Flash suddenly won't Codesign?

Question

Here's my setup:
- Using Windows 7 with Flash CS5 for Development
- Using Snow Leopard for Certificates / Keychain Access and Application Loader 1.3
On November 3rd I developed my first App. Created the certificates just fine. Published to the Apple Store just fine. Now, no matter what I do, my app will not upload. I get the "Application failed codesign verification" error.
Here's what I've tried:
- Redid ALL my distribution certificates
- Tested those certificates with a dummy XCode / Objective C app (submitted fine)
- Took those same exact certs and dumped them into Flash CS5, published, and got the aforementioned error
- Tried using the original flash project that successfully uploaded with the working certs, and also got the aforementioned error
- I've also tried using the "codesign -vvvv MyApp.app" in Terminal to compare the build from xcode and the build from flash. The xcode version is valid, the Flash one isn't.
Does anyone have any insight? Anything I can try? I've been working this problem for 3 weeks now, and it's terribly frustrating.
