Final Issue Check box ticked still PR does no get deleted

Even after ticking the Final Issue check box for a material whose Procurement Parameter is (Requisition + reservation for WBS element ) the requisition does not get deleted. It is still showing up in Md04 transaction. Can anyone let me know the reason. Waiting for your feedback.

If the PR is already created, Please go to the PR and in the line item Quantity/dates tab, please tick "Closed". then the requirement should go off from MD04.

    We are all responsible for what we say and do, but that doesn't mean we should have the ability to delete our mistakes. It's not like you can delete emails or phone calls or even physical mail.
    Very often, and that's actually why I searched this thread, I send a message to someone else than the one I thought. That's life, I mean, this is not just about agressive people.     If, for example, I send a very rude text to someone, and then realize it was too much, I want to be able to delete it, because I changed my mind.
    But if I consider it normal (maybe I should not) then the recipient will still be able to report me.
    That's my opinion, and just wanted to share it. A mistake should be recoverable.

    Photo stream photos will be deleted once you reach 1,000 unless you import them into iPhoto. You can set your iPhoto preferences to import them automatically.

    I'll test this in just a minute, but it sounds like it means you can use the controls on a speaker being controlled via AirTunes to manipulate iTunes settings (eg. equalizer, volume, or other settings) I'll see what I can figure out for sure.
    EDIT: I just saw the check box above the one you mentioned, that said "Disable iTunes volume control from...", and now I think what the one you are talking about does is allow the speakers to skip songs, fast forward, rewind, or pause. Again, about to test.

    The F1-help gives the following explanation  -however I don't understand the info-:
    'Should aggregates be used? This also means that an additional selection condition is automatically inserted that restricts to rolled up data requests.'

    I have never tried it myself , but I guess, it would mean if aggregates are built on the cube from which the DTP was extracting data you could choose to extract data from the aggregates instead.
    The aggregates are the same as a cube, but with fewer characteristics and would hold data at a summarized level.
    If this summarized level is sufficient for load to downstream infoproviders you could choose to extract from the aggregates.
    This would mean lesser data is read during extraction and extraction would be faster.

    With InfoCubes as the source: Use extraction from aggregates
    With InfoCube extraction, the data is read in the standard setting from the fact table (F table) and the table of compressed data (E table). To improve performance here, you can use aggregates for the extraction.
    Select data transfer process Use Aggregates on the Extraction tab in the DTP maintenance transaction. The system then compares the outgoing quantity from the transformation with the aggregates. If all InfoObjects from the outgoing quantity are used in aggregates, the data is read from the aggregates during extraction instead of from the InfoCube tables.

    In our BI Landscape, the table RSDDSTATAGGRDEF become very large. we are currently managing to delete the older records from the table.
    we have found a program RSDDK_STA_DEL_DATA for deleting the entry. We have ticked the re-organization option.
    Because in the debug session we found the reorg option will delete hte records "which are not related  with RSDDSTAT or RSDDSTATAGGR tables".
    to check this, i am running the program in bkgd for a single month, but the job is running for two days almost, it is not finished,
    When i am checking SM12 there are no locks for this, SM50 process is directly reading RSDDSTAT table.
    Please help me to resolve this,. Also tell me whether i am doing any thing wrong.

    The report you mention is only suitable for 3.x releases and older, if you have release 7.x you need to use  report RSDDSTAT_DATA_DELETE (BW 7.x) or transaction RSDDSTAT.

  • Final issue indicator on the general data button on the work order

    Hi Gurus,
    can anybody please let me know why the final issue check box is checked automatically even before the goods are issued via migo against the work orders. This check box is on the general data tab of the material entered on the components tab of the work order. Please help. As a result of this, the store room clerk cannot issue the material againsth the work order, because this check mark is checked. I want to understand what is causing the check mark to be checked automaticallu even before tthe materials are issued out

    Hello!
    This might have occured due to completion confirmation of order before goods issue. Generally this happens if final issue indicator is set as default in completion confirmation tab. Please check and reply if problem is something else.

  • How do I tally values that only have a ticked Check Box next to them?

