FMS stop responding to user if the bandwidth is limited?

We are developing a video chat room application using FMS 2.0 and AS2, everything seems fine untill recently we found:
When publishing live webcam, for some users, occationally the connection with FMS stucked, no message (data, video, audio) were sending to server anymore, the ping_rtt from getStat() is keep growing finally more than 10000.
[1] This happened no matter if there are users subscribing to their stream or not.
[2] If we decrease their webcam publishing setting to very very low, things are better but still can happen.
So I just wonder if the bandwidth between this user to the FMS is limited, the FMS simply not responding to the client anymore. From my understanding
of FMS, if the bandwidth is not enough for the user to sending message to server, it will drop video/audio messages, but never drop data(command) messages. But seems FMS dropped everything here, even can't ping the client properly.
How can I solve this problem? I would like the FMS keep dropping client's video/audio messages no matter what, but keep a valid and effective command connection with the client, namely the ping_rtt sitll can be within reseanable range.
I have been testing for long time and google a lot, but still no luck. Hope somebody here can give me a hint!

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Unlikely. Based on the complete lack of detail of the issue provided it is entirely possible the same issue would occur.
Unless and until the user provides some actual details of the problem, there is nothing the indicate that the issue is with the iPhone.

If you had never saved the file at any time, you have lost your work.
Go to; Apple Menu > Force Quit
Start a new presentation, and from now on, after adding the first object to the slide, save the file.

Hello people, sometimes I would get the message "Shockwave Flash may be busy or it may have stopped responding". There is no way I can fix this. I have tried Google and they don't show tutorials on how to permanently fix this. What year is this? 2002? Not it's not. It's almost 2015. Can you please fix this for Firefox 34 or newer?

Shockwave Flash is an Adobe product - it's up to them to fix it. All we can do here at Mozilla Support is offer suggestions that have worked for us and other users.

ITunes stops responding 3/4 of the way when automatically synching music

I have an Ipod Classic 80 gig for 8 months. Recently I am having an issue synching my entire music collection (3600 files and growing). ITunes gets to about 2900 files and then locks up and quits responding. This forces me to manually unplug the USB apple cable, thereby not ejecting properly.
The Ipod says 'ok to disconnect' then boots off then on and then I have no music files on it. I have restored the Ipod back to original settings multiple times and have retried even manually controlling the ipod, but Itunes keeps locking up without warning.
I have the latest version of Itunes and the latest software installed on the ipod classic. I am using Itunes for Windows (PC). This is maddening. I dont know if its an issue with the Ipod or the very slow, resource hogging Itunes software.
Can Apple help with software issues? I dont think its the ipod. Help would be appreciated. I paid $250 for an Ipod that wont hold all my music.

After much confusion and spending 3 hours at the Apple retail store with my laptop, observing Itunes lock up multiple times and throw weird error messages, the 'Genius' bar people finally agreed to swap my Ipod Classic for a 'refurbished' one.
Voila. Problem solved. It was the hardware, not my laptop or the Itunes software. I resent the 'Geniuses' trying to blame my equipment or Windows XP for their Apple produced hardware failure.
AND...it cost me $30 bucks to swap it. This is what the worthless Apple 1 year warranty gets you. They also strongly pushed the $59 'Apple Protection Plus' extended warranty on me. The 'genuises' must get a commission for every one sold.

when i downlode something annd when i click it an and it loads then if it is a 3D game like slender man and on the site kongregate.com it cracks up the this popup says "you display driver has stoped responding restart your computer so ms can send an error report" i do just tthat then a messag pops up saying your comp recovred from a serious error how do i fix it?

I already reset the iphone to its factory settings and erase all contents but still the browsing speed freezes or not searching at all. Sometimes it will work and fast but then the problem uccors every now and then. Iv'e been using iphone 4 for two years and I still have it and works fine compared to this IPHONE 4S.

Settings → scroll down to Safari → in Safari settings, I selected both Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data.
IF that does not work -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Finally - if problem still present -
Go to Settings>General>Reset
Reset the network settings - you will need to add the password of your home WiFi in your phone once more
The device should turn itself off & back on then go into Settings>Wifi and join your network

How to fix Premiere Pro CC 7.2.1 when it stops responding?

