FSCM Credit release wipes of Sales order Pricing
HI -We have a strange scenario, in some of the sales orders when they do FSCM credit release, it's deleting all the pricing condition values and makes them as Zero. Wiped off pricing. We are in ECC6. They are third party drop ship item categories.
Did anyone encounter a problem like this? Any OSS notes?

Siva
I never come across this scenario. Did you check any customized codings/requirements in pricing procedure, user-exits or BAPI causing this issue? You many also check any parameters missing, that may stop creating the purchase requisition at the backend when credit release is happening? Probably the missing parameter may cause this issue.

FSCM Credit release wipes of Sales order Pricing- PI Point of view
Hi Team- Pricing Condition in Sales orders were deleted after FSCM credit release. System is not showing any pricing conditions in the sales order and net value changed to zero. I don't have any idea on PI part, I am a Fun consultant. I know something is causing the problem using PI. I went into SXMB_MONI Tcode and search for Payload which has these sales orders. Here is below Payload details for that date which has this sales order number. Pl go through it and let me know if you need any other info to understand this issue from PI point of view. Pl go through payload details.

Automatic credit release of blocked Sales orders with pre payment
Hi ,
We have a requirement as given below. Please suggest a better solution for this.
The customers have the 'prepayment ' payment terms with different percentages of the sales order
value to be paid before the delivery creation.
When the sales orders are created, they are blocked for delivery by some credit block.
The business use VKM1 transaction to view these blocked orders and release them manually for
delivery creation after checking if the customer has made the prepayment. This is a tedious work
(since there are too many sales orders )for the credit manager who dont have the complete
visibility of how much prepayment the customer has made and need to manually check if the
payment made covers the sales order prepayment amount to be paid.
1. How can we do a automatic release of these blocked sales orders?
2. Is there any program(which can be setup as batch job) to do a credit recheck and release the order
automatically?
3. Will Milestone billing plan functionality satisfy this requirement? If so how?
We are using SAP version 4.7 without Project System.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
RageshHello,
This is not possible because when you created the sales order it has checked the credit limit for that credit limit and if you increase also now that block cant go automatically.
Go to VA02 i.e change mode of sales order and change something and enter may be if you created a order for 2 quantity then go to VA02 and remove the quantity 2 and again type 2 then system will again check for credit and now that is increased so the order will not block..
If this is for many order then you can run changes sales order BAPI for mass update. Take help from ABAP guys.
Cheers

Hi All,
Is it possible to find out who has released a credit block in a sales order. Is there any table or T-CODE .
Normally , it is displayed in the Change log of the sales order . But in our case the change log is not showing any details of the credit block . Can there be any reason why it is not showed in the Change log .
Please help .
Regards,
PallaviHi
Please try this:
Pass VBELN to CDHDR table as OBJECTID along with OBJECTCLAS = VERKBELEG To Fetch CHANGENR (Document number)
Pass CHANGENR, and VBAK-VBELN, OBJECTCLAS =VERKBELEG, TABNAME=VBAK and FNAME=FAKSK into CDPOS table to
Fetch CHANGENR
Pass the CDPOS-CHANGENR as CHANGENR and OBJECTCLAS = VERKBELEG into CDHDR table again to get change details.
P.S. If sales order was blocked and unblocked by some one, it should display in Change log of sales order. -

ThangHow To Do Configuration For Credit Management
Credit and risk management takes place in the credit control area. According to your corporate requirements, you can implement credit management that is centralized, decentralized, or somewhere in between.
An organizational unit that represents the area where customer credit is awarded and monitored. This organizational unit can either be a single or several company codes, if credit control is performed across several company codes. One credit control area contains credit control information for each customer.
For example, if your credit management is centralized, you can define one credit control area for all of your company codes.
If, on the other hand, your credit policy requires decentralized credit management, you can define credit control areas for each company code or each group of company codes.
Credit limits and credit exposure are managed at both credit control area and customer level. You set up credit control areas and other data related to credit management in Customizing for Financial Accounting. The implementation guide is under Enterprise Structure -> Definition or Assignment -> Financial Accounting and then Maintain credit control area. You assign customers to specific credit control areas and specify the appropriate credit limits in the customer master record.
Settings for determining the credit control area of a document. The settings of items 1 - 4 are taken into account according to their priority. The credit control area found is stored in field VBAK-KKBER.

