Follow Up Document - Items are not selectable (BUS2000117)

Hi CRM Experts,
we have created a service Order (BUS2000116) and afterwards we want to create a Service Notification (BUS2000117).
When pressing the button 'Follow-Up' a Pop-Up is opening where we normally should have the option to select the items which we want to have in the Service Notification.
The problem is that there is a message which says 'Items can not be copied' and this message is appearing for all items.
We have made all necesarry customizings in:
Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Copying Control for Business Transactions -> Define Copying Control for Transaction Types
Here the flags for 'Copy Item Number' and 'Complete Reference' are marked.
We have made tests in customizing:
Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Copying Control for Business Transactions -> Define Copying Control for Item Categories
and also:
Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Copying Control for Business Transactions -> Define Item Category Determination when Copying
...But without succes.
Anybody knows what is going wrong? Is there another customizing we have to change?

Hi,
First check all the configurations are done in Copy Control of business transactions in SPRO.
Then check header ' system status' of Service Order (BUS2000116) , it should be "RELEASED" , If not then set the system status by changing  the 'user status' . At one specific 'user status' , the system status will get changed to "RELEASED" . Then the option of copying line items will be enabled.
         If you want to know for which specific header user status the line items get released , you can check in SPRO- 'Status management ' . Check out the header status profile of the service order and you can find all the user statuses and the corresponding system statuses .

    I have configured sort on Name columns. Initially items are displaying in sorted order like (A,B,C,D,E...)
    Now Items are not displaying in a sorted order it is displaying like (A, B,C,D,E,A,C...) like this.
    Please help me on this sorting issue.

    Are the documents displaying in your image inside the document sets?  If so then your sets (folders) are displaying in alphabetical order and the documents inside the sets are displaying in alphabetical order.  This is what i would expect.

  • Few line items are not coming at the time of creation of delivery

    Dear Experts,
    When the user creating the delivery few line items are not picking in the delivery document
    the following checks i verified,
    Stock is available
    shpping condition is differ from sold to party and sales document
    Plants are same for all the line items
    why the few line items are not coming in the delivery document creation,
    please help me to sort out this issue

    Check below points.
    Point 1:
    When you create a delivery document, you create it for a Shipping Point.
    So whatever the line that came in to one delivery has determined same shipping point that you entered in VL01N screen.
    Others got a different shipping point and that's why it didn't come to the same delivery document.
    Shipping point determined based on below criteria
    - Shipping Condition - From customer master
    - Loading Group - Material
    - Plant  - Delivery Plant of the sales order line item
    You assign a proffered shipping point for above combination in configuration.
    If that combination is not find, those line items are not going in to the delivery.
    You can check the log of the delivery document for more information as well.
    Point 2:
    Check the line item Requested delivery date and the "Selection Date" you entered in the VL01N screen.
    Al  Requested delivery dates has to be on or before the  "Selection Date" you entered in the VL01N screen.
    Those line items which has a date more than that will dropped in the delivery.

  • Not to display the document which are not due at the time of making the pay

    Hi,
    My user dont want to display the document which are not in due at the time of making the payment through F-53.
    For example:
    Vendor Code: 1001 has the open item as below:
    Due Date - 29.09.2009 Amount 50000
    Due Date - 30.09.2009 Amount 10000
    Due Date - 15.10.2009 Amount 40000 (due date is in future)
    Now my user want to make the payment for the above vendor through T-Code: F-53 / F-58, while clicking the process Open item the syste, shows all the document (which inclues the future due date document).
    My user dont want to display the document which is in future due date because by wrongly he should not make the payment for the future due dated document.
    Kindly provide me the solution how to disable the document which are not in due.

    Hi,
    You can try the following -
    Execute transaction code O7F4, and maintain the field FAEDT. Then execute F-53 and check if the option to enter net due date appears in the additional selection or not.

  • Line items are not coming on next page in Bill of Lading

    When I am printing Bill of Lading, if it has around 8 line items then its printing on the first page, but if line items are more then its not printing the remaining line items on second page.
    I have one delivery with 10 line items, when I am printing it then on first page 7 line items are coming and for 8 line item only material is printing and on second page its description is printing but last two line items are not printing at all.
    Kindly help me to resolve the issue as it is very critical.

  • My Apple Loops are not selectable. Can anyone help me with this please?

    Whenever I open up my Apple Loops on Logic Pro X, they are not selectable.
    I have tried reinstalling the program and reinstalling the loops, but that did not work.

    What do you mean.. nothing happened?
    Make sure you followed the instructions exactly.....
    From the Apple () menu, choose System Preferences.
    Click Spotlight.
    Click the Privacy tab.
    Drag a folder or an entire volume (your hard drive) to the list.
    If prompted for confirmation, click OK.
    Remove the item or volume you just added to the list by clicking it and then clicking the minus ("-") button.
    Close Spotlight preferences.
    Spotlight will re-index the contents of the folder or volume.

