  • Copy contract pricing from sales contracts in billing

    Hi
    I Have a requirement to Copy contract pricing agreements from sales contracts during resource related billing creation.
    At the time of resource related billing is performed, the agreed contract rate should be taken into account when pricing is performed in SAP. So, the agreed price needs to be copied from the contract condition record into the resource related billing transaction (sales pricing) as a condition record.
    Can i get the solution for this?
    If anybody knows the solution please help me out. Appropriate Points will be awarded. Thanks in advance.

    You just need to configure your pricing properly.
    Suppose you have condition type with document/item keys in the condition table.
    Now, if you define conditions for contract/item, to pick them up in the invoice - you just need to pass contract number/item number in the fields you use in your access sequence for this particular condition type.
    You can either define new step in the access sequence passign different fields (assuming konh or konp have fields for contract number) OR use ueserexit_pricing_prepare_tkomk, userexit_pricing_prepare_tkomp to populate fields in TKOMK/TKOMP you then use in your access sequence to search for pricing condiiton record.

    In general scenario: we update any condition type in vk11 tcode and tht is reflected in quotation pricing.
    my requirement : while creating quotation if the user changes any price for any condition tht should automatically get updated in pricing procedure for tht particular condition type.
    pls suggest how it is possible??

  • Sales pricing from Project Simulation Version

    hi.
    Has anybody created sales pricing for the project using transaction DP 82? It does not create the sales pricing for the simulation version, even though I have provided the version key.
    The status of the simulation version of the project is CRTD. I am using the network cost planning in the simulation version of the project. Am I missing something here? I am hoping to get an answer from this community. Thanks for your help in advance.

    The following are the prerequisites for the sucessful fuctioning of sales pricing for simulation versions of the project.
    1. A dynamic item processor profile (DIP profile) must have been maintained in the customer inquiry.and must be Customized for Project System.
    2.The same DIP profile must have been entered on the Sales B tab page of the item detail view in the SD order.
    3. A customer inquiry with at least one item that has to be maintained and assigned to a billing element must exist. The system determines the SD data for sales pricing from this inquiry item.
    4.You have planned costs (in concordance with cost elements) for your project version.
    If these prerequisites are met, i think it will work

  • Copying Pricing date from Sales Order to Invoice

    Hello,
    I am trying to copy pricing date at line item level from sales document to invoice. Currently I have a pricing date of 04/02/2015 in sales order line item, but in invoice, the same line item pricing date is coming up to be 04/08/2015. The pricing date is defaulting to when the invoice was created.
    How can I change the pricing date of the invoice so that it matches sales order pricing date?

    The line item I am looking at has the item category of Z0N1 (used for Stock item), but when I go into copy control using tcode (VTFA) under item level, I don't see this item category as one of the options for selection. Is that normal?

    Hello Prasanna,
    In Stock Transfer Cases there is no Sales document in SD, but still the basic Sales Order Functions like Item Category Determination, etc happens.
    This is due to Default Order Type assigned to Delivery Type (NL or NLCC). Thus system uses settings in Sales Doucment Type DL to determine basic SD Functions.
    Now coming to your question, in the copy control records Price Source is not required to maintain becase you are purely using SD Pricing Procedure itself.
    In Billing Type, the Pricing Procedure will be simply SD Pricing Proceure with normal Price Detemination settings. But when it comes to maintaining Condition Records (in VK11) you will not be able to do so. This is because you have set Reference Condition (& aplication) in Condition Type (V/06).
    The use of this setting is that you cannot maintian Condition Records in Sales Module, but System will access the Condition Record of the Referred Condition Type & Application (M - Purchasing). Thus if the Price components (Basic Price + Tax + etc) are exactly same in SD & MM Pricing, then values can be copied from MM Pricing. Means say for Basic Price (ZR00) you have set Reference Condition Type as ZN00 which is defined in MM Schema (Pricing Procedure), then system will search value for ZR00 in Condition Records of ZN00.
    We are using this in Sales Order & Shipment Document. We have a requirement that the Freight paid to Shipment Vendor should be eaxtly same as one charged to Customer in Sales Order / Invoice. Thus Reference Condition is a perfect solution here without any Z-Development.

