Frieght charges showing diffrent amount than Purchase Order

Hiii experts, user has created a Po in that the user has given condition FRB1 i.e frieght (value) of Rs. 5000... but when the user runs miro the value changes to Rs-4593..  I am providing both screenshots of the same.. kindly help me to solve the issue

Hi,
If you are using inbound delivery and Transportation Management (TM) module, then it is possible. In TM , we have the option to set the freight cost per delivery. But if you are not using TM module, you have to change the freight amount in MIRO manually.
If the condition is not on quantity scale, system will calculate the total amount in PO without considering the quantity. But the calculation in MIGO and MIRO is always based on the quantity.
As of my knowledge, it is not possible to default the same amount in MIRO for each delivery irrespective of quantity (without TM module). I would suggest to change the freight amount in MIRO directly, so that the same will be reflected in the material account automatically if sufficient stock is available.
You may check the option and revert back if you need further clarification.

  • Payment amount is more than Purchase Order Amount

    Dear FI Expert,
We are getting the error "Payment amount is more than Purchase Order
Amount" w hen a single payment through one check is being made against 2
    purchase orders.
System is considering only the 1st purchase order and disallowing
    payment.
For e.g. 2 Purchase Orders are created w ith 100% DP condition: First
    one
for USD 200000 and second one for USD 100000.
2 Dow n Payment requests are created through ME2DP against these 2
    Purchase Orders.
At the time of making payment through F-48 by selecting both open items
it takes the reference of only one Purchase Order and generates the
    error
"Payment amount is more than Purchase Order Amount."
Please suggest how entry w ill be made in such cases.
    Thanks

    Hi kamlesh,
You are using EHP 4 or higher package. in this case you can use FPDP_CREATE instead of ME2DP.
You can go through Business function LOG_MMFI_P2P

    Hi
Use POR2 Table in your PLD. Use this in repetative area field and hide the fields visible. use formula to display in other non-repetative field.

  • Invoce is allowed more than purchase order

    Dear Experts,
In my case,  in few scnarios we are creating the purchase order but not creating the GR. We are doing MIRO directly with reference  to purchase order. In tihs scenario, if PO quanity is 100, sap allows me to post the invoice with quanity 101 or 200, how can I restrict the same, so that quanity should never be more than purchase order quantity.
    Thanks
    Shailesh

    Hi,
As you are doing MIRO wrt PO without GR, then
Use T.code: OMRM & Maintain the message M8 -087 - Invoice quantity greater than PO quantity ( item without GR) as error"E" and save.
    Also set message M8 -087  as error"E" in OBMSG t.code & save.
    Now try ur transaction.

  • Invoice non deductible tax amount vs Purchase order

In the purchase order the tax amount is calculated item by item (ME21N). In the invoice (MIRO) when we select flag “Calculate tax” the system calculates the tax amount for the total of all the items. Because of this system behaviour in the invoice verification sometimes we obtain small differences.
These differences should not exist specially when we are using a non deductible tax that affects the material valuation with the goods receipt and has to be corrected in the moment of the invoice verification.
Why does the system have a different behaviour from the purchase order to the invoice?
    What can be done?
    Best regards

    Dear Biju K
Whatever you mentioned about condition NAVS is there in system.
I am not adding tax code in PO, referring your earlier email I am asking that.
For adding other element I have not asked anything here, only to clarify your statement
You need to cross check why non-deductible tax amount needed in your PO with NAVS condition type and its purpose.
    I explained this.
My question is simple that in one PO I am getting non-deductible tax but if I change vendor for the same material I am not getting non-deductible tax in condition tab ? I am not able to understand why its happened ? If one PO shows means there are chances that basic configuration is correct but may be somewhere something is wrong, I want to find out that.  If you can throw some light on that its helpful for me.
    regards

  • How to show default supplier in purchase order form

    hi folks,
the requirement is purchase order form should show me a default supplier/default supplier for an item and with other suppliers from list of values.
    thanks,
    sri

    Hi Sri,
There is no such requirement in PO window unless you do some form personalisations.
But even if you go for a form personalisation it should pick for the combination of item and supplier...not sure how this works :-(
Other than that I can think of an option of Copying the existing PO to a new PO.
    Thanks
    -Arif.

  • Any setup in isupplier for showing the DFF in purchase order?

    Hi all,
i have one question, please reply me.
In purchase orders, i am creating a purchase order. In the Purchase order at line level i am enabling a DFF(PO Lines) and i am giving a value for attribute1 and i am approving it. So that purchase order will be sent to Supplier.
In iSupplier portal(Self service appln -OA Framework pages), i am entering and seeing that purchase order that i have created and approved in PO module. That purchase order is visible and i can only see the purchase order details and i cann't see the DFF that i have enabled in PO module.
My question is that hence the DFF(attribute1) is storing in that purchase order line level, i could have see that also in the iSupplier portal screen isn't it? Even Oracle would have taken care of this know, if i am attaching a DFF along with the purchase order, it is related with that purchase order and whereever i query for that purchase order it needs to show everything that are related with the purchase order know?
Whether is this possible for this? I am working in 11iRUP5 instance, is there any setup needs to be done as such it will show the DFF also in iSupplier portal screen?
    Thank you,
    Rajarajan

It looks more of a functional/setup issue. You will get a better response on product related forum or lets wait on Tapash's reply, he is well familiar with this module.

