it possible to add text field in condition type?
I mean I have seen condition type "FRB1" Freight value in the condition detail we can input vendor code.
So I would like to know is it possible to add text field in condition detail and how to set it up.
    Thank you very much.

We would like to maintain some text in condition because of we would like to get that text to PO print out and we don't want to do enhancement.
    Ex: Condition Type: ZZZZ  Insurance
    PO Print out show
Item No.          Desc                                                  Qty  Unit Price  Amount
    10                 Item description                                  10000   10         100000

  • COPA - Split of Value from condition type into different value fields

    Dear All,
Customer is having several free schemes to customer the same is set up by SD and Cost of free goods is attached to One Z condition type, this flows along with Main product as characteristic. So we have Main product cost in VPRS and Scheme cost in Z Condition and there is possibility of more than one scheme cost flowing in one Z condition for single billing document. Whereas customer request is to see the each scheme cost separately in COPA. Since Value from SD will be flowing through only one condition type , it will be difficult to me to Split this in COPA. We have given a thought of having more than one condition type from SD ( one Z condition for one scheme) but this resolve our issue at hand. If we look at long term whenever customer introduces new Scheme new condition type need to be created and related COPA changes etc, Which doesn't seem to be working out.
Request Experts help in this, thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi Santosh
Having a Z cond type for each scheme is preferrable.... This would address the issue with Standard SAP itself...
Reason being, if you dont do that, then you will have to maintain a mapping somewhere in a Z Table where by system would come to know of the ratio between the schemes... This will be more cumbersome to develop and maintain... Still you wanna do that, here is the logic....
Maintain the schemes in a Z Table... Where each scheme will have a scheme ID - The ratio applicable to various schemes and also the relevant value fields of COPA to be updated for each scheme....
Now, add a Custom Field to the Sales Order and while creating the SO this field needs to be updated with the scheme ID(Relevant Exit to make it mandatory MV45AFZZ / ZB).... If Scheme ID is populated, your Billing should read the Split from Z Table using Exit RV60AFZZ and Update COPA using Exit COPA0002

  • DIscount condition types mapping to value field  (+/-)

    Hi,
1)While mapping SD condition types to Copa value fields, do we need to check the transfer +/- symbol for all discount condition types...
or when do we need to check it..
    2) In our case we have some 4 to 5 discount condition types mapped to copa... If we check that symbol, as discount will always be negative system is posting discount values in negative in copa. At the time of report execution, since we give formula as Sales Less discount and discount is already negative in system it is getting added... so we are planning to change formula as sales + discounts... is that approach is right?

    Karthik

    Hi Ajay,
Thanks for your quick reply... generally for which condition types do we need to check this indicator in ke4i... for all discount condition types and rounding off condition types... is that right? Because as I told we have some 4 to 5 discount condition types and we have ticked for only one discount condition type which is mostly used...

  • Change the Condition type to Value Field Assignment in KE4I

    Hi All,
I have a requirement where a condition type which has been assigned to a Value Field needs to be changed/re-assigned to a different value field.
There are already some postings into the current value field.
How can I handle these postings once I change the assignment in KE4I.
    Please help me.
    Thanks in advance,
    erp.warrior.

    Hi
Once you change in KE4I - It would impact only the subsequent postings... Historical postings wont be impacted...
If you want to impact them as well - Follow one of these 2 approaches
    a. Then reverse the billing documents which have posted to this Value Field.... Change KE4I and post them again...
    b. Do a KE21N upload i.e. a -ve amount on the Old value field and a +ve amount on the new value field