    We are using Jheadstart 11.1.1.4.26 with Jdeveloper 11.1.1.4
    HR Testcase:
    Form UI
    Lov on the Manager_FirstName
    returns
    ManagerId -> ManagerId
    FirstName -> Manager_Firstname
    LastName -> Manager_Lastname
    1: Select a manager from the LOV popup. ManagerId,FirstName,LastName are filled
    2: Clear the Manager_Firstname from the Lov inputext. Returned Values should be automatically cleared (at least they used to in previous version). They dont in this version.

    I emailed you a new one with screenshots of the steps required to reproduce it.
    Conserning the previous test case I have sent, you are correct. I made a mistake by returning the
    ManagerId back to ManagerId where it should be EmployeeId copied back to ManagerId.
    However the items are not cleared in my Environment if you set a value from the LOV popup and then clear the value of the textinput. (No saving should be performed between these two steps).
    If you perform a save between these two steps the items are all cleared.
    Are you using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.4 ?

    It is as if the item the Lov is based on does not autosubmit when it loses focus (click somewhere in the page)

  • Asset Line items are not updating in table ANEP

    Hi friends,
    I found that asset line items are not getting updated in ANEP table,.
    This is my precedure for posting of depreciation.
    I'll create Asset through AS01, then i'll use the T.Code: F-90.. then i'll run the depreciation program thru t.Code: AFAB.
    In but i am unable to capture the values of Planned and Depreciated or Posted values in ANEP.. Is there is any other table for this...
    Where is the mistake in my process..

    HI Naveen
    The FI-AA documents are stored in tables ANEK (document header), ANEP (document line items) and ANEA (proportional values). You can use FI-AA standard report RABEWG_ALV01 to list all transactions to an asset in one fiscal year, and report RAABGA_ALV01 to list only retirement postings.
    ANEA should be the solution you are looking for.

  • Office 365 ProPlus App-V 5.0 Package installs Lync, Outlook, Infopath and Onenote even though they are not selected for publishing

    I have created an App-V 5.0 Package for Office 365 ProPlus using the documentation provided here:

    I am able to load the App-V Package into my SCCM 2012 SP1 environment and deploy the package to a test machine
    Within SCCM, I have configured the deployment type to only select a couple of applications.  Notice that Lync, Outlook, Infopath and Onenote are not selected.

    For my deployment type, I only selected Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  Looking at my test machine, those 3 applications now show up in my start screen.

    I don't see any of the other Office applications be default on my start screen, so I would think all looks good.  If I type another Office application, lets say access at the start screen I get, "No apps match your search."

    But if I type Lync, Outlook, Infopath or Onenote, it shows me that those applications are available, and I can launch them as an App-V application just as I could Excel, Word or Powerpoint, the applications that I wanted to have available.
    This is not what I was expecting when I went through the trouble to create an App-V package.  It looks like almost all of the apps become available on my client machine, all App-V is doing is making the application button in the start screen a little
    harder to find.
    What is interesting is that for the applications I did want published, I can search for them by just entering a few letters of the application name, and they show up with the 2013 version label, see below for an example search for Word.

    For the applications that I did not publish but still show up on my client, I have to type in the full name of the application for the launch button to come up.  For example, I can't type lyn and expect to see Lync, but if i type lync I will get an
    option to launch the application.  The same goes for Outlook, Infopath and Onenote, and when you do type in the full namke of the app, it doesn't show the version number like Word does as Word 2013, it just shows Lync, or Outlook, or Infopath, or
    Onenote.

    Can anyone from Microsoft confirm that this is expected behavior.  If this is to be expected this is pretty disappointing, because a main point of the App-V package is it is the only way to limit which applications are deployed via Office 365 ProPlus
    but from what I can tell, it really isn't limiting anything beyond the start screen for most cases.

  • We are using SAP SRM to punch out external catalogs. Firefox version 3.5 and below works fine and the items from the catalogs are brought back to SRM .But when we use version 3.6.12 the items are not getting transferred back to SRM from the Catalogs.

    SRM is a procurement system from SAP which we use to purchase goods and service. We have external catalogs like officemax, cdw etc which we punchout the items and bring it to SRM for ordering.
    When we use firefox version 3.5 and below the items which we add from the Catalogs are correctly brought back to SRM for us to order. But when we use versions 3.6.12 the items are not brought back to SRM.
    Internet Explorer 7 and 8 works fine. Is there anyway you can help us.

