Formula list and details of operations

In an OBIEE analyisis, when you drag a column to the "Selected Columns" section and then from more options edit the Formula and try to add fucntions like SUM() or COUNT() on the column, you fina a host of other formula as well in the new popup window. My question is, can you help me with a link or documentation for the list of all supported functions and details on how to use them ? Where can I find them. I am aware that hen you try selecting a formula, you get a instance help, but it will will be good to have to documentaion for all the functionas together in one place.

Buttons 'LIST' AND 'DETAILS' disabled in WEBUTIL_FILE.FILE_OPEN_DIALOG

When I do 'WEBUTIL_FILE.FILE_OPEN_DIALOG' the explorer is opened and it shows some bittons ('List','Details',etc).
My problem is that the buttons 'List' and 'Details' are disabled and I need to use them.
And a question ¿could I hide any of the icons in the explorer?

JFileChooser - List and Details

Hi,
In the JFileChooser Dialog, we have two buttons "List" and "Details" to view and select the files.
The default is "List" mode, when the File Chooser dialog opens.
In this mode, if we type in the first character of the file we want to select, then the FileChooser will automatically focus the first file in that directory starting with that letter.
For Example: If I type in 's' in the "File Name" text filed, the focus is on the first file in that directory starting with letter 's' like "sample.txt".
But this same feature is not available in the "Details" mode.
Does anyone have an idea of how to incorporate this in the "Details" mode ?
Also is there a way to make the "Details" mode as the default mode when the FileChooser dialog opens.
I have tried many sources but could not find any information regarding this problem.
Any help will be appreciated.

Change view order of characteristics in list and details view

Hello everybody
I made some changes in the view order of most standard and own characteristics. Unfortunately the characteristic position changes I made are only partly applied!
Example:

Why characteristics are not shown as a column in the list view is clear to me. This is the case when no catalog items have a value in those characteristics.
Did anyone else out there observe similar behaviour and hopefully knows the solution to it?

Just for the records...
The system obeys to a changed character view order of own defined characteristics only if your own defined characteristics are not specified on catalog but on schema level!
We had specified our own defined characteristics on both levels at the same time... this disturbed the system and was the reason for the disorder in list and details view.
After correcting it all is fine again.

In XI 3.0, this is a known issue for DCP value which is based on SAP OpenSQL driver can't be shown .
It has been resolved in XI3.1 version.

What to do about this: "Required field, UPC, is missing. Please add UPC to the listing and retry the operation." ? We sell cassette tapes and sometimes they are are of a vintage that predates upc codes.

The last order that I placed with Amazon had a new UPC pasted over an old, similar product. It was not what I ordered. Close but no cigar. Hopefully, when all of this becomes 'official' in two weeks, there will be a timely manner to address item misinformation within the Product Catalogue. In the meantime, I would state all the item properties in the Item Description area to cover my butt.

Do you mean that when you change the test in the master you want to refresh the detail?
Can you put up an example of your tables and foreign keys etc. on apex.oracle.com.
To me this sounds a wrong model design.
The detail should only depend on the primary key of the master. And the primary key shouldn't be updatable.

ESS Business Package 50.4 iView Listing and Details

First let me start by saying that I really appreciate all of the great posts on this site. You guys are really amazing, and have helped me greatly.
I was wondering if there is someplace that I can see a listing of all the iViews in ESS complete with their overview/detailed description, system requirements, notes/support package corrections, etc. ???
I found exactly what I need for MSS in the SAP Knowledge Warehouse.

Difference between header of mail in list, and detail window

Sometimes after receiving multiple mails at the same time and I want to look at one mail by clicking on the subject in the list, another mail is opened in the mail window, and whatever I do (deleting the other mail, resending the mail...) I am not able to view the correct mail. I have to open the mail e.g. with Windows Live Mail and resend it from there to myself to be able to see the content. In the first screen-save I send along, both the first and the second line in the subject box in the upper window part of Thunderbird subjects thatr are very different and from totally different senders, show the same mail content in the lower part: it is the content of the second subject. In this case, although the subject line chosen is the first line (original sender ART PRICE), the message shown is the one from the second line (Paasweek from Huis en Comfort). After resending the mail from the inbox of Windows Live Mail I can see the correct mail as shown in the second image I send. Can you help me with this? Thanks and best regards.

JFileChooser detecting switch between "List" and "Details" views

I'm customizing a JFileChooser and would like to provide users a longer version of the file names when in Details mode (Unix showing links).
This might be accomplished using the getDescription method of FileView, I don't know. My FileView getTypeDescription and getDescription methods are never called but getIcon is. I added @Override annotations to all method, so I think I really am overriding them.

Agree with Jason. Using a script will be a better option.
Just addition, for history of RDP Connections, please open Registry Editor and follow the path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Default. Please check if find MRU registry items where the name (or the IP address) of the terminal server is kept in.
Please also follow the path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Servers. It contains
the list of all RDC (remote desktop client) connections that have ever been established from this computer.
When expand Server folder and select a node, you will see the UsernameHint key that show the name of the user connected by rdp.
Please back up registry items to avoid unexpected issues before any operation.

Opera 12.16 (64)/Win7 Pro (64): I have installed Flash 14x SEVEN TIMES. SETTE. SEPT TIMES. (7 7 7 7 7 7). It is in the Plugins list and ENABLED. Please advise.

SEVEN times ADOBE has asked me to install the latest version of Flash Player.
SEVEN times I have installed the latest version of Flash Player.
SEVEN times I have checked to see if it in the Plugins list and enabled.
SEVEN times it is in the Plugin list and ENABLED.
ALL SEVEN of them.
Being clever, I disabled all but one of them.
It still doesn't f***** work.
It still f***** asks me to install the f***** program.
Basic question:
Does this lauded, insistent, invasive (and apparently at the moment, USELESS) Adobe product WORK with Opera?
NOTE:
1. All extensions/plugins disabled/turned off: apparently the existence of a YouTube Downloader interferes with Adobe downloads. As does AdBlock, Ghostery, Facebook Redirect, Sociopath, TinEye, TS Video Player, and three of four other things.
PS: Even though I tell it I "DO NOT" want to install Google Chrome, why does it install Google Chrome (first time).
      Even though I told "DO NOT" install Google Chrome, why does it look for it and decide it's already installed (second time).
      But as a time-waster it's nice.
      I got to uninstall Google Chrome twice.