  • No revenue update from sales order

    I have created SO with account assignment for a WBS billing element. In config I have make the indicator on for revenue value should automatically  update from sales order.
    But neither the revenue from sales order is updating in any of my PS report nor the actual revenue too after billing cycle.
    Does it need some more customisation checking.Cannot find any solution from earlier similar threads.

    To analyze the error, proceed as follows:
    1. Is an account displayed in the sales and distribution document in the condition detail screen (for example, condition PR00) ? Is there a cost element in this account and are you allowed to post sales revenue to it? (cost element category) If the answer is yes, then proceed to 5. If no, then proceed to 2.
    2. Check the relevancy for billing of the sales and distribution document item in Customizing (-> Sales and distribution -> Sales -> Sales documents -> Sales document item -> Define item types).  If 'Not relevant for billing' is entered, correct this.  This will probably clear the error. If 'I' (according to billing plan) is entered, the system only updates sales revenues if billing plan dates exist in the sales document.
    3. Check in Customizing that a billing type is assigned to your sales document type (-> Sales and distribution -> Sales -> Sales documents -> Sales document header -> Define sales document types). The billing type can be found in the 'Billing document' block. The relevant billing type depends on the defined relevancy for billing (see point 2). If no billing type is entered, enter one.  This will probably clear the error.
    4. Check in Customizing that an account determination procedure is assigned to the billing type determined in step 3 (-> Sales and distribution -> Billing -> Billing documents -> Define billing types). If no account determination procedure is entered, enter one. This will probably clear the error. If an account determination procedure has already been assigned, the error is probably caused by an incorrect structure of this plan. Check the plan.
    5. You will probably not be able to correct this error yourself. However, you can provide some information beforehand. Enter parameter MCL in your user master record and valuate it with 'X' (upper case) (-> System -> User profile -> User parameters). You activate an user-specific TRACE function this way.
    6. Change, for example, the pricing date or item value in the quotation or sales order and save the change.
    7. Execute Transaction MC30 for your user ID (/NMC30). You now see a list of all data structures that were set up for the Logistics Information System (LIS) in step 6. Check whether structure S008 is contained in this list. This information is required to further analyze the error.
    8. If structure S008 is contained in the MC30 log, call Transaction SA38, program name RKPSSHOW, -> Execute (F8), enter the number of the affected sales and distribution document and press -> Execute (F8) again. The output list (or the fact that no list is generated) is also needed for analysing the error further.

  • Sales BOM in Quotation

    Hi Friends..
    In my existing ERP i am configuring Quotation scenario.
    I am now able to process all the functionality of Quotation, but for SALES BOM.
    I am unable to explode sales BOM in Quotation.
    Can anybody advice me whether Quotation can be with Sales BOM or Not?? if it is possible then i am using LUMF Category group for the BOM in Sales Order, and it is giving me the perfect results as required.
    Now can anybody help me in customizing the Item category in Quotation for SALES BOM Exlosion??

    The customizing of item categories depends on which item u want to be priced (main item or subitems).
    check these things:
    1. in VOV4 for main item category: check the extent of explosion in BOM structure scope field.
    since you are using main item category group as LUMF
    the standard setting in system is that main item is not priced and sub items are priced
    sales doc typeLUMF__+__>>TAP (not relv for pricing) - Main item
    sales doc typeNORM__+TAP>>TAN (Relv for pricing) - sub items
    ensure that the respective item category groups are set in Material master record(view sales:sales org:2)

  • Sales Pricing without Inquiry using detailed Cost element Planning

    Deal All,
    I need to use use Sales Pricing without Customer Inquiry to Genrate Quatation from Project.
    In my project client is asking to use deatiles cost element planning for same. So, let me know
    Weather its possible to use Detailed cost element planning for doing Sales pricing in DP82
    or Do we need to use ECP only to do Sales Pricing??
    Also, let me know if there will be any change in RA method also.

