Filter the data and then do an inverse FFT

Hi everyone,
I know this subject has ever been treated but it's not been solved so here's my question :
First I want to make an FFT on datas. Then I want to filter values (replacing the values I want to filter by 0) and finally make an inverse FFT to get back the time signal without the high frequencies.
Now my question is, how do I modify complex datas or how do I make my modified array acceptable for the inverse FFT vi ?

I think your problem is that you need some more FFT information. You are uncertain on how the output from the FFT VI is organized. Or more specific how to map the array content to different frequencies
I suggest you read this http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/4278, and this http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/4541. In the last one they used an older labview version. Some of the functions mentioned has minor changes in newer Labview versions. But the theory still apply
If you can answer this question I can help you some more.
If I sample a 5Hz sine wave with 1Khz sample rate for 1 second, and then perform a FFT, at which array indexes will I find information about the 5Hz sine wave
Besides which, my opinion is that Express VIs Carthage must be destroyed deleted

HT201263 I have restored my iPad (first generation without retina display) and it finishes restoring software but will not stay on for me to restore the data and then shuts off whenever I try to turn it on. I don't believe that it is charging! HELP!

Long story about what happened but basically I was using the iPad (first generation without retina display) to watch TV at one point it had 20% battery so I plugged it in then it wasn't charging and I didn't realize so it got to 5% and shut off. I plugged it in to charge it but it just kept shutting down and showing the apple logo, then briefly showing me my home screen before shutting off again. I waited a while to see if it would charge, while it continued to turn off and on by itself. Finally, I unplugged it to see if it had gotten any charge but it just told me to plug it in again. I plugged it into a different charger, same thing. I decided to try connecting it to a computer and it stopped turning on but it did not seem to charge. I tried restoring it as it said in the article. It worked until it got to restoring the iPad from the backup that I had because it immediately shutdown before I could continue. I tried to restore it a second time but still it shut down! I'm so frusturated and I cannot afford to get a new iPad, I need it for school and there is no Apple store for 80 miles nor do I have any insurance or warranty on it! (Obviously considering it's the first iPad to ever come out.) I really don't know what to do! HELP

Itunes 11.1 is for your computer, not your iphone
It is required in order to sync with ios 7.

How can I preserve the date and time of photos when moving them from iPhone to iPhoto and then to other folders on my computer?

In the past I’ve had no problem moving photos from my iPhone 4 into various folders on my computer while retaining their original date and time. I would import into iPhoto, then drag the photos from iPhoto into other folders via the Finder or Adobe Bridge (which is my principal image organizer). The original date and time of the photo would always travel with the jpeg into iPhoto and then into other folders. However, sometime during a recent session transferring photos in this way, the dates of the photos started to change at the point when I copied them out of iPhoto. Within iPhoto itself, the various original dates of the photos are retained. But in Finder and Bridge, copies of those same photos all carry the same (worthless) date: the date and time that they were imported from my iPhone. I can’t figure out what would have changed on my Mac to make it start re-dating my photos. I was happily dragging and dropping photos, and suddently I started to lose the original dates. Did I inadvertently change some settings? (I am running OS 10.6.8 and using iPhoto 8.)

(I use iPhoto only to import from my iPhone; I organize all my images, including thousands of RAW files, in folders on a big external drive.)
Why are you using iPhoto at all? use image capture or drag and drop the photos
The problem is that the files I am copying are getting stripped of the EXIF metadata
eliminating iPhoto from your work flow will eliminate one oppertunity to have this happen For photos in iPhoto it is best to export them rather than drag an drop them - this assures your EXIF and IPTC data is correct and uptodate
Why would I be able, over many years, to retain EXIF metadata in photos imported from an iPhone--then one day find that the same workflow strips such photos of EXIF data?
Because exporting is the supported way to "export" photos - I never drag and drop photos out of iPhoto and I never use thrid party programs on the photos in the iPhoto library - try exporting as suggested above and see if that is the solution

I127 equals a check box. The formula retuns a value of the current date and time when a check is placed in the box. How does one lock that date and time so that it cannot be changed?

