FM for Planned Total values of a WBS

Hi All,
Looking for an FM which can give me Planned Total values of a WBS element (that means, of that particular WBS element and all the objects below that WBS, including WBS, activities, etc.) just like this figure is calculated in CJ40 "Planned Total" column.
Reply asap as this is urgent requirement.

    Hi,
    I'd like to add a label to the report's grand total row.
    Let us say I've a report that shows the count of all employees and the sum of their salaries reporting to a particular manager 'ABC' in a particular location say 'UK', so I've a grouping by manager and location. I've the display of subtotals enabled at both groups. For each total row, i want to show the label as Total Employees for ABC is 5. Total Salary for ABC is 1000. Similarly Total Employees for ABC in UK is 3 and Total Salary for ABC in UK is 700. How do I achieve this in a Report that I created in Oracle Business Intelligence.

    1) Put the location column in position 1 in the Rows section of your pivot table.
    2) Click on the "sigma sign" on the Location column and select "After."
    3) Click the sigma sign again and this time choose "Format Labels."
    4) In the Caption window, enter: Total Employees and Salaries for @1 is:
    5) Click on "Horizontal Alignment" and select "Right."
    6) Click "OK."
    7) Put the count and salary metric in the Measures section of the pivot table.
    That should do it.

  • CJI3 - Total Value in Transaction Currency values not Appearing

    Hi experts,
    We have a question regarding the CJI3 transaction. We open a project in CJI3 and view all its postings. From the report we observe two columns:
    Total Value in Controlling Area Currency and Total Value in Transaction Currency columns.
    These two columns, for the most part show the exact same values. However, there are some lines that display a 0,00 EUR value for the Total Value in Transaction Currency column.
    Why does this happen? Shouldn't these values for this column also be displayed? We're not sure if this is correct behavior.

    Have you considered the possibility that the value in transaction currency may indeed be zero for those documents?
    Here is an example how this can happen:
    I have a purchase order denominated in a foreign currency. At goods receipt, the goods are valued in local currency converted at the current exchange rate. Then comes the invoice. The amount in foreign currency is the exact one from my order. But the exchange rate has changed.
    As a result, an Fi document will be created for the difference amount in local currency with the value in transaction currency being zero.

    You mean to say in CJ40 not in CJ30.
    Step 1: Go to PRPS Table and enter the WBSE and get the OBJNR no.
    Step 2:Pass the OBJNR in RPSCO and you can get the planned cost value.Note WRTTP should be 1.

    1.From the Transactions CJ30 and CJ40,When you make any chage in Planned cost will adress manual inputs.
    2.A PR requirement of  Material or Services will be depending upon on the Account assignment for Triggering the Purchase requistion--the it Turns into PO(Commitment Cost)--Once Material Recieved against WBS Element or Activity(Actula Cost).
    3.Project Sytem is having special feature like Network Costing that will validate your PR(Materia Cost) cost into Planned Cost,which allways need Lots of Configuration and Version Management.

    Hi Swastik,
    Those cost elements (category 31) are used to calculate and store WIP values at the detailed level of so called line IDs.
    Line IDs are groups of cost elements that were posted to production order.
    For example you can calculate and store WIP separately for Raw Materials, Semis, Activities and overhead.
    You can also settle them to different GL Accounts via mapping in txn.OKG8.

    I am displaying a hierarchical ALV having 4 levels.
    Using field catalog, totals for all dynamic columns are found out.
    I have a requirement not to display totals value for first and second levels.
    And if possible, to display another value.
    Tried using CL_GUI_ALV_TREE->change_node.
    But it not updating.
    Please suggest a solution.

                     I wonder why the second select Query is needed at all instead you can use
    ---> Not Needed
    FORM DATA_RETRIEVAL1.
    SELECT * FROM zcontact INTO TABLE it_zcontact WHERE id EQ wa_zcontact-id.
    ENDFORM.
    ----> Instead you can do
       READ TABLE it_zcontact INTO wa_zcontact INDEX p_seltab-tabindex.
      Append wa_zcontact to Second_table.
    And you can use the Second_table to display the second ALV. The second Select Query will affect the performance too.

  • PO Release Strategy not triggerred for particular Total Net Order Value

    Dear,
    I am currently facing the issue where release strategy for purchase orders is not getting triggered for a particular value or lower.
    For order value 1 INR or less, no release strategy is triggered for new created PO. And for value > 1 INR release strategy is getting triggered.
    All otehr PO characterstics are the same, I mean to say the values for other characterstics such as plant material group are identical.
    But the characterstics for release for Total net order value are <= 30000 INR. There are two system copies, where in one system the same release strategy is working as expected. But in other system the above mentioned issue occurs. There is no differnce which I can see in the release strategy setup.
    Please suggest for solution.

