Ftp Adapter getting invoked more than once

Hello All,
I have an FTP polling on a remote server, the options that i chose are archive file after read. The problem is the bpel process is getting invoked more than once. If anyone encountered a similar problem, help is really appreciated.

Terminating Event Getting triggered more than once

Hi All,
I am facing a very peculiar problem in PR release workflow(item wise release, business object BUS2009).
One of the requirements of the workflow is to send a mail to PR initiator once it is rejected by any of the approvers(4, in my case). The event associated with the cancellation of the workflow is REJECTION_START.
The problem is that this event is being triggered more than once. One thing that i have observed is that if eg. second level of approver cancels it, the event is triggered twice. Likewise if third level of approver cancels it, it is being triggered thrice. Which leads to sending of 2 and 3 mails respectively to the PR initiators mailbox.
Why is this happening? Ideally, only one event should have been triggered, and the triggering of the event should have been independent of PR approver's level. I am at my wits end regarding this.
Any suggestions in this regard will be highly appreciated

If you check for 2nd level rejjection two release Code is associated so it triggers 2 times and same for 3rd level approval.
I think you have to put some sort of filter using FM SAP_WAPI_WORKITEM_OBJECT
in the attribute portion of yopur custom BO.
The attribjute will check this FM and if it has entries that means already a Workflow has been triggered it should set the flag as X.
Make use of this attribute in defining the start condition of this task thru
SWB_COND.

JDBC sender adapter polling data more than once within one polling interval

Hi,
Our sender communciation channel is polling data twice in one polling interval, hence triggering the corresponding BPM twice.
The polling interval for the channel is set to 30 mins.
We dont have an update query and use <test> instead. Currently there is no provision to use an update query in the source system.
Intermitently the polling happens within an interval of few milliseconds, because of which we are in doubt whether the use of Update query will solve our problem
Additionaly in the BPM, we have one channel which deletes the data from source system after the processing is complete by the BPM, but the second BPM is getting triggered before the deletion step is being executed in the first BPM.
Please Advise how we can stop the channel from polling data twice.

Please ty to set an advanced mode option in the table(for sender
channel configurations) as follows:
Key name is "clusterSyncMode" and its values are either "scheduler" or
"none".(both are without quotes and case-sensitive)
Default value is "scheduler", this means it prevents 2
messages being generated regardless of 2 server nodes. This is true,
even if you do not add anything in advanced options table.
Also are more information about this parameter of file adapter, what
is the same for jdbc:

Header Discount getting copied more than once

Hi all,
I have a problem in Quotations in CRM-PCUI. We have renamed the pricing tab as 'Header Discounts'. If we try to copy quotaion, the header discount gets copied as many times as the number of products present for the quotaion, but on clicking save button all header discounts sum up and get consolidated into one. I want to know whether this is Standard SAP bahaviour and how can we change it? We want only consolidated total header discount to appear when we click copy quotation, and not on clicking save button.
I have assigned a Zclass to it and used some badis, but if i deactivate them and use standard class also, then also it behaves in the same way.
Any suggestions in this regard are highly appreciated.

How do I get my new Apple ID associated with an older MacBookPro so that I don't get charged more than once for a purchased app when I download it to the older computer recently upgraded to Snow Leopard?

I recently upgraded my 2 year old MacBookPro to Snow Leopard so I could download Face Time and Final Cut ProX to it.
I've already purchased the apps and installed on my iMAC and Macbook Air.
After downloading Face Time I received the following mail;

This is probably a new precaution that Apple has taken to alert folks that something has occurred with their account that has not occurred before*, namely a Mac has downloaded something from their account that has not done so before. And as the notice says, if it was you doing so, then you may safely ignore the notice. Also, do not be alarmed, Apple refers to all downloads as purchases, even when they are free.
But if you are truly concerned about the notice then you can authorize the Mac with your iTunes account, which should be the same as your MAS account. Open iTunes on the older Mac and sign into your account. Then in the Store menu choose Authorize This Computer. Now this Mac is definitely associated with your account and can now play media that you purchase from the iTunes Store as well.
*My banks do the same thing when I pop up making a purchase with my bank cards somewhere in the world I have never made a purchase before. They call me and email me and want to know if it is indeed me using the card.