    Hi,
    Firstly I would suggest you to upgrade your database from Oracle Release 11.2.0.1.0 to Oracle Release 11.2.0.2 . This is the recommended Oracle 11g database version  for SAP solutions. Many of your problem will get resolved with it.
    Question 1:
    So my first question would be is there any other suggestions besides adjusting the mentioned parameter above in order to ensure that no work processors going into hang state due to RFCs' occupying it as this issue always happens at the end of the month only when there are massive users accessing it.
    For immediate resolution the approach you have followed is correct viz limiting number of dialog processes for RFC. Secondly you need to analyze why RFC processing takes so much time. You need check which programs are getting executed by those RFC.
    Generate EarlyWatch report for more detailed view
    Question 2:
    My second question is what went wrong with the libttsh11.so file. How could it be 0 size in PRD when no signs of changes had happen to the PRD system. Is this a proven Oracle Bug or something else since I have never encountered anything like this before.
    The libttsh11.so library cannot be found in the related directory.
    Cause
    The file system is mounted using CIO option, but per Note 257338.1 Direct I/O (DIO) and Concurrent I/O (CIO) on AIX 5L, an ORACLE_HOME on a filesystem mounted with "cio" option is not supported.
    Such a configuration will cause, installation, relinking and other unexpected problems.
    Solution
    Disable the CIO option on the filesystem.

    I used work flow 12300111 for leave request process and I activated that work flow.
    I applied leave through ESS from portal(Employee login)employee sends a leave request sends good,
    and I got  Leave request(work items) Managers in box(uwl in Manager Login in portal).
    Manger Approve the leave request has been approved successfully.
    can I check whether leave request is processed in R/3.
    in tcode se38-RPTARQDBVIEW - UNDER leave request(Leave)->STATUS>COMPLETED,
    But in r/3 i execute the Tcode SBWP...
    here is no work items are not showing in outbox..

    it wont be shown in outbox of SBWP
    you need to check via SWIA or rptarqdbview or SWI5 for the user
    these are java based tasks so will be done in UWL. you can see only the tasks but after approval they are disappeared.
    The outbox shows the last 30 days by default. This default cannot be
    changed. This 30 days selection period is always set when you enter
    the outbox. However, the user can change the selection period by
    clicking the button 'Change selection period' on top of the grid
    control but this as you know will be reset once you log out.
    This is how the mapping from the
    backend workplace folders to the UWL tabs should work:
    UWL tab                        Backend folder
    Notifications                  Deadline Messages
    Tasks-> Completed Tasks        Outbox -> Workitems executed by me
    Tracking -> My Requests        Outbox -> Started Workflows
    Tracking -> Forwarded          Outbox -> Forwarded workitems

    dont go the table again and again . the table is updated at intial stage only for stock update but not when SAP is running.
    In day to day bussiness the flow is as follows:
    Production - MB31 - to Unres stock
    Sales - VL02n - PGI - to customer - i.e out of unres stock
    Every day u can run TC J1i5 once in a day as decided and update the register so all transactions which have happend in that day gets updated i.e both input and output.
    and this will happen every day.
    hence dont use table as it is only for intial data upload i.e just before golive.
    Hope i am clear.

  • Quotation Items are not displayed on SRM Web

    Hi experts!
    I did a program to create a quotation based on a Bid invitation.
    My program creates the document correctly, but, when i try to show the quotation on the browser, the quotation items are not displayed.
    If I open this same quotation on the SRM Gui (TCODE = BBP_PD), the quotation items are there.
    Anybody in here already had this problem?

    I got to fix my program!
    My code is like that below:
          ls_quot_item_e-src_guid        = bid_items-guid.
          ls_quot_item_e-src_object_type = 'BUS2200001'.
    The business object BUS2200001 is the BO of Items of Bid Invitation, now, my reference is complete.
    It works fine now.

  • CS6 on Mac: Layers in certain folders are not selectable

    The problem occurs when trying to select a layer on my canvas that is not in the folder I am currently working in.
    So let's say I have 2 folders named folder 1 and folder 2. When I'm working on some objects in my document that are in folder 1, it all works. Yet when I try to click and select an object on my canvas that is located in folder 2 I won't be able to select it. As if it would be locked. When I go to my layers pannel, and click on 'folder 2', It normally selects all the layers in that folder and I can select everything in there. (Until I click on something that is in 'folder 1, in which case I won't be able to select any object on my canvas again.)
    It almost seems like a preference, but I haven't been able to find anything that warrants this as an (annoying) feature.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    The problem is not when it's in a different layer, but when I put layers in different folders. They are not selectable at that time anymore if I'm editing an object that is in a different layers folder.
    I haven't had this problem before, but now it won't go away no matter how many times I reboot. (Also tried closing all other programs like spotify, but no luck still.)
