FM for PGI
HAI FRIENDS,
I m using WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE fm for updating the outbound delivery .
In this the picking qty was updated .
But its not doing for PGI.
Is there any FM for PGI and Wat are all the input parameter required for this FM .Pls Explain with example.
Pls Help me .its Most urgent.

Finally I've managed to create movement type 641...
Let explain how:
First its to update the outbound delivery using the BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE where you can assign a storage location for a position, the delivered quantity, net weight, gross weigth, volume and also conversion factor between units of measure.
The we need to do the picking and the post good issue (PGI) by WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE where you define the picking qty, date and time for the post good issue, etc. This is the one that creates a movement 641.

I have a question regarding post goods issue (PGI) for transaction vl01n,vl02n and vl06g.
earlier i have created a smartofrm and a driver program for sending the form output attachment in a mail after delivery posting manually.
for this i have created a smartform and driver program in which all the logic to attach and mail send is written on delivery posting.
but now customer want this fucntionality on Post goods issue (PGI), when user go to trasaction vl01n ,vl02n and vlo6g and pressing PGI button,
then mail should be sent automatically with for output attachment.
i have found a user exit which is being triggerd on PGI press MV50AFZ1 in which implemented the implecit enhancement in perform
user_exit_save_document_prepeare with below code.
ENHANCEMENT 1 ZPGI_MAIL_SEND. "active version
DATA c_zlf TYPE likp-lfart.
IF sy-ucomm = 'WABU_T' and xlikp-lfart = c_zlf.
SUBMIT ZSD_DECLARATION_CONFORMITY AND RETURN.

ENDENHANCEMENT.
After going to transaction vl02n i am putting unposted delivery number and clicking on PGI button.
in debugging its going to condition check for ucomm for PGI buttion and delivery type.
if condtion is fullfiled and curser going further on submit statement, but without executing the driver program ZSD_DECLARATION_CONFORMITY it coming out of enhancement.
its not performing the task which is develped in the driver program.
Please help me with the submit statement structure if i am missing any or other solution for my problem.

Go to VL02 and you can do the PGI.
Regfarding Group Delivery, you can create a batch job and link the program to the batch job so that the job picks up all the orders and create deliveries.
Creating a Background Job Using the Job Wizard
From the main menu select System>Services>Jobs>Define Job (transaction SM36).
Press the Job Wizard button and step through the screens as follows:
1:Continue
2: Enter a name for your job. Continue.
3: Continue with ABAP Program Step selected
4: Enter the ABAP Program Name and variant name.
Press the Print Parameters button, specify the required printer and set the "Time of Print" to "Send to Print Spooler for now".
Press green tick
Continue
5: If more reports need to be added to the job tick the checkbox, press continue and repeat screens 3 and 4.
6: Select how the job is to scheduled (eg Date and Time)
7: Enter the required scheduling information ( eg Date and Time) and if required tick "Periodic Jobs"
8: If "Periodic Job" was selected select the frequency (eg Monthly)
9: Check the job details and press Complete

Determination of Different GL account for PGI (VL01n)
We have a requirement wherein the customer needs to determine different GL accounts for PGI.
Following is the example.
We need different financial entries for different customers at the time of PGI (vl01n)
Scenario 1) Intercompany sales process
Debit 1551000 - Cost of goods sold - Inter-company
Credit 6031000 - Stock FG&R
Scenario 2) Normal sales process (e.g Export)
Debit 1510000 Standard COGS
Credit 6031000 - Stock FG&R
Note:- We are using same material for both process.

You can have different movement type,for intercomapany sales,create new movement type for example - 901 link it with
a diff. schedule line category.
For normal sales you can use movment type - 601 link it with schedule line category - 'CP'
Other settings were done in OBYC,
for stock account trans. key(BSX) for combination valuation group code,modification key,valuation class,
assign debit,credit g/l accounts.
Similary for COGS account trans. key is GBB,do configuration for above combination. -

PIR reduction for PGI of STO's using delivery note.

Thanks in advance for the solution of this problem.
We have problem for PIR reduction against STO's. Planned qty gets reduces against PGI of STO's and withdrawal qty increases. This causes problem in actual demand qty.
Steps we do for STO posting.
1. STO's creation using transaction ME21n
2. Delivery note creation using transaction VL10b
3. PGI using transaction Vl02n
Startegy group : 10
Requirement Type: LSF
Requirement Class: 100
Cosumption Mode: 2
Movement type for PGI: 641 - Sytem picks up automatically.

