Forms Central Upgrade Question(s)

Why do I need an upgrade when I am already paying the $50 per month for the cloud plackage?  And if I do actually need an upgrade, why won't the system allow me to do it?  I just embedded my new form onto the website and I have no way of being notified when someone compeltes the form so I can set up the work order.  Thank you.

If you want to turn on email notifications you will need to upgrade to the FormsCentral basic or plus plan.

  • CANNOT PURCHASE FORMS CENTRAL UPGRADE

    I am having an extremely hard time purchasing the upgrade for Forms Central. At first I thought it was my credit card, but I literally have tried 3 different visas (some friends) and one MasterCard. I have checked and double checked my address and the credit card number and I can guarantee you alll my information is correct as I have tried to process the payment over a dozen times, literally.
    This is what I get every time:

    When I talked with support the lady told me that dashes shouldn't be in the address space...so I took out dashes, still didn't work. She then looked further and told me "there must be something on Adobes end we can fix". She even entered all my information in for me twice and tried to process it over the phone...nothing. I used the same credit cards the same day to make purchases and phoned the bank to make sure there was no holds...there wasn't.
    Now all I get from Adobe support is, "enter your information again, it should work". then, "ok, well I will push this to the next level". I literally have been through the same loop twice each person not knowing what to do. Is there a number I can call or something....
    I then created a whole new account with all my personal information, and with a different credit card...it still didn't work. Is purchase not available in Canada? I am not computer illiterate, I am in charge of IT for our company and I am keying in the right info. I even collected our exact address from the credit card compant to make sure it was all the same.
    So far not impressed with Adobe's support process, the people are all very nice but it seems they just keep using their 24-48 hour wait time and then just looping me through it again. Its been 5 days and all I want to do is buy a product! Anyone know what number I can call to resolve this or a method so I can purchase this subscription?

    Does the billing address for your credit card also have a Norway address?  It looks like you were able to subscribe to Photoshop back in November.

    You cannot and need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if the article doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
    Changing the rescue email address requires supplying two of the answers. They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

  • Help downloading forms to PDF and it's not allowing me to upgrade to a Paid Account in order to do so since Form Central is ending.

    I need to download my forms as PDF. It says i need to update to a paid account. We have a paid account but under a different user name so i was going to upgrade my account. It takes me to the page with the message about Form Central ending. We know this but are using Form Central until we find another product. I must download these forms before changing systems AND need to send them to the sponsors.

    Could anyone tell me how to handle this?? I would like to have the basic account stopped and the payment back, because I never got anwywhere the information that he basic account would continue.

    Hi;
    Basically you need to have a credit card and billing address in a country that FormsCentral is sold in.  You can use your subscription from anywhere, so you can purchase if you have a card/billing in a supported country and use in Singapore.

  • Question about using Forms Central for making fillable school worksheets

    Can Forms Central be used to create (fillable) school worksheets for my son, that he can then open and type responces to? That is the only thing I need it for. For instance, I would like to make worksheets for spelling that would ask him to type certain spellings words (from a list) where long a is spelled ai, et cetera.

    Sure - that sound like a very achievable form to create using FormsCentral.   You can/should give it a try by creating a free account and either creating a new form from "blank" (new custom form) or starting with a related Template you would modify.  You can see if it would work for you, you can have one form at a time in your free account, you can always delete the one you try out and then try another.

    I work for a university here in Southern California and we would like to be invoiced yearly to use Forms Central.  How can we get an invoice so we can make this a reoccurring payment yearly?

    You can purchase the Plus annual plan using a credit card from our website. We don't support purchasing using a purchase order.
    If you want to purchase using a purchase order or something besides a credit card you would have to go through a reseller. The minimum number of seats you can purcahse from a reseller is 10.

    I have subscribed to Creative Cloud, I have also downloaded an used Forms Central desktop app. created a form, but when I want to publish it I am asked to upgrade/Subscribe now. So the question is, do I have any access to Forms Central publishing - collect responses online - or am I going to have to take out another subscription to be able to do that?

If I wanted SurveyMonkey, then would get it but I and others like me do not need or want tabulation services as I assume Adobe looked at Forms Central as a cash cow; it isn't that at all for me.

    How do you change a "row Label" in form central into an interactive text box?  I need to leave some of the row labels plank so that people using the form can add some of their on labels.  Can this be done and if so how?

    I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Respondents (fillers of the form) cannot edit the label of a field.

    If you created it in Forms Central, you have to edit it there. I believe Forms Central is similar to LiveCycle Designer in that the form created is no longer able to be edited in Acrobat. I might be wrong, but that is my understanding. You add the submit button in Forms Central. Within Acrobat, you should be able to go to the forms menu and Manage Data to save the data to an Excel file. Others better with forms should be by to clarify things, but this should get you started. In the future you might find it better to post a forms question in the forms discussions.

    The "insert/edit link" button is on the top menu bar, between the paragraph alignment buttons and the "Form Setup" button. If it's greyed out you'll need to insert a question or formatted text field.

    I have a form I created in Adobe Forms Central and it is great.  It is our critique form that reviewers fill out after they have seen a high school musical.  I send three reviewers to each musical and because the questions for each musical are the same, there will be 3 reviewers filling out the form for 50+ musicals this year.  The critique is long and requires some time for them to fill out, so I downloaded a pdf version of the form.  The problem I am now having is that the submit button on the pdf form is NOT working.  Which defeats the purpose of creating the form and having a forms central account in the first place.  Do I need to download a pdf for EACH reviewer for EACH musical?  Having to manually enter the information into the forms central responses tab is very frustrating when I don't see where the problem is.  Please help.  Thank you! 

    This should work. You don't need to download multiple PDF files. You should read this FAQ: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2653
    Make sure everyone is using Adobe Reader and not some other viewer.
