Hello,
does any one know how to configure following scenarios:
1. After saving service ticket with responsible organisation(BP) and responsible person(employee), i go to agent inbox and forward same ticket to other resp emp. This should not change resp org.
2.If I forward the ticket to other resp org system should not change pre asigned resp emp.

According to me you can acheive your requirement in two ways (at least):
1) Modification of method IF_ICCMP_CUCOPROCESS~SET_RESPONSIBLE_FOR_ONEORDER from class CL_ICCMP_CUCOPROCESS_IMPL (check the comments at the beginning of the coding), to implement your own logic.
2) Use customer-specific partner functions to handle responsible employee and/or responsible group... in that case the standard won't change anything because it won't find any employee responsible ;o)

Address Fields Configuration

Can someone confirm if we can change the Address field configuration in OOD R16? We want to remove Address Line 3 from the Address block? If yes, can you tell me how its done?

Address is like an object on it own. it is not possible to change it currently.

Wsa reading the x-forwarded-for field

i'm hoping you can help me with a query
i have a load balancer in front of my wsas and i have a requirement for the wsa to read the original source ip of a client but i can't put the load balancer inline
so i've opted to have the load balancer pass the original ip in the http header using the x-forwarded-for filed but my logs still show the load balancers ip
i've checked a packet capture taken on the wsa and the original ip is in the htpt header
what do i need to do to have the wsa read the value in the x-forwarded-for field

under SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION | LOG SUBSCRIPTIONS | ACCESS LOGS by adding the %f value in the custom field
i still have issues as i think policy is applied to the load balancer address and not that in the x-forwarded-for field
also, the loadbalancers ip also still seems to be in the logs
i'll work on it and update this when i get a result

IT0002 Data Field configuration

Hi Experts
I need configure IT0002 Date of Birth from display field to modify field. I check IT0002 field configuration via IMG Personnel Management  Personnel Administration  Customizing User Interfaces  Change Screen Modifications  select screen by feature that is assigned to that particular country (SE) and found that Date of Birth field has been configured as Modify field already. I tried to make some configuration change for some fields , but the changes do not impact screen behavior of IT0002. On the other hand, if I make some IT0002 configuration change for some other countries, it works. I suspect, besides the screen configuration change via the path above, there might be other screen configuration that also impact IT0002 display behavior. Please advise where should I check screen data fields configuration other than the path above. Thanks.

Add Field - Configuration Manager

I add a field to the checkin menu with Configuration Manager.
My name field is Local.
Then I tried to override this field but instead of it the Content Server add a new field to the checkin menu with the same name:

Ok, so you DO see the field you created, but you want to change where it appears in the check in page. Have you looked at playing with the order column in configuration manager (this may be what you meant in your former post). This would allow you to get your field up towards the top, but only as close as the primay file field.
Past that, you CAN do some things to get it EXACTLY where you want but your next step would be to start looking into profiles pretty heavy. There is a lot of documentation out there on profiles.

You can see that I have placed a field named Sub Type up under regular Type. This takes some messing around, but I did it with profiles. The exact steps are a little longer than I can put down just now. :(

Mandatory/Optional field configuration for PD infotypes

Hi,
I need to make the country, city & postal code fields on infotype 1028 (address) as optional.
These fields show up with Module Pool: MP102800 and Screen # 2300.
However, I cannot find the way to go in to change this configuration.
Does anyone know the screen modifications path/tcode for PD objects?
Any leads would help.

Hi Shivani,
Trying to maintain a PD object using detail maintenance (transaction code PP01). You will get an error message saying u201Cu2026 cannot be maintained via u2026u201D.
It is probable that the checkbox u201Cno maintenanceu201D has been ticked on table T77CD. Uncheck the tick. This table is specific to each infotype and each object type within the infotype.
As an example, you may wish to modify qualifications in PP01. Double click on IT 1000 and then look at the entry for Q.
Also look at table T777I. This holds details such as the no maintenance flag at the infotype level. So if IT 1000 is in this table with "no maintenance" ticked then this will apply to all objects on IT 1000.

Define /Maintain fields, Configuration Process

Hello to All,
I have a question.Do we have to define and maintain all the fields in the Configuration process, if say standard order"OR" is copied(if no changes are made in the document type), or only in those fields where we make changes.
And what about standard Pricing procedure RVAA01, do we have to define /maintain all the procedure of Configuring which is , Condition tables/condition types and so on .
I hope if you guys clarify this confusion for me.