I don't think it is possible to lock in the date and time using a formula. You could put NOW() in a cell, copy, and Edit Paste Formula Results where you want the result.
Or if you are "time stamping" a lot, you may find this Automator Service (Dropbox download) helpful. It puts a "Today" function (actually it should be named "Now" because it includes both date and time) in your Services menu like this:
Just doubleclick the .workflow package to install it. You may have to click "download anyway" in System Preferences > Privacy & Security.
If you want you can assign the service a keyboard shortcut in System Preferences here:

Yes, however you would be much better backing it up to iTunes to do this rather than iCloud.

Apps (like other synced media like music) are not included in the backup that iTunes makes. Thus, restoring from backup if the apps are not in the iTunes library there are no apps to restore to the iPod.
Redownload the apps into your iTunes library.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
And then restore from backup.
Make sure that in iTunes>Preferences>Devices the box that say "Prevent iPods..." is checked otherwise when you connect the iPod to the computer the previous backup (with your app data) might be overwritten.

I use the recordset command and a doquery.
I find it easier to use than the condition object.
if you need to pass the bp code to the new form, read the value from the bp master data record and then pass it to the new form.
If you use xml you can pass it right after you call the form.

Following up on this thread,
I have a new iMac on the way and my current is from 2008, never had a problem but I am sure there are internal issues that I would prefer not to transfer.
I have no issues other then the slowness in certain programs and that is the main reason to buy a new one.
Programs like numbers and pages seem to take a longer time to open after I update to Yosemite.
I only use 272GB of 500 GB, my memory is 4GB and I am upgrading to 8Gb and bought the 4.0 processor.
Question:
Is there a way to manually transfer items or would that be a waste of time in that if there are issues they could be anywhere and would transfer anyway?

I am using Crystal Reports 11 to generate cross-tables.
I plan to generate 3 cross-tabs, and each cross-table will be put in a section. For example, cross-tab1 in Report Footer a; cross-tab2 in Report Footer b; cross-tab3 in Report Footer c.
I know use "Select Expert" to filter data. But, it seems that "Select Expert" filters data for the whole report.
I want to filter the data for each cross-table separately. For example, filter cross-tab1 based on condition1; filter cross-tab2 based on condition2; filter cross-tab3 based on condition3.
How to filter the data in different sections (e.g. Report Footers)?

Hi,
Now that you've inserted the subreport just right-click the sub-report and click Edit. The Design page for sub-report should open up.
You can now insert the cross-tab on the Report Header and insert a record selection formula of your choice.
Also, suppress all the other sections of the subreport so the Main report only shows the crosstab without any spaces.
Do the same for all the subreports.

This seems to be a bug and is solved in Mar 2013 PU but I have Aug CU. The web where I have this workflow has classic mode auth. Has anyone come across this error before?

I have checked User Profile service and it is started and running fine. The user who is trying to start the workflow (me) has a profile created. I'm not starting wf as system account and my account is not added to web application user policy. Workflow isn't
even firing when I try to edit list item.
I tried to edit the list item as system account and workflow started this time. But it does to suspended state with the following message:

How can I copy the date and time of a received email in Mountain Lion?

I recently installed the new Mountain Lion, however I am having a serious issue with the mail application. I use the mail application to download all of my emails and then I copy each one in to a Filemaker Database. I used to be able to copy the headers (from, to, subject, date, time) but now with the new mail in Mountain Lion it will not let me copy the date and time of the email. This is the most important part for me as I need to be able to track when the email was received once I have pasted it in to the Filemaker program. Anyone know if there us an option so that the date and time can be copied from the email?

When I try to adjust the date and time of an event by selecting Photos from iPhoto, the year I enter is altered.

I have images in iPhoto from an older digital camera which did not record the date and time. In iPhoto, with an event selected, I have tried to adjust the date and time by choosing Photo. When I adjust the date and check Modify original files, it makes the date much earlier--in centuries. I now have an event from August 2003 (the date I entered) which reads June 2, 1251 under the event! When I attempt to correct it, it goes back further in time. What am I doing wrong?