    Dear All,
    While looking further into the issue by going into debugging mode, we have found that in include LCLSCF2I, Internal table p_selection_criteria_tab , the value for ATFLV (Internal Floating point from) gets different values in the two systems. For example, in the affected system, for PO with 1INR tottal value, for one of the Total value chaaracterstics before INR characterstic, ATFLV value is 0,0000000000000000E+00, hence it gets out of loop and doesn't trigger release strategy.
    But in another system for same PO values and release setup, ATFLV value is 1,0000000000000000E+00 for that characterstic.
    May I know how the value for this field gets calculated.

  • Getting an error while activating a planning area "Enter values for planning horizon From and planning horizon To for the storage time profile level"

    Dear S&OP community,
    I am getting following error while creating a planning ares in a newly installed sandbox. "Enter values for planning horizon From and planning horizon To for the storage time profile level".
    This what I did...
    1) Created new attributes and master data objects and activated them successfully.
    2) Time profile created and activated successfully
    3) Trying to create planing area by assigning  time profile in step 2 and assigned master data from step1..Unable to save the data and system returns 
    this error - "Enter values for planning horizon From and planning horizon To for the storage time profile level"
    My understanding is time profile needs to be active  but doesn't have to have values...
    Any help is appreciated.

  • Free sample sales - Control for Total Value

    Dear all,
    In our sales free process we configured
    a condition type Z100 Net value
    and condition record maintained with Key
    Customer / Material / Plant
    Higher authority is maintaining teh condition reocrd for one day.
    10000/ Fg123456 / h210 - 100 % 12.8.2011 12.8.2011
    and It will come in the sales order and the Total value will get knocked off by Z100 condition type.
    But in this user can enter any number of quantity in the day and product can be dispatch as free sample.
    Now we want here
    The Basic value (multiply by qty) of the sales order should not go beyond Rs 5000/-
    It should be restricted.
    Or can we have some release strategy so that Rs 5000 marketing manager can release,
    5000 - 10000 COO and above CEO.
    Please suggest me, even the full process need to changed also OK for us.

    As explained already, through user exit MV45AFZZ, you can acheive the block.
    for your 2nd part, you can get a z-report develop to check the orders that are blocked with this specific delivery block and their net value and item details. Allow the business user to choose the documents he wants to release, since this is purely a business decision. For the orders he wants to release, again through the same user exit MV45AFZZ and FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE, you can get this block removed through ABAP programming.
    You can define a new blocking reason, if required in OVLS.

  • FM returns wrong total value for Limit type PO's

    Hi all,
    I am working on SRM 5.0 (SP13) ECS.
    I have implemented the BADI "BBP_WFL_APPROVAL_BADI" for determining the Approvers for PO whenevr a PO is changed.If the diference between the Old PO value and new PO value is > 1000 and the approval text field(custom text under "Documents" link) is set to "YES",then the WF approval is required and the approvers are determined.
    The above logic works fine for the Standard type PO's where the difference between the old value and new value is determined using FM "BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL"  by passing the GUID (for the change version and the active vesion) obtained at runtime in the BADI.
    However for the limit type PO's,whenevr I change the total value for the Limit item,I see that the FM "BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL" doesnt return the changed value but  always returns blank!
    Bcause I need to check bth the values i.e. Custom text set to "YES" as well as Total value diff ,I cant use the start conditions in tcode SWB_COND.ALso I need to fetch the approvers based on the price diff so I need this value at runtime in the BADI using the FM "BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL".
    Please advise why the FM is not returning the changed values for the Limit type PO and is there any other way(other table/FM) to get the changed value at runtime for the LIMIT type PO.

    Yes.I am using the GUID available at runtime in the  BADI "BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI" which is the current change version GUID.I tried using that GUID to get the data from both FM as well as CDHDR and CDPOS tables.
    I think this is something related to LImit type PO because for Standard type PO's the FM returns the corretc changed value (as in the screen) for the change version GUID.I fail to understand why the changed values are shwon on the screen but are not stored anywhere in the system before actually ordering the PO!

    We use SEM BPS. In fact we use the integration of SEM BPS in the CRM opportunity component as opportunity planning.
    Now we want to distribute the total value of certain key figures over the months. Either equal distribution or increasing distribution like 1% increase every month. What would be the best way to do that with a planning function?
    We need to take into account that the number of months depends on the start and end date of the transaction (opportunity).

    I would probably create a fox formula, do a foreach in selection loop over the months and distribute the values within that formula.
    If you want to use a standard distribution function, you need to create the reference data somewhere before, which could be a bit difficult if the timeframe changes according to user selections.