Prepared statement st in servlet - not executing more than once!

my problem is that the following piece of code in a servlet does not get executed more than once:
myQuery = "DELETE FROM MREMINDERS WHERE username=? AND reminders=?";
PreparedStatement st = conn.prepareStatement(myQuery);
st.setString(1,usern);
st.setString(2,oldRem);
st.executeUpdate();
st.close();
The above code is called in a servlet to delete fields from a table. I call this code in a for loop from another method in the servlet. It executes the first time in the loop, but the second time onwards it throws an error!!! please let me know how to solve this ASAP since i am at the point of frustration now!!!

Getting the same text more than once

I keep getting the same numerous texts more than once from my friends and one of my friends even said that they were getting my texts out of order. Is it my phone or the network?

It's easy to burn another copy of a DVD if you have already burnt a copy of it before. Just click the "Format" icon in the toolbar. It will pop up with a window with some options. You shouldn't have to change any of these options, just make sure that the Output Device is set to your DVD drive, which it should be set to by default. Just click the "Burn" button, pop in a DVD, and you're good to go.
If you've made a few changes to the DVD, you can use the "Build/Format" button in the toolbar. It will pop up with a window similar to that of the Format window. Click "Build & Burn." It will tell you that a VIDEO_TS directory already exists, and it can reuse as much of it as possible. You can then click "Reuse" to build the new portions of the DVD, and then it will burn it on a DVD.

How do I get ituens to not list the same artist more than once? I have tried editing the info, sorting different ways and sometimes it works and sometimes not...it's very frustrating to me to have the same artist listed multiple times...

Setting a common Album Artist for each Album does most of the work. For deeper problems see Grouping tracks into albums.
In general you need to make sure that all the values in the tags are used consistently. Same spelling, same capitalization, same accents, no leading, trailing, or multiple spaces, and each value of Artist, Album Artist or Album should only be associated with one value of Sort Artist, Sort Album Artist or Sort Album respectively.

Statechart module: Using a master statechart to launch a slave statechart more than once without getting Error 1100 at Obtain Queue (No object of that name was found)

Hello,
I am trying to create a project using the statechart module, and one of the techniques I am trying to use is a "master-slave" statechart structure, illustrated by the code I have attached to this post (you probably need the statechart module installed to look at my example code). The problem I have recently discovered is that the slave statecharts cannot be launched more than once without raising an Error 1100 at Obtain Queue. I have gathered from a few other posts that the cause of this error is the fact that the First Call primitive is used by the Statechart module to initialize the statechart when it is first run. This works fine for the first launch of the slave statechart, but the second launch and subsequent launches of the statechart fail on Error 1100, since the First Call primitive won't let the statechart initialize (the First Call primitive tells the statechart it has already been initialized (this isn't the first call), and the External Trigger function then tries to send an external trigger to a queue that doesn't exist).
What I can't gather from those posts is the correction I need to make to get this design to work. I tried to send the slave statecharts a boolean flag for the "Init?" terminal, to force a reinitializing of the slave statechart. I couldn't get that to work. I tried to not load the slave sub VI as a slave sub VI, and launch it using some VI Server code, so that maybe the slave sub VI would be loaded and unloaded, therefore causing the statechart to properly initialize, but I couldn't get that to work either. What correction should I make? How do I get this to work?
I really want to use this design pattern, first of all since I wrote a lot of code already with this structure, and second of all, it makes a lot of sense to me. How do I make it work? If someone could post a version of my code that functions the same, but without the error, I would appreciate that. If you don't have time for that, but would be able to outline the steps I need to take to get it to work, that would be helpful, as well.