    Hi Atul,
    You can use any of the cost planning method (i.e Details cost element planning, ECP or Network Costing) to create Quotation using DIP Profile.
    Coming to the second point..any effect on RA calculation..This Quotation creation process is no where effects RA calculation.
    basically for creating Quotation usign DIP Profile, there should be cost element wise planned cost required.

  • ECP with network activities and sales pricing

    Hi experts,
    Currently I have configured the system so that I can plan costs by assigning Easy Cost Planning templates to network activities and WBS elements. However, when I try to create quotation (sales pricing) from Project Builder (CJ20N), the planned costs of ECP templates assigned to network activities does not appear, only the planned costs of ECP directly assigned WBS element appears.

    After extensive testing, I believe doing sales pricing from Project Builder would not work correctly when using ECP with network activity. Sales pricing from Project Builder will only work properly if ECP only assigned to WBS element.
    If you need to use ECP with network activities, you would need to use DP82 to do the sales pricing.

  • Delivery from Sale Order for Inquiry stock

    Dear All,
    We have unique requirement from client mentioned below, any help would be greatly appreciated.
    This is a trading sale which is initiated from inquiry.
    1. Inquiry is created in SD, which in turn triggers Purchase Requisition.
    2. PR is converted to RFQ.
    3. Based on RFQ prices are negotiated with vendors, then Quotation is sent to Customer from VA21 which is created against inquiry.
    4. Now when the PO is created w.r.t RFQ, then GR is done , Stock will be lying against inquiry.
    5. But i want to do delivery from sales order for stock lying against inquiry.
    we are looking for a workaround solution.
    Note:
    1. Client has disagreed with Stock Movement from Inquiry to quotation using MB1B, as it becomes manual transaction.
    2. PR triggering has to be @ Inquiry, as sale order will not be created until quotation is approved.
    Looking forward for valuable inputs.

    Approval will not work when you have mutiple rows of data.  You would have to work with SP Transaction Notification

  • Price in invoice is not getting copied from Sales order

    Hi,
    In my case when i create a sales order...my VPRS condition is taking price 4.020,24 (@335.02/PC). When i create a Invoice it is coming with 4.020,22 value and .02 is coming in different condition type ZDIF ( Rounding diff) automatically. When i check my PGI accounting document there also price 4.020,22  hits the G/L account.
    Now able to understand why .02 value is going in the ZDIF condition ?

    Hi Nitin,
    Rounding condition is coming in picture because there will some difference in PR00 and VPRS.
    Generally VPRS is a statistical condition type and it is just used for viewing purpose not a part of calculation.
    So you can go to V/08, select your pricing procedure and then control data.
    In that find out VPRS condition type and click on statistical, then it wont come in calculation.
    If you want that this should be copied then you have to made changes in copy control.
    Go to VTFA if you are making billing document with reference to order document.
    Go to VTFL if you are making billing document with reference to delivery document.
    Select your combination of billing document and delivery document/order document.
    Then go to item level and select you item category and then click on detail
    In that you will find pricing type just change that pricing type to D.
    Now it will copy pricing as it is from sales order.

  • Goods receipt not ticked in production order converted from sales order req

    Hi all,
    In MTO scenario, where requirement trigger from Inquiry -> Quotatation -> Sales Order -> Plan Order -> Production Order, goods receipt indicator in production order was not checked if requirement is triggering from sales order, however it is ticked if requirement trigger from inquiry, therefore we are not able to do confirmation. Appreciate if anyone able to assist us as soon as possible.

    If u create from Quotation, u r able to do GR. right?