Standard T Code to release list of sales orders in 'Delivery Block'
Dear All,
Is there any standard transaction code in SAP which provides the facility to release list of sales orders in 'Delivery Block'. (Additional information - List of sales orders in 'Delivery block' is available in V.14,however it does not have release facility).
For example, VKM3 gives the list of sales orders in 'Credit block' with release facility. On the same lines, is there any standard T code or any other facility in standard SAP which provides the facility to release list of sales orders in 'Delivery Block'.
Thanks and Regards,
ZahidAs already suggested, if you execute VA14L you can see all sale orders that are blocked at
- header level
- item level
- credit check
Wherever you see "X" under the tab Header level, double click on the respective sale order, so that system will take you to sale order in change mode. You can remove the header level delivery block and save.

User Exits for Price Determination
Routine - Module pool or function group - Include - Description
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK SAPLV60A RV60AFZZ This user exit allows you to copy additional fields for pricing in the TKOMK communication structure (header fields), which have not been provided in the standard SAP system. These fields can also be used for pricing in the billing document. This user exit is described in detail in the "New fields in pricing" section.
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP SAPLV60A RV60AFZZ This user exit allows you to copy additional fields for pricing in the TKOMP communication structure (item fields), which have not been provided in the standard SAP system. These fields can also be used for pricing. This user exit is described in detail in the "New fields in pricing" section.
USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION SAPMV61A MV61AFZA You can use this user exit to adjust the display of individual lines in the condition screen by changing the display attributes of the screen fields. This does not include the display of subtotals. This user exit is also used in order processing.
USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KZWI SAPMV61A MV61AFZB You can change the display of subtotals in the condition screen by changing the display attributes of the screen fields.
This user exit is also used in order processing.
USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KOPF SAPMV61A MV61AFZB You can adjust the display of subtotals in the condition screen to your requirements by changing the display attributes of the screen fields.
This user exit is also used in order processing.
USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_LEER SAPMV61A MV61AFZB You can adjust the display of blank lines in the condition screen to your requirements by changing the display attributes of the screen fields.
This user exit is also used in order processing.
USEREXIT_PRICING_CHECK SAPMV61 MV61AFZA You can install additional checks to the standard checks of condition lines (e.g. maximum/minimum value).
USEREXIT_PRICING_RULE SAPLV61A RV61AFZA In the standard SAP system, it is predefined which condition categories and classes can be copied or recalculated per pricing type. You can change the predefined standard procedure for each pricing type.
USEREXIT_CHANGE_PRICING_RULE SAPMV61A MV61AFZA You can use this user exit to change the pricing type that has been predefined in the copying control table in billing.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_INIT SAPLV61A RV61AFZB This field is used in the formulas and therefore initialized before the loop for the pricing procedure starts.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_END SAPLV61A RV61AFZB Within a loop for the price components during pricing, specific values can be transferred into the communication structures in pricing to be further processed.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_ERGAENZEN SAPLV61A RV61AFZB In change mode, you can change the dynamic part of the condition record (KONVD) that is always redetermined (i.e. it is not stored in database table KONV).
USEREXIT_XKOMV_ERGAENZEN_MANU SAPLV61A RV61AFZB You can use this user exit to change the ready-for-input fields of the manually entered condition record in add mode in the condition screen.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_FUELLEN SAPLV61A RV61AFZB This user exit is always called up during a redetermination of all or individual price components. You can change the work fields of the condition line. However, this only applies to conditions that have been determined via a condition record.
USEREXIT_XKOMV_FUELLEN_O_KONP SAPLV61A RV61AFZB This user exit is always called up during a redetermination of all or individual price components. You can change the work fields of the condition line. However, this only applies to conditions that have been determined via a condition record. This may include subtotals, manually entered conditions or conditions that have been calculated with a formula.
USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY SAPLV61A RV61AFZA You can change the KONV fields for copied price components.
Note: as of Release 4.6A, the display of the condition screen (screen 6201) has been converted from a full screen to a subscreen. The full screen is included in the SAPMV61A module pool, the subscreen, however, in program SAPLV69A. Therefore, instead of MV61AFZA and MV61AFZB, the user exits in LV69AFZZ should be used. For reference, see OSS note 313569.

