FileOpenDialog appearing 2 times

Hi all,
we are getting fileDialoag box two times when we execute this code.please help us.We want that dialog box should appear only once.Thanks in advance.

Does the browser ask bring up the 'Save-As' dialog box twice? In that case I don't think the problem lies in your servlet, rather the page that you're providing the link from.