Not sure I completely understand the problem. This strategy is supposed to reduce the PIR upon Goods Issue. It only takes into account the PIR and not the Actual demand. If you want the demand to reduce based on the actual demand, then use strategy 40 which will take into account the greater of forecast or actual demand. Is that what you're trying to do? Also, pay attention to the backward and forward consumption period as well as how you have your MD74 running to re-organize independent demand. -

I have a requirement where client wants del. qty. & pick qty. should be uneditable i.e. not changeable before PGI. The net wt. i.e. del. qty. & pick qty. is updated in VL02N through weigh bridge system by internally run BDC. Users are creating D.O. by entering a expected qty. in VL01N.
can anybody suggest any specific USEREXIT for PGI to fix this issue.

Can you suggest me appropriate user exit which can be used during PGI for delivery in Vl02N. This should get triggered when POST PGI tab is hit in VL02N.
Via USer exit I want to change the GL account in the accounting document for PGI ( GL account for Tr price difference which is posted via key AUM (Expense/revenue from stock transfer).

I did a small check in our internal system.
In VL02n choosing the PGI TAB it hits user exit MV50AFZ1 -> FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
This is the call:

form BELEG_SICHERN_DET_CHECK
* Userexit
PERFORM userexit_save_document_prepare(sapmv50a).
So you are good to go with MV50AFZ1 just use
form USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE

User exit or BADI for PGI with blank movement type
Hello,
Am looking for a BADI or user exit which can throw a pop message based on certain checks. The BADI LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT doesn't help because it is not called if the movement type is blank on the delivery (a particular delivery item category in our case).
USER_EXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE cannot be used as it is called in update task(?) and can interfere with rest of the processing.
So which user exit or BADI can I use. Pop message is required after hitting the PGI button on VL02N screen. Access to LIKP, LIPS, VBPA and VBUK is required inside the exit/BADI code for the validations.

I have validated multiple condition in the USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE with socndition and I don't have any problem for update task thing.
Thi user exit update only internal table not databse table . once this perform run after that system run for update to another subroutine USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT. for updating record in database.
If you need this run only only for PGI then please add condition as I mention earlier, it will be work.

For delivey, we can use BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_SLS also, along with those mentioned above bapis.
Even i too had the same requirement earlier, that is, a BAPI for PGI, but dint find any. Finally we did BDC for the PGI part of the sales cycle.

Can LT12 of Pick TO reserve the delv itm Qty for PGI?

I've come across a feature wherein upon LT12 the Delv Item stocks get reserved for PGI so that no other txn(ex. 311/MB1B StLoc to StLoc etc ) can use those stocks. Is that really possible ,I'm still trying to figure out.. please shed lights if anybody knows?

MMReservation (stored in RESB) is related to IM and has nothing to do with WM.
Whether you can execute MB1B+311 is related to IM and has nothing to do with WM (from availability point of view).
You cannot 'reserve' stock in WM in standard SAP. That's all. -

you would try to build sap query based on VBAK/VBAP using VBFA checking LIKP/LIPS and VBRK/VBRP...
but you may request abaper for more professional report with MKPF/MSEG and BKPF/BSEG -

In Table VBUK you 3 different status related fields for sales documents.
Over all status field name GBSTK ( here it gives the total status of praticular sales document) here you see options
A Not yet processed ( This means its complete open)
B Partially processed ( This means the sales doc is partially processed)
C Completely processed ( This means the sales doc is completly processed)
Delivery status and over all delivery status field name LFSTK and LFGSK respectively, these 2 fields will be same always ( here it gives the total status of praticular sales document) here you see options
A Not yet processed ( This means its completly open)
B Partially processed ( This means the delivery doc is partially processed)
C Completely processed ( This means the delivery doc is completly processed)
So overall status can be different then delivery or overall delivery status.
If sales document has 100 quantity for 1 material, if delivery is done for 50 quantity.
Then over all status field name GBSTK will be B Partially processed and delivery and overall delivery will be C Completely processed .