I have a project with 3 sequences. I am having trouble with the 2nd sequence which is mixed AVCHD and QT. I edited several clip assets extensively, enduring some rather long save times but I did edit. I went to the next clip in the timeline and it is QT. In order to make warp stablizer happy, the sequence is in animorphic format (non-square pixels) per the native AVCHD. The QT clip is in 16:9 1920x1080. When I selected the QT clip, Premier Pro stopped responding and I get the blue donut of death for the past hour.
My system:
*All CS apps installed are current. I have everything installed except scout and the various Flash programs.
*I have McAfee Total Protection running but although it can slow disk access down by not giving the file to an applicaiton until it inspects it with real-time scanning, that's not an issue at this time.
*Windows 8.1 Pro with the latest updates, 64-bit
*Processor Intel Core i7-4930K 3.40GHz running 3.40GHz
*16 GB of RAM
*ASUS SABERTOOTH X79 motherboard

*I have recently installed Apple QuickTime. My understanding is that PPro CC 7.2.1 doesn't use the 32-bit Apple QT but rather has it's own 64-bit QT plugin.

Contribute CS4 stops responding every time I try to add a link

I recently had to re-install Contribute CS4 when I updated to a new computer and operating system (now on Windows 7). Now, Contribute seems to work fine - until I try to add a link on any page I am editing. Whenever I select the Link button, Contribute will stop responding and will force the software to shut down. Please advise!

Please try below steps and check if it works for you :
Close contribute.
Go to : C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe and rename "Contribute CS4" to "Contribute CS4_old".
Go to : C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and rename "CS4ServiceManager" to "CS4ServiceManager_old"
Launch contribute and try again.
In case the above does not work then try reinstalling contribute or try recreating the connection.

Automator Stops Responding while trying to perform "Get Image URLs from Webpage"

I have seen it in many tutorials, and it seems strait forward enough, so here is my order of events for my scriptl;
Get Current Webpage from Safari
Get Image URLs from Webpage [linked from these webpages]
Download URLs [Downloads]
However when I run this script it returns the get current webpage quickly but then hangs on Get Image URLs from webpage either never passes or takes 700+ seconds to move to the next step.
The times it did pass to the next step it worked 98% still missed images occasionaly.
After I figure out how to fix this issue, I am looking for a way to make it create a new folder, and name it according to the sub directory of the webpage, for example:
http:\\www.mypictures.com\Birthday\01.JPG
http:\\www.mypictures.com\Birthday\02.JPG
would create folder Birthday, and save images 1 and 2
Then in the future I want to download another set such as;
http:\\www.mypictures.com\MothersDay\01.JPG
http:\\www.mypictures.com\MothersDay\02.JPG
As these are both named 01.JPG the sets would overwrite, or add strange numbers and not divide by set by default;
So I need this script to create folders based on Directory (portion of url) In my example it would be MothersDay, and Birthday folders.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I should add, it has simply frozen and stopped responding about 95% of the 20 times or so I have run it. I have tried rebooting (not sure if that helps on Mac, I'm still new to the OS been a windows user for a long time but so far I love my Mac).

Windows Explorer Preview Panel Stops Responding

When using explorer with the preview panel open to browse thru a directory with pdf files, the preview panel eventually stops responding. After sometime the process looks like it resets (or flushes memory) and starts working again. To get it working sooner we can close explorer, kill the acrord32 processes and get back into explorer and it works. This only happens on PCs with Adobe Acrobat installed on it. PCs with only the reader on it work fine. The configures is Windows 7 (32 bit) SP1 and Adobe Acrobat XI Standard version 11.0.07. Prior to our last Window Patching users were getting the error: "Adobe Reader has stopped working A problem cuased the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program." Any suggestions on what to try?

Motion Tracking gets slower with longer clips until it stops responding

Whenever I do feature tracking to stabilize a shot, the first few frames analyse in a split second per frame but then it gets slower and slower until it takes tens of seconds per frame and finally stops responding to user input at all.
I see the same probem on a 32GB Ram, MacOS 10.8 iMac 4.8GHz Core i7 with a 2GB CUDA capable NVidia card
(The biggest and fastest Mac you can buy since MacPros are no longer sold until the next generation)
and MacOS 10.7.5 on a MacBook with 16GB or RAM, 2.4GHz Core i5.
On the MacBook I had clips starting to track with 15fps for the first 5% but ultimately taking 5 days to track a 12 minute clip.
I have stage scenes of 10-15 minutes an am tracking the edges of the stage to remove slight camera shakes. Then exporting them to ProRes to use in an FCPX timeline (because there is no integration between Motion5 and FCPX at all and the trackig in FCPX doesnt allow for manually defined feature markers.).
Tracking anything below 3-5 minutes is okay.
Even when opening Motion5 again with the tracking data loaded it hardly reacts to user input when moving in the timeline or attempting to play the clip.
There is usually no other effect applied.
It's not like it is any more complex or requires any more memory to track the motion of the same feature between frames 5000 and 5001 and between frame 5 and frame 6.

3 clips of 5 minutes takes mintes to track.
a clip of 15 minutes take hours.