    Hi Folks,
    I'm new to Acrobat forms and have recently finished a complicated 7 page form for a client and I am quite pleased with it.
    But the client has come back with the following request:
    They want Check Boxes next to a series of values and, when a Check Box is ticked, it only adds that ticked value. To show what I mean, please see the below image.
    So basically, there is a field on the left-hand side (Current Monthly Repayments) that tallies all the values - in my example this totals $50.00. Then, there is a field on the right-hand side (Future Monthly Repayments) that needs to tally only the values that have a ticked "Yes" Check Box next to them. In my example, this would produce a tally of $20.00.
    Does anyone know how this could be done?

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    I am facing a problem while creating a PO.
    Every time I am trying to create a PO in ME21N, the return check box at the Item level of the PO is automatically getting ticked.
    The check box can't be unticked even in change mode of the PO.
    So all of the PO's with different document types are getting created with the Return check box ticked.
    Can you help me to uncheck the Return tab in the Item level.
    Please advice if any configuration is required or the code has to be modified.

    Go to the Table T007A, where you find the tax codes.
    Input & out put taxes are the tax types.
    In FTXP T.code give the tax code and  click on the
    Input tax codes are used for purchase cycle and out put taxes are for sales cycle. I Hope you have given the sales related tax code. Thats why system is giving the error message.
       In T007 Table give the proper input and get the details.

  • Check Box data NOT been collected consistently by Acrobat XI Pro

    Hi folks
    I'm having a real problem with Check Box data not being processed consistently by Acrobat XI Pro. 
    I've got 140 response forms back - and have processed them in one batch or smaller batches of 50 forms.  I can see the various check boxes ticked in the pdf view but on some forms that data does not get exported to the csv or xls.   For other forms it works fine. 
    I've tried various exports, even opening one returned pdf form and exporting that alone.  All with the same result.
    I'm at a loss to the problem.

    Corruption:  If the file is corrupted, do you know why Acrobat doesn’t report this?  There was no indication of an error in this respect. 
    Method: I have followed your suggestion. Opened ‘BORD0008checkboxissue.pdf’ in Acrobat ProXI.  Export as .fdf.  Close all files.
    Open a blank form in Acrobat Pro XI.  Import the fdf file. 
    Result;  The newly filled form is still missing checkbox data.  Result file at http://www.orchardrevival.org.uk/?p=798
    [ I also exported as xfdf and xml and csv, and looked at these files in a text editor. Neither had the correct checkbox data exported.  Therefore I think it is clear that Acrobat Pro XI is not exporting checkbox data for this file to any format]
    Does that shed any more light on what might be the problem ?

    Background to document:  An outline form was created on Word Mac 2008, and then a pdf generated with the Save As pdf in the Word dialogue (which I think may have been an Mac OS based generator). 
    Then the fillable form was created complete with all 143 fields in Acrobat Pro 8.  Then distributed by email.  So despite the fillable form being created in Acrobat Pro, the PDF Producer is reported as Mac OSX 10.n.n Quartz PDFContext for all forms.  However some of them work, some don’t. Obviously I do not have control over how the forms are filled out there in the wild – even though I’ve asked folk to use Adobe Reader.
    I’ve tried processing results with both Acrobat Pro 8 and XI with similar inconsistent results. (a further interesting issue is that the filename stated in the record is incorrect for that record)

    I just used the "Migrate to Interactive Report" feature. After doing so, the check box is gone that is used to indicate rows to delete. A copy of the region is marked as "disabled" and the check box is still there, but it's not in the newly created region. Without that check box, my page has no way to delete rows. How do I add the check box to the new Interactive Report region? I'd rather not re-create the page from scratch.

    How about something like this? Instead of a check box add a new column with a delete image, you can use something like delete.gif (#IMAGE_PREFIX#delete.gif). The downside is that will be deleting one at a time, but in my experience this may not be an issue.
    Add a hidden item to hold the ID of the row your want to delete. We'll call it P1_ID.
    The new column with the delete image will need to "branch" to a URL and use this code (ALL in one single line)
    apex.confirm("Are you sure you want to delete?", {
      request:"DELETE_ROW",
      set:{"P1_ID":#ID#}
      });Then add a page process that fires when the request is DELETE_ROW
    Would probably look something like this:
    delete from some_table where id = :P1_ID;
    A similar technique can be used for checkboxes, but it's a little more advanced as you need to loop through the selections.
    Oh and add the column to the IR you don't really need to select anything. Or better yet, you could re-use the ID column of the report if you have one as your delete column. The #ID# on the code above needs to be the name of your column. So if your column is EMPNO the above would be #EMPNO# instead of #ID#.