  • Error in discount amount  in Purchase order PLD

    Hi Experts,
My client requirement is that they want to have the discount in amount wise like for eg  i am giving discount 10% on 1000 rupees product where as SAP gives the value as Total before discount is 900 where as my requirement is to have 100 rs as discount amount.
So what i was doing like unit price(-)amount so this gives me the exact value. Now they problem is that when i am doing for any multi currency the discount amount is coming in ****** astrks, so when i have checked  the problem is the Unit price is in multi currency and the amount is coming in INR the system is unable to calculate so how to resolve this issue. Please help me out waiting for your reply.

    Hi,
I would do the following - create a formula field: ("Price before discount (var 81)"/100)*POR1.DiscPrcnt
This will give you the discount amount in the currency of Unit price field.
    BR,
    Marina.

  • Purchase Order has approved but Status show as Unapproved

    Dear All Experts,
I have a Purchase Order need to go throught approval procedure. The Purchase Order has approved by user and add into system and printed out. When second time, open the same Purchase Order, the status show "Unapproved" but the Purchase Order windows header name show Purchase Order [Approved], this make user unable to copy to GRPO. I have try to restore stored procedures in SAP B1, it does not make any changes. The user is using SAP B1 2007A SP0 PL49. Please Advise.

    Hi Angie
the purchase order once approved has to be added on to the system after approval if u say that u have added the purchase order after it got approved then that seems to be a concern for that u need to contact ur sap partner or if u are a partner then u need to get in touch with sap to resolve the isssue as it could be because of problem with ur database
but before that please be sure off that u are using the correct way and have sucessfully added the documnt apon approval.

  • Invoice Purchase Order with Down Payments brings wrong Due Amount

    Hello,
I am working on 8.81 PL08 environment and I have this situation:
I issue a Purchase Order and then a Down Payment Request which I pay. When I go to invoice the purchase order the down payment and payment due fields on the invoice are correct.
In the case I issue another down payment request and for the same Purchase Order which closes the amount of invoice then when I go to the invoice and choose Copy From the same fields are not right.
If I go to Purchase Order and choose Copy To the amounts are correct.
So the situation is like this:
    - Down Payment part of Purchase Order. Due Payment to invoice correct
    - Down Payment full amount of Purchase Order. Choose Copy To from Purchase Order to Purchase Invoice. Due Payment correct.
    - Down Payment full amount of Purchase Order. Choose Copy From from Purchase Invoice. Due Payment wrong.
    Has anyone seen this before?
    Thank you,
    Gerasimos

    Thank you Gordon,
However I cannot deny to the user that wants to apply that that there is a business case where the vendor demands the invoice to be paid all in front (maybe one installment with the Purchase Order and one with the Receipt of the Goods). So, I would expect this to be covered.
I noticed another thing: When I opened the Down Payments screen on Invoice (where Down Payments are listed in order to choose them) there is a column "Open Net Amount" which brings the correct amount. However, in the column "Net Amount to Draw" there is a wrong figure and that makes the mistake.
Now I can see that I can wright the correct amount to column "Net Amount to Draw" but still I cannot understand why a user should do that.

    Dear friends
i am developing purchase order history program in ALV,
which shows the report of purchase order status
    i.e (fields as below).
    document no
    PO date
    line item
    material number
    material name
    purchase org
    plant
    purchase group
    orderd quantity
    ordered amount
    delivered quantity
    delivered amount
    to be delivered quantity
    to be delivered amount
    invoice quantity
    invoice amount
    to be invoiced quantity
    to be invoiced amount
    how to test from me23n
    open me23n
    enter PO number
    press status tab
you can get some fields for verification..
    the problem is
i can get all the details correctly except delivered amount and to be delivered amount
it works fine in both ( material purchase order and service purchase order )
sometimes i am getting incorrect values in service purchase order specifically in delivered amount and to be delivered amount
why i am getting these incorrect values ??
only couple of POs generate these things.
i am getting these values from EKBE table and using proper filtration like movement type and etc...
if anyone can resolve ... would be appreciable
    avirat.

    Hi,
for getting proper Po History you need to select PO's details from EKKO table and
Header details from CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_HEADERS based on the details got from this FM pass
to the FM CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_POSITIONS and get proper details.
This is the logic used by the standard program also to get the PO History.
    Hope this helps.
