FP70 - Lot for reporting incorrect bank data

Dear Expert,
  When I process the lot in FP70, once there is error the status for items will change to "Items to be Clarified".  How I can reprocess the lot in order the status will change to "Processed Successfully"?
  Any steps that I need?

Hello,
I have got the same issue. When I click the button "Clarify" or double click on the item, nothing is happening other than the status change. I'd be happy for any suggestions in how to configure the system, that the clarify-button or double-click on the item triggers an action.
However, I have got a hint for Celest that may help:
Select "Edit" and "Detail Info" (or Shift+F2) in the menu to get detailed information about the reason, why  the item has failed to be processed. You can take appropriate actions based on the error message and re-process the lot using FP70 afterwards.

    Hi Nikhil,
    There are many options to choose from.
    (a)  As stated above, you can use transaction FPPNR to upload the rejected transactions into SAP, if you are receiving the rejected file from the bank in ACH format.
    (b) You can also use transaction FPB5 for processing the rejected payments that you get from the file.
    (c)  If you are receiving the rejected payments from the bank through an account statement,you can also use FPB7/FPB17 for processing them in SAP.

  • FP70- Reporting of Incorrect Bank Data

    Under SAP ISU FICA, transaction FP70 can be used to process the ADDACS file received from banks in UK.
    However SAP does not allow creation of manual lot in FP70.
    Can someone recommend how can we create a incorrect bank data lot and test the configuration of activies against each return reason?

    Thanks, I think the same ... but the customer asked me about it ... I supose my answer will be that he can use Reports Builder for reporting and Toad or PLSQL Developer to access to the database and make queries ...
    What about XML Publisher ? ...it can be used to make reports against an Oracle EBS database and integrate them into the EBS Application ?I believe you need a developer license to use Oracle Developer (Forms/Reports) for customizing/creating reports.

  • ERP2005 -  User reporting incorrect HR data shown in ESS

    Hi,
    We're using ECC6 backend with EP7 running ESS 6 (the web dynpro version)
    We authenticate to the portal using LDAP, which in turn connects to the backend using SSO tickets. This then retrieves the user's HR data throught their infotype 105.
    The LDAP account, SAP account and HR record all have the same ID so the mapping is very easy to administrate. End users cannot change their user mappings
    A user is now reporting that he has logged into the portal (It shows his name in the top left) but the HR data in ESS belongs to someone else. The 2 affected users are not linked in any way, they work in different offices.
    Anyone have any thoughts on how this situation could occur? We have been unable to re-produce it.
    Any advice would be much appreciated

    1.) Maybe that for testing someone bent around with the personnel numbers?
    2.) If userids are the same everywhere, you should not need usermapping as the SAP Logon ticket is created for the userid and is just forwarded in every HTTP call.
    3.) Re-check your JCO Connections (4 pairs, all names starting with SAP_R3...)
    Metadata connections shall go with a service user, whereas Application data shall be used with SAPLogonTicket. Hit "test" for each of the Application data connections. The result on the bottom will show the username it is using. This should be the one of the user you are logged on with!

  • How to make business content available for reporting

    The business content is loaded.The version is 3.5.3 SP2 which we have and BW version is 3.5
    I can see the business content going thru RSA1 for e.g for Sales 0SD_O01 etc
    Now how can i make the content available for reporting.When I go in modeling and click on infoprovider, infoobject it doesnt show me anything.Its blank.
    Do i have to connect R/3 to BW for reporting or load data to BW from R/3 and do reporting.Why the content is not showing in modeling?How can i make it available for reporting

    First you need to install the Businesscontent object first...right side window in the business content will give you the option.once it is installed then u can view it in modeling then load data and do reporting...

    Typically the standard solution within SEM-BCS is to use a virtual InfoCube for reporting on transactional data. 
    The virtual InfoCube has been assigned a service, namely the SAP delivered function module RSSEM_CONSOLIDATION_INFOPROV, which applies the necessary SEM-BCS logic such as hierarchy and edge information to the data coming from the transactional cube.

    It is possible to use OBIEE to report though it would not be my first option at the moment, there are still issues that will resolved when it becomes more integrated with essbase in future releases.

    For reporting MD & TD data comes from  cube since there is connection between these two having SID's and DIMid's.
    For DSO how transaction data(TD) connects with master data(MD).

    Good Question buddy.
    When you go for ODS , there is an option in ODS settings with check box 'Bex reporting available' which creates the SIDs for Master data Objects to get them into reporting. In 2004s, with out even checking the option 'Bex reporting' we can use DSO ( which is ODS in 3.5 ) for reporting. But it involves performance risk since, it will create SIDs on the fly for master data which is time consuming.

    I want to load some 'duplicates' to info Object X. Meaning I have all values same but differ in one attribute. (Key is same). I do not want to use compounding for few reasons. I have not explored on functinality masterdata for reporting (Flexible update, not sure i used correct word) Can you please extend help in understanding the following..
    Questions 1:
    I understand that I can make available for reporting the existing master data object.
    2) Can I add some code to allow duplicates there?
    3) Can still the infoobjet navigational attributes has the same functionality - meaning they can be reported from reports of this newly extended masterdata?

