Friend used my computer to sync...now my phone asking for her app store password
Hi, several months ago, I allowed a friend to synch her iphone on my laptop. Since then I purchased a new iphone 5 and synched it. Itunes is in MY account, but initially it loaded her apps. Unfortunately now my phone continues to ask for HER password and I can't do anything. Can anyone please help?

Hi Friend,
Remove his Apple ID in Apple Store (Settings>>Apple Store). Then sign in with yours.
If he downloaded an app by your computer and you also take that app to your iPhone, when the app asks for update you need to have his apple password. To solve it, delete that app of you iPhone, then you download that by your own Apple ID.

That happened to my brother earlier. He went into Facebooand then into another app and the same thing happened. he ended up having to restore it. Mine stayed with the Apple logo for a bit but its back to normal after pressing the buttons a million times. I hope you get your problem sorted. Goodluck!

I don't recall setting up sync acct. But am not computer savvy (can get by). Was checking out Sync and discovered that an acct is set up, but not with my email. My friend has used my computer, and I don't know if she meant to do it, but now acct. is under her email, and I would like to change this, but am afraid of deleting all data, and making a mess of something already messed up.
I hope you aren't saving passwords in Firefox, because your "friend" may have sync'd all your passwords to another PC.

Resyncing my phone did not fix the problem. I also tried going into my store settings, on my phone, and logging out of my ID, and logging back in. It still shows her ID, but only when I am trying to update the apps that are already on my phone. I have to enter my own ID password to download new apps.
I deleted all of the apps off of my phone, and redownloaded them (from the Cloud), and that still did not work.
Does anyone know how to delete my wife's apple ID from my phone completely?Content bought using one Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.
All you need to do is delete those apps belonging to your wife.
Check Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: > your own Apple ID here. If not, sign out here and sign in yours. -
Apple ID is a random person's ID. I hit cancel and a new ID pops up. This happens 5 times in a row.
Later the same thing happens with the same 5 apple ID's.
I have erased the Apple ID and entered my ID and Password but I still get the pop ups.
I have entered my Apple ID and password everywhere I can think of.

Z22 Hotsync using Vista - won't sync ebook files - then asks for reset
My Z22 asks for a rest everytime I hotsync and then the file (an ebook pdb) doesn't load to the hand held. previously I have tried it a few times and finally got the file on the hand held, but I tried numerous times with one file and it ALWAYS asks for a soft reset (date and time are correct - just have to acknowledge this)
Also, the Z22 won't hold more than one ebook. I'm sure this is not a full memory issue, as I have enough space for a few books.
Can anyone help?

Why can i use one computer to sync music
It ***** to find out that with using iTunes, you can only use one computer to sync things such as music. The computer that I was previously using with syncing died on me and now that I am on a new one it says that I have to erase everything on my iPhone just to put one mixtape on it which is complete BS. So I ask you Apple, iTunes support, or whoever, why?
If you had your itunes backed up then you would not have that problem. You could restore it using time machine, if on a mac, or other backup software, if on a pc. Also if you had itunes match then you don't need itunes at all to sync your music up anymore.

Are you sure you have an iPod Shuffle and not an iPod Touch?
