Find my iphone password
I thought I lost my phone, so I I set a password for it. I didn't have the toggle set on my phone for this feature so it didn't do anything. I tried to add the toggle now. Comes up a message my phone is lost, so call the home. I can't remember the password I set, so I can't even get on my phone. Help!!!
What do mean 'tried to add the toggle now' ?
If you set 'lost mode' then are you able to log into your account on http://icloud.com and turn it off for the phone ?

I usually use wifi when I am at home or even out. If I cannot track where my iPhone is, then what use of Find My iPhone invented for? And also the built in Assisted GPS function for the only uses of offline navigation and location service ONLY when with Internet access. Unlike the other phones such as GalaxySII, it can be real-time tracked. Although Apple has many restrictions, but it should improve the safety services.
iPhone or iPad, with or without cellular data or even wifi sometimes, is always full with fun and functionable. I can deal with my works with many useful apps such as quick office, pages etc. When I am bored, oops, I'm sorry, I won't be bored - I can spend my time with a thousand types of games or watching a series of movies/ dramas downloaded. With iDevices, I will not be living in a dull and meaningless world. -

i just dont know if i can, i dont remember my 'find my iphone' password in my iphone because is an old mail, and that mail is already sing up in my iphone but i cant remember and i cant delete that icloud mail without a 'find my apple' password, so i need to change that icloud mail, but im asking if i remove all of the information, ¿that old icloud mail will gone?, and so i can sing up with a new mail, or if i remove it, that old mail ¿will stay there?, ¿will it ask for my forgotten password? please help!
You can't transfer any content from one account to another account (nor can accounts be merged) - all content will remain tied to the account that downloaded it.
Do you not have copies of all of your downloads e.g. on your computer or backup of your downloads/library ? Whilst you are in Australia you can't redownload your UK purchases (you have to be in a country to use its store), if you have them on your computer's iTunes library then you should be able to stream them from it to your Apple TV -
Where can I find the app "password Saver" by yonglin wang? while updating my iphone the app was dropped for some reason. I went to reload from my purchased apps and it is not available. The history shows my purchase but I can not find the app to reload. I've lost some critical info and need to retreive if possible. Any suggestions?
You tried what ? If the app is no longer available in the store (can you find it in the main part of the store ?) for re-downloading then you would need to have a copy of it somewhere e.g. on your computer's iTunes, on a backup of your downloads.

How do I delete iCloud account to change apple id, when iCloud demands password from defunct account to turn off Find my iPhone? I read all the replies that ignore this gotcha.

How to turn off find my iphone without knowing icloud password
I just bought an Iphone 6+.
Backed up data and settings from old Iphone 5 onto Itunes and used Restore on new Iphone 6+ but contacts from old phone did not appear on new phone.
Tried backing up data from old Iphone 5 again onto Itunes. However, when I tried to Restore again on Iphone 6+, I got a message saying I need to turn off Find my Iphone. Unfortunately, Iphone requires Icloud password in order to turn off Find my Iphone feature and I am locked out of Icloud due to too many failed attempts. I also cannot use the Icloud account associated with the old Iphone 5 as I cannot remember the answers to the security questions and I do not think I entered an alternate email address.
Anyway, short of wiping my new Iphone 6+, is there any way of turning off the Find My Iphone feature without keying in a icloud password?
On another note, I tried erasing all data and settings but could not because I had to key in a Restrictions passcode and I do not even know how a Restrictions passcode even got into my new Iphone 6+!. 1 way I am trying now is to key in my normal passcode wrongly more than 10x so that whole phone will be wiped but I am now at the stage where I have to wait 1 hr before entering another wrong passcode.
If anyone knows how to contact Apple so that I can ask them to reactivate my icloud account so that I can try some more passwords, that would be helpful.Try this support document for information on how to contact Apple and account security. How can I lock out my iCloud?
Because of forget my old password I have create a new Apple ID
But when I wan to log out my iCloud,it call me to logout Find My iPhone.
I had already forget the password that why I create a new Apple ID.
Have any solution for problem like this ?Apps and Music are not from iCloud. Are from iTunes and App Store.
You can change this from: Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Sign out and sign in with new ID, but you will have to pay again to download apps that you already have in your old account. Or leave it as it is to share purchases with your son. -

I was using my ipod at night then all of a sudden on the sceen it said ipod has been locked then it said my phone number and it said call me or the police will. I knew my brother locked it from the computer using " find my iphone" it was on lost mode like if it was lost/stolen. The problem was he knew my apple id and password. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -
My phone is lost – not stolen, and may still be returned. Not long after I lost it, it was switched off, or died (it was at about 6%), so I can't find it using Find My iPhone. I realized I should change all my important passwords, as the passcode can be compromised by various methods. One password I changed was for my Apple account.
Now I'm realizing that I shouldn't have done that. What if the phone comes back online – but my AppleID password has changed; will the phone still be able to connect to Apple with the old credentials so my message is sent?
When I realized this I tried to go back to my old password – but Apple won't let me use one I used in the last year.