Sales Order Pricing User Exit Problem
Hi,
I am facing a problem related to coding in Sales Order pricing user exits. Scenario is as mentioned below:
Based on Material Entered and Sold To in Sales Order, auto determination of a manual pricing condition happens. For doing this, coding has been done in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP by changing XKOMV table. Auto determination of the manual price is happening properly.
From Sales Overview Screen when user goes to the Conditions tab, Net Value is not getting calculated. When we navigate away to Schedule line tab and then come back to COnditions tab, Net Value is automatically getting calculated.
AM i missing something in the coding part? As the data is getting populated automatically I guess some piece of code needs to be triggered. Can anyone shed some light into this.
Thanks in advance,
thunderans.Prabhu: After filling in XKOMV structure, I am calling FM PRICING. On doing this, the Sales Pricing is getting calculated but even then net value of order at header i.e VBAK-NETWR is not getting populated when we are in Sales Overview screen. When, I am getting into Conditions tab and coming back to Sales Overview screen, Net value is getting populated correctly. This portion of everything not getting populated at the same time is bothering me. The pricing conditon that I am filling is a manual pricing condition.
I put a breakpoint after FM PRICING which correctly populates XKOMV structure. How do I properly update Order Net Value in Sales Overview screen wihtout having to navigate to any other tab?
Nicklas: I am looping at Order line within the user exit USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP and determining price. Once all line items are processed, I am using the FM PRICING for calculating Sales Prices.
J@Y: Request to send me a bit more details into your approach. -
Country of Delivering Plant is not showing in Sales Order Pricing Analysis
Hello All,
I have created a new condition table with the field Country of Delivering Plant (KOMK-WKCOU).
But in the sales order pricing analysis this field is not fetching the country of the plant (it is showing the Yellow color exclamation icon).
This is a standard field, I am not able to understand why it is not fetching this field.
I have used the same field for tax condtions in my previous projects as well, there it worked well.
Even I have activated the KOMK structure in SE11 also, but still the same problem.
Can anybody tell me how to resolve this issue.
Thanks & Regards,
Sreehari.Rightly suggested by Shiva.
As plant determines at item level.
So, instead of KOMK-WKCOU, field should append in KOMP.
FYI, for checking any inconsistency in condition table, you can use TCode VK+C.

Excise CIN amounts not updated in TAX field in Sales Order Pricing
Hi,
I am not getting the Excise Amount [CIN] i.e BED + ECS + SHE Cess in Tax field of Sales Order Pricing Procedure. only Sales Tax amount is showing.
Plz let me know, where did I go wrong in the Configuration.
Thanx in advance.
with best regards
JabbarAbdul,
What you have said is correct with regards to condition record creation, excise rate picking and its calculation.
On clicking the "analysis" button in pricing screen (Sales item details --> condition -->) try to analyse for each condition type
we can resolve it
Check within the condition type whether you have entered condition category = D, it must be like this
Cond. class = D Taxes
Calculat.type = A Percentage
Cond.category = D Tax
In Pricing Procedure Activate "Statistical" Indicator, it will definitely appear in the tax field.

Release strategy in sales order is required before MRP run
Hi Experts,
My requirement is Release strategy in sales order is required before MRP run. My client is doing the following process:
1) Creation of Sale order (MTO). Ex: User creates 10 sale orders per day.
2) MD04- Stock Requirement List. All 10 Sale orders should be displayed. So no problem here.
3) MD50-Make to order-Planning . Here when user gives the sale order number and sale order item and press enter, then only the released sale orders should be allowed and the rest sale orders it should throw a error message and it should not allow to process further.
How this situation can be addressed in SAP.
Kindly post some hints and comments.
Regards,
Kiran.Hi Kiran,
Define and Assign status profile BS02 at sales order detail (line item) lets say with create and release status
SD>Sales>Sales documents>Define and assign status profile
Have create status as default while creating SO with item
And do a user exit change for MD50 with ABAP consultant help and release it when user keys in SO and item.
For other line item I believe it will give an error
Pls try and update if it solves your requirment