Thanks, Deborah. I tried this approach out, and it turns out you can't just wire a TRUE to the "Init?" terminal. You have to wire a TRUE for the first run of the slave statechart, and then it has to become a FALSE. If you wire a TRUE, it will constantly try to reset the statechart, which doesn't work.
The master statechart has to keep track of whether it has called the slave statechart, and communicate that to the slave statechart. On the very first call of the slave statechart, the "First Call?" function inside of the "Run Statechart" function will give a TRUE, which initializes the statechart properly, and then gives a FALSE from that point after. After that, the "First Call?" function doesn't work anymore (it will always return FALSE), and an initial TRUE, with subsequent FALSE values, has to be provided manually.
I attached a version that does this, which appears to work. Let me know if it doesn't work for someone, or if you have a better idea to implement the correction.

How to use same page fragment more than once in a page. I have a complex page fragment which has lots of Bindings (Binding Property set with backingBean variables).
I want to use the same page fragment multiple times on the same page with different tabs.
I want different ApplicationModule Instance for the page fragment in different tabs.
So I have created a Bounded Taskflow with pagefragments which has this complex pagefragment.
I've dragged the taskflow to page and created regions.
I'm able to execute the page successfully when I have only one region but fails if I have region more than once in the page.
Can anyone help me how to resolve this issue.
Web User Interface Developer's Guide for Oracle Application Development Framework: section 19-2 states we can have same pagefragment more than once in a page.

PB won't start more than once without PMU Reset

My son just got a hand-me-down G4 1.5Ghz 15" PowerBook at work. When he got it the battery would not hold a charge for more than about 5 minutes. We checked the serial number and it was part of the PowerBook battery recall so we requested a battery exchange from, Apple. The new battery arrived today and when he put it in, the PowerBook would not start up even on AC.
He reset the PMU and it seemed to be OK but when the computer went to sleep he could not wake it up. He uplugged it and took out the battery but it will not restart. Also, the charge indicator on the AC adapter turned green after about 15 minutes but the battery indicator in the menu bar still says 0%. He pushed the test button on the bottom of the battery but no lights come on so the battery can't be charged. Even putting the old battery back into the PB won't let it restart more than once without resetting the PMU.
While the old battery did not hold a charge at least the machine could be used and restarted without a PMU reset. Now it won't even do that.
Anyone see this behavior on another machine? Any suggestions on what is wrong or how to fix it?

It appears that deleting the com.apple.Powermanagement.plist file has resolved the restart problem. In fact. it looks like the old battery may now be charging properly. I still can't get the machine to start using the replacement battery.

Mail on my iPhone 4 and my old iMac has no problems. When there is no service a yellow warning triangle appears adjacent to the Inbox and Connection Doctor reports,"Trying to log into this MobileMe IMAP account failed. Verify that username and password are correct." Since it does fetch Mail from time to time they cannot be wrong.... can they? Should I update to 10.7 and if so what does that entail?

You have been using MobileMe's email settings, which sometimes continue to work for a time after migration but then get turned off. iCloud's mail server settings are different. Strictly speaking Lion 10.7.2 is required for iCloud, and on that Mail is set up automatically.
Snow Leopard cannot access most of iCloud's facilities, however you can set Mail up manually to access your email. The method is described here:

Deauthorizing all machines more than once in a year?

Is it possible to deauthorize all machines more than once in a year? I have had two machines crash and one time I forgot to de-authorize before I installed a new OS.
iTunes tells me I have to wait until June to do this. There has to be a way to manually get someone to agree to do this. Is there a number I can call or process????

Performance... Why a function column in a view is executed more than once...?

Why a function column created inside a view is executed more than once when called more than once?
EXAMPLE:
create or replace view aux1 as
date_column,
any_function(date_column) column1
from any_table
create or replace view aux2 as

column1 c2,
column1 c3
from aux1
select * from aux2
It will execute 3 times the function any_function... logically the value will be the same for all columns...
I understand why!... are 3 calls... but...
Why not to create a "small" verification and if the function column was execute replace the second, the third... value? ... instead of execute 3, 4... times...

Actually, this is more than a performance issue. This is a consistency problem. If the function is NOT deterministic then you may get different values for each call which is clearly not consistent with selecting 3 copies of the same column from a row. Oracle appears to have fixed this in 9i...
