Freelance Enigma

Question

I have recently started a freelance business and I am
currently building two sites for two different clients. Every
client wants to be able to edit the site themselves after I finish
it. It seems like a simple request but how can that possibly work
with out the client buying Dreamweaver and training themselves in
it (witch seems unrealistic to me). I feel like I must be missing
something. Are there any hosting services with built in editors
where the client can change text or images wile still allowing me
to build the site in Dreamweaver? Or is there another way of making
this work that I am not considering? Please help me out.
