Filtering results in an MDX Query

This is the current MDX Query I have

Which gives me:
I know how I would do this in T-SQL, but I am completely new to MDX and basically what Im trying to do is only return the top [Prcnt] for each Category(Business Skills, Entrepreneurial Skills, etc)
So in this example it should end up looking like this:

Hi,
For each "Dim Assessment Id" we could geranerate the topcount Dim Client Id,1,Prcnt.
Try the following:
