Free Arkham Knight with GTX 960 Purchase

So I was wondering if this offer (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/promo/nvidia-offer-140360) was also available with a purchase in store? I bought the card last week without realizing the deal was going on, and the cashier didn't prompt me for an email address or anything of the sort so I could get the redemption code. I also have a customer service PIN for the purchase that was on the receipt if you need it. I also sent an email (ref code #KMM25655451V13701L0KM) to Best Buy support but they haven't gotten back to me, but with the game releasing tomorrow, I'd like a quicker response.

I have gotten the coupon using my .edu email for the free Xbox 360 with a laptop purchase of $699 or higher from College Student Deals
but have seen that it says I need a valid student ID to get the deal. I have just graduated from high school and have not gone to orientation yet so I do not have a student ID from college yet. Usually it will be on the bottom of your purchase or sent to the email address associated with your My Best Buy account. Please make sure that you check the "Promotions" tab for Gmail accounts and the "Junk or "Spam" folders for other accounts.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 with The Witcher 3 & Batman Arkham Knight

I just bought the reference card Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 card in store a couple of hours ago and I only received Batman steam code as part of the bundle. I was under the impression that I received a gog.com code for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt as part of the promotion that is going on for the month of March? If Best Buy is only including Batman I'll probably just return it and buy somewhere else.

The GeForce GTX 970 is a great graphics card! It will be really nice to play Batman: Arkham Knight (Amped about its release).
These are two separate promotions. The Witcher: Wild Hunt promotion ended on 05/02/2015 and the Batman: Arkham Knight started on 05/10/2015. If you purchased the card yesterday (05/14/2015), then you'd only receive Batman: Arkham Knight.

Problem with upgrading Graphics Card from GTX 635 to GTX 960

Greetings,
I'm new to upgrading hardware in computers but have decided that I wanted to upgrade my graphics card in my HP Envy 700 - 329 (Nvidia GTX 635) to an Nvidia GTX 635. The only problem is I have never opened a computer and have no idea what cable to put where or how to take my old Graphics Card out to put my new one in, and I'm very worried because I might mess up. Is there any video tutorial/ guide out there that is convinient to my desktop for me to upgrade?

I understand that you are looking at upgrading your internal video adapter from a Nvidia GTX 635 to a Nvidia GTX 690. I am happy to help with this. FIrst thing, you must be aware of before you buy any video adapter upgrade, is the power requirements of the card, the recommended minimum output for the computer's power supply, the size of the card, the required expansion slot type, and the type of power connectors that must be available for the card from your system power supply. UEFI boot hangs with MSI GTX 960 installed

Wasn't sure whether to post this in the graphics forum or the motherboard forum, since both components are MSI.
I have a system with an MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3) motherboard with the old v23.7 BIOS, and a Core i7-2600k Sandy Bridge processor.
I just bought an MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2G. However, after installing the new card, the boot hangs every time with a flashing cursor. If I put my old card back in (GTX 460), everything is fine.
I've read that a BIOS update is recommended for the GTX 960 cards. However, the newer BIOS versions for this motherboard always say not to install them unless you have an Ivy Bridge processor, which I do not.
I see the newest version of the BIOS is v25.8. There was another time I tried upgrading the BIOS in the past (to v25.6) and I had issues with it not saving my custom overclock settings for the i7-2600k, so I reverted to v23.7. So I'm reluctant to upgrade it now for that reason.
Anyone know if the v25.8 BIOS update will fix the problem with the GTX 960? Or is there something else I can try to get it to boot with the old v23.7 BIOS?

Updating it to v25.8 BIOS did work. The GTX 960 works fine now.
But, I am now having the same issue I was having when I previously tried updating the BIOS: my overclock settings are never saved. Actually, that's not exactly true. I can set them in BIOS exactly how I want them, and they are always saved there. But once I boot Windows, the settings are reverted.
I reinstalled the Intel Management Engine drivers as well, but no luck.
However, the BIOS update did allow the GTX 960 to work properly, so I will start a different thread in the motherboard forum about this overclocking problem.

Are you aware of any problem with a previous purchase ? If not then you should contact iTunes Support and see if they can tell you what it is (until it's sorted you won't be able to download anything from the store) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If you go into the payment details section on your account then does it say anything about your card being declined or not accepter or if the security code needs re-entering ?