  • How do I add an outline to a check box in InDesign CS6?

    We have a series of existing documents (that were not produced by us) where the check boxes show up as purple boxes in the exported interactive pdfs. Our client wants us to amend the check boxes so that they show up in the pdf as purple boxes with a .25pt black outline, (which would also show up if the pdf was printed).
    In the InDesign document the check boxes already have a 1pt black outline (which doesn't show in the pdf). I can change the 1pt outline to ,25pt, but it still doesn't show in the pdf.
    We have other documents with check boxes where the outline does show up in the exported pdf, but we can't see any difference at all in the properties of the check boxes, so we can't see why some outlines work and others don't.
    Any help would be gratefully received!

    Here are the step-by-step instructions.
    I assume you already have checkboxes on your ID document. If you don't, skip to the end of this post.
    Select one and then switch to the Direct Selection (white arrow) tool.
    Double click the edge of the check. You will see a blue frame around the check.
    Select that blue frame with the Direct Selection tool. You have just selected the frame.
    Go to the Stroke controls and make it Black.
    You now have an outline around the check. This is what it will look like when it is chosen.
    But your boss probably wants the outline also to be around the area of the check when it is not chosen.
    Keep the form selected and switch to the Normal (off) state.
    Use the Selection tool to select the frame edge again and apply the stroke.
    You now have outlines around each check and in the empty spaces.
    BTW the purple is deceptive and depends on Acrobat's settings.
    End of the post:
    Just start with a frame that has a stroke and you will have one when you convert it to a form.

  • Check box Item property in mutiple record block

    I have migrated a number of forms from 6i to 10g. All seems to be working apart from a problem with the display of check boxes that are part of a multiple record block. The item property for the checkbox has font weight set to bold and this works fine on the 6g version. On the 10g version it is displayed as normal font weight.
    Any other items in the record, text items etc are displayed in bold correctly.
    As this seems to affect a lot of forms is there some patch/fix that I should have applied or is this just the way it is?
    I am trying to use set_item_instance_property to set them manually but that doesn't seem to make any difference.

    box, window background ...etc) are taken directly from the Operating System
    (OS) user settings. I tested the issue with lookandfeel=oracle and with
    colorScheme set to different values, and check box tick in this case takes the
    same color as the color scheme used.
    I suggest then using dark color scheme to give you a similar effect as it was in Forms 6i. for example:
    colorScheme=Titanium

  • Import Word 2007 Form check boxes undefined

    Any one have any idea on how to get the forms wizard to import the field property names for check boxes in an Adobe form?
    I have a Word 2007 form which I have tried saving as a .doc, .dot, dotm, .docx and no matter what format I choose, I cannot get the check box fields to import.  I used the legacy checkbox field under the developer ribbon in Word 2007 to create the check boxes.   I have tried to import with protection on the word form enabled and stopped but it doesn't make a difference. The check box fields come across fine but the name and the text fields both say undefined rather then display the field name given in Word.  I am using Adobe 9 pro.  I have checked my Adobe preferences in Word and made sure all the boxes were checked for converting bookmarks but it still did not make a difference.  The text fields are importing fine with the property field names.
    Here is an example:
    I have a yes check box that is labeled StorageY and a no checkbox labeled StorageN for the properties in Word.  I then went to the form wizard in Adobe 9 and selected start with existing form and selected the fillable word form I created with the check boxes.  I imported it and the check box properties say Undefined for both storageY and storageN.   There are about 60 check boxes in the document and I don't want to retype them every time in Adobe when the word form is updated and has to be conveted again.
    I sure hope there is a solution.

    Thanks for the information but I respectfully disagree with "there is no import".  If you open Adobe Acrobat
    9 pro and go to Forms, Start Forms Wizard, select An Existing electronic document and click on Next. Select "import" a file from file system and browse for the word document and click on Next.
    Using this method not only runs the automatic field recognition you were referring to, it also brings in all the word form field text and formats with the exception of the check boxes.  My only guess is the problem has something to do specifically with the check box fields as it does bring over the radio button text.  A lot less work to keep the form updated.  It rocks.  You should try it some time.
    Word 2007 pdf writer does the same thing as the openoffice.org but neither bring across the form field info.  They just create a starting point and you would have to use the method you described above to create the fillable form.
