Flash QA: How to extracting all URLs in a flash file

As part of performing link validation on web sites, there's
no obvious way to enumerate all URLs in all flash files for link
validation. Of course I can open each flash file and review the
each actions pane, but that is slow-going.
How can I do this -- or what are best practices in this
arena?

I don't know, I always suppress the html output since the
html it generates isn't W3C-valid in any context I'm designing. I
use swfobject for my flash files -- thanks for the idea, though!
Does it enumerate all URLs that are embedded in a flash file's
actionscript? That seems like it can get rather data-heavy?

  • How can I extract all URL's into a list from 'mm_report' file?

    I've Googled this with no luck; I have a 'mm_report' in xml format. It contains a lot of text that also includes approx 800 URL links I need to extract these URLs into a separate list. I've tried using a regular expression: href=\"([^\"]+)  in 'Find and Replace' which successfully highlights the links but now need to know how to reverse this process so it deletes [strips] all surrounding text & only leaves me with a list of all URL's in this file.
    Any advise, much appreciated.

  • How to extract all keys (PK, FK) and constraints from the schema?

    hi,
    How to extract all keys (PK, FK) and constraints from the schema?Thanks!

    I have no idea about any tool which only extract the DDL of constraints.
    In oracle 9i or above you can use DBMS_METADATA to extract DDL of a table which also shows contraints defination.
    You can take the tables export without data and use databee tool to extract the DDL.

    thanking you inadvance.

    Regex is an option, here's a small start:import java.util.regex.Matcher;
    import java.util.regex.Pattern;
    public class Main {
        public static void main(String[] args) {
            String htmlText = "[ URL = \"http://www.apple.com/\" Title = \"Apple\" Snippet = "+
                            "\"Official site of Apple Computer, Inc.\" Directory Category = "+
                            "{SE=\"\", FVN=\"\"} Directory Title = \"\" Summary = \"\" Cached "+
                            "Size = \"33k\" Related information present = true Host Name = "+
                            "\"www.apple.com\" ], [ URL = \"http://www.apple.com/quicktime/\" "+
                            "Title = \"Apple - QuickTime\" Snippet = \"Apple's free media player "+
                            "supporting innumerable audio and video formats. The proversion "+
                            "includes an abundance of media authoring capabilities.\" Directory "+
                            "Category = {SE=\"\", FVN=\"\"} Directory Title = \"\" Summary = \"\" "+
                            "Cached Size = \"7k\" Related information present = true Host Name = "+
                            "\"www.apple.com\" ],";
            String regex = "[a-zA-Z]+.*?\\s+=\\s+\"(.*?)\"";
            Pattern pattern = Pattern.compile(regex);
            Matcher matcher = pattern.matcher(htmlText);
            while(matcher.find()) {
                String s = matcher.group();
                System.out.println(s);

  • How to extract the audio of a zip file? if it helps I'm trying to add this album zip to my library

    how to extract the audio of a zip file? if it helps I'm trying to add this album zip to my library

    Let's say you have a zipped audio collection (audio.zip) containing mp3 files. And you are at a Terminal prompt.
    List the files in the zip archive
    unzip -l audio.zip (that is ell)
    Extract all mp3 audio files into a new home directory folder called mymusic
    unzip -d ~/mymusic audio.zip \*.mp3
    Variations of the above will depend the zip contents, and internal structure. If the zipped audio collection was gzipped, or someone used rar on it, then the extraction process will be different.

    Have a look at this thread, the last entry has the full code and has everything you need there.
    The answer to knowing how many pages is, you don't need to know!
    You use SL code and no error and no page is opened. Thats the crux of the code.

  • How to Extract All KM Content?

    Hi experts,
    I would like to seek your advice how I can extract all the KM content in a readable format, outside of any SAP application. The SAP application will be decommissioned, but the requirement is to preserve any discussions and files that have been uploaded by users into KM, for their future reference.
    From my own research, I have only managed to find information on the ICE protocol, which can be used to perform a dump of all the data in KM, and then restored onto another server. However, this does not fit my requirements as content exported using ICE protocol will become XML files, and cannot be consumed in its original form (e.g. as plain text, or PDFs) until restored onto a SAP application server.
    I have provided some screenshots of the data I'm talking about.
    Thank you!
    Best regards,
    Kwong How

    Hi Steffi,
    Thanks for your reply!
    When you say "portal drive", do you mean to access the directories on the portal server drive (perhaps via Putty or FTP to the UNIX server)? Or are you referring to some virtual directory structure within the SAP Portal itself at the application level?
    Could you point me to any resources or screenshots where I can learn more about the creation of network sharing to the KM structure?
    For the discussion contents, I am guessing that they would be stored in some database table at the backend. Would you happen to have any idea what tables are used by KM? I was unable to find any results when searching for the info on Google.
    Thanks so much for your help!
    Best regards,