    Infoobject alread exists with out the attribute below at the monet. It is also available in the cubes for my reporting on cubes..I would like to add the following attribute for my phase 2 for my new reporting needs..
    Data:
    <u>Infoobject  - Attribute,</u>
    SKU1  - GRP1
    SKU1  - GRP2
    SKU2  - GRP2
    The issue is with the 1st 2 records.. As I do not have the componding.. My Cube already have Infoobject with lots of data... I do not want to add attribute componding as it demands for the presence in the cubes also. So I have to double the current data base size.. Ahh I do not want this..
    Coming to reporting on the cube
    I would like to report on both the things.. Like..
    Including attribute
    SKU1 GRP1 abcd
    SKU1 GRP2 abcd
    SKU2 GRP3 xyz
    excluding attribute

  • Simultaneous data activation in cube - request for reporting available

    Hi,
    I'm on BW 3.5.
    I am loading several million records to a cube, processing is to PSA first and subsequently to data target.
    I have broken the load up into 4 separate loads to prevent caches from filling up and causing huge performance issues.
    When I load all the data in a single load, it takes 10 hours to load.  When I break it up into 4 loads it takes 3 hours.
    My problem is that during the loading from PSA to data target, the first data load becomes green and ready for reporting before the last one has finished loading, and so the users get inaccurate report results if they happen to run a report before the last request activates.
    Is it possible to get all 4 requests to activate simultaneously?
    I have tried adding an aggregate to the cube, no good.
    I have tried loading the 4 loads to the PSA in sequential order in the process chain, and then loading from PSA to data target simultaneously (side by side), no good.
    Does anyone have a solution?

    Have you done the Roll up ?
    Since aggregates are there on that cube....until and unless you do the roll up that request will not be available for Reporting...

    A DSO feeds the data to a cube and DSO. In dso reporting sysmbol is present. However in the cube "Request for Reporting available " is not present in the manage tab of the cube.

    What is the status in Monitor. If it is ok, go to manage of the infocube,
    in that screen on the menu, Environment --> Automatic Request processing. Then you will get three check boxes.
    Click the first check box, (Set Quality status to OK). If you aggregates,  choose second box.

  • Unable to consolidate data from two DSOs into an InfoCube for reporting.

    Hello Experts
    I am working on BW 7.0 to create BEx Report as below:
    This report will have data coming from two different sources, some data from COPA DSO [such as Customer Number, Product Hierarchy1, Product Hierarchy2, Product Hierarchy3, Product Hierarchy4. Product Hierarchy5, Product Hierarchy6 and a few other Key Figures] and the rest [such as Product Hierarchy, Reference Document, Condition Type (both Active & Inactive), Condition Value and a few other Key Figures] from another DSO (ZSD_DS18) which is a copy of the BCT DSO (0SD_O06). I've chosen this DSO because this is the BCT DSO which is used to store data from a Standard Extractor 2LIS_13_VDKON.
    Below are the screenshots of these 2 DSOs:
    I have successfully extracted the data from 2LIS_13_VDKON (includes PROD_HIER but not Customer Number) and loaded into a DSO (ZSD_D17).
    All the testing is done using only one Sales Document No (VBELN).
    First test that I tried is.. to create an Infocube and loaded data from ZCOPA_01 and ZSD_DS18 and when the LISTCUBE was run on this InfoCube, the data is coming up in two different lines which is not very meaningful. Screenshot below:
    Therefore, I have created another DSO (ZSD_DS17) to Consolidate the data from ZCOPA_01 & ZSD_DS18 establishing mappings between some of common Chars such as below:
    ZCOPA_01                    ZSD_DS18
    0REFER_DOC  <->        0BILL_NUM
    0REFER_ITM    <->        0BILL_ITEM
    0ME_ORDER    <->        0DOC_NUMBER
    0ME_ITEM        <->        0S_ORD_ITEM
    51 records are loaded from ZSD_DS18 into ZSD_DS17 and 4 records are loaded from ZCOPA_01 into ZSD_DS17 for a particular Sales Document Number.
    When I am using a Write-Optimized DSO, data is coming in just 1 line but it is showing only 4 lines which is aggregated which is as expected since W/O DSO aggregates the data. However, when I use Standard DSO, the data is again splitting up into many lines.
    Is there something that I am missing in here while designing the Data Model or does this call for some ABAP being done, if so, where or should I have to talk to the Functional Lead and then Enhance the Standard Extractor, and even if I do that, I would still have to bring in those Key Figures from ZCOPA_01 for my reporting?

    in your (current) InfoCube setup, you could work with "constant selection" on the key figures
    for the COPA key figures, you'll need to add product hierarchy to the key figures with a selection of # and constant selection flagged
    for the SD key figures, you'll have to do the same for customer & the product hierarchy levels (instead of product hierarchy)

  • Sharepoint Web Analytics no data for reports

    Hi all,
    I would like some assistance in troubleshooting the web analytic problem I am experiencing with one of my farms.
    My web analytics reports stopped beeing generated recently and the uls logs have not been helpfull at this point.
    I have checked the following: 
    Verified that the Web Analytics Data Processing Service and Web Analytics Web Service are started on the server.
    Made sure web analytics service application is started.
    .USAGE files are being generated on the WFE
    Noticed that the SharePoint Logging database (LoggingDB) DOES not contains any information.
    I think this is where my problem resides, I have tried to create a new Web Analytics services application, with a new staging and logging database, but no luck. 
    I have also tried to create a new wss_logging db, still no luck.
    I have made sure that the account that runs web analytics has the correct SQL db right on the logging db. still no luck.
    Your assistance is highly appreciated.

    Generally it take 24 hrs to generate analytics data.