RV082 Port Forwarding or DMZ Configuration Assistance

Greetings Community,
I have an RV082 V2 with 2.0.2.01-tm and I am having trouble with getting my Sprint Airvana to connect properly to the mobile service. Many suggestions I've read on the Sprint forums indicate putting the Airvana in the DMZ generally allows the device to work properly; however, none have the RV series routers for tips on how to do this appropriately. This device used to work fine behind the RV082, but I reset it one day and it no longer works.
The Airvana is a femtocell/router device with a WAN port and 3 LAN ports. If I connect the Airvana directly to my cable modem, I get the appropriate connection and can then make calls through the device instead of through the Sprint connection; I live in a basement unit and get crappy signal without the device. This proves the device works and that my ISP is not blocking the ports. Sprint indicates the device uses UDP 53, 67, 68, 500 and 4500. Their support sucks and they insist I put the Airvana before my router. I absolutely do not want to use the Airvana as the router. There are almost no configuration options in the router interface and it needs to be rebooted somewhat regularly, which would drop internet access throughout the house for 10-15 minutes while it reboots and finally establishes an internet connection.
As soon as put the Airvana behind the RV082, I no longer get the appropriate connection. I can, however, plug my computer into one of the LAN ports on the Airvana and connect to the internet in general. I have the router assign a static IP to the Airvana, and tried forwarding the required UDP ports to the IP. This did not fix the problem.
I can certainly troubleshoot the port forwarding issues, but I would also like to look into putting the device into the DMZ, if possible. I've not worked much in this area, so I am unsure how to appropriately configure the router to allow this to happen. Is it possible to have the Airvana in the router DMZ without having a public IP for the device itself? It seems this is something that can be done, but I could be mistaken. If so, how is that done?

I apologize in the delay in getting back to this post; however, it dropped to the bottom of my priority list for a while. As a workaround, I used the Airvana device as my router temporarily; however, I have the time again and would like to get it setup behind the RV082 again.
It does not appear the device supports UPnP. I had that enabled for some other applications already.
According to http://tinyurl.com/AirvanaPorts I need the following UDP ports open: 53, 67, 68, 500, 4500. Another suggestion from a Sprint rep was to also open/forward TCP 5060 and 5061. I have the ports forwarded to the device as shown below and have confirmed the device has the correct IP address. The device gets a valid internet connection (verified by plugging a computer into one of the LAN ports on the Airvana device; however, it still does not connect to the Sprint service like it should. I am guessing there is another port and/or the Sprint article has incorrect information.
To check this, I'm thinking I need to set the device up in the DMZ, but I'm not sure exactly what I need to do for proper configuration. Is it as easy as enabling the DMZ port and plugging the device in, or are there other settings needed? Is there anything else I may be missing for the Port Forwarding?

What i've checked here is that the only code related to NITF (New Infotype Framework) that is called is:
Perform IS_INFOTYPE_DECOUPLED
which only performs check validations (not UI_CONVERSION classes).
Can you perform UI_CONVERSION of the NITF on your custom infotypes using PA30?
Will it be a version problem? I'm using ECC 6 with enh. package 03.

Address field configuration for one-time customer FB70

I understand there is more address field entered (street2, street3, street4) during the sales order creation VA01 for one-time customer. However, i hardly find the configuration to open more address field for one-time customer if user raise FI-invoice via FB70. Do you have any idea?

I understand that address field of FB70 are linked to BSEC table whereas address field of sales order creation (va01) for one-time customer, the latter linked to ADDR1_data and having the Street2, 3, 4 provided in the pop-up screen.
I am wondering is there anyway to have more address field for the FB70 since my client will have longer 'street' name so that the dunning will take place properly for one-time customer.

Work flow help - forward a date field by a specified call frequency

Hi There, I have a 'Last Call Date' field and a 'Call Frequency' picklist with values 'Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly'. I would like to forward another field called 'Next Call Date' according to the call frequency chosen.
Is it also possible to automatically create a task to make that 'Next Call' and populate my calendar?

It won't do what you want it to do, the task due date will only forward from the date the workflow ran. But i do vaguely remember finding in the help files somewhere a way to add to a date. So you could possibly create a new field called forward call date and have the workflow update this date with last call date + x days.
I found this in the help file under Expression Builder - Today ()
Today's date and time (for example, 01/02/08 11:15:22).
It is possible to perform calculations with date-time fields in
calculated fields. When a number is entered in a date-time
field, days are represented by integers; hours, minutes and
seconds are represented by fractions.
For example, to add one minute to the current date and
time, use the following expression, which is derived from
the fact that one day has 1440 minutes:
Timestamp() + 1/1440
Can't help any more than this as I've not tried to add to a date field, maybe someone else has another idea?

Can't forward messages to external address - it's impossible to choose e-mail from list

Hello colleagues! Faced with a strange problem... I have Exchange 2010 SP2, need to forward mail from domain recipient to mail contact (I mean - external e-mail address). So I created this external contact in "Recipient configuration->Mail contact" but
when I'm trying to select external address from list I see nothing in "forward to" field. I can choose domain recipients only. Does anybody know what is the problem?

Just curious, why do you need Mail Contact when it's External user. Simply specify email address of the user in
Forward To:
Go to properties of Mail Contact... Mail Flow Settings...Message Delivery Restrictions..Make sure that "Requires that all senders are authenticated" is not checked.
