Is there any function Module that can be used to fetch Transport Request Details like.
1. Objects Contained in TR.
2. Objects Types
3. Created BY
4. Status of TR (Released / Modifiable).
Any pointer will be appreciated.

We have different tables which can provide you this data...why do u expect function module..
E070 => Change & Transport System: Header of Requests/Tasks
E071 => Change & Transport System: Object Entries of Requests/Tasks
E07T => Change & Transport System: Short Texts for Requests/Tasks

Ex: If the status is in To Be Processed i have to change that status to Authorized using any Bapi or FM.
I have tried with the BAPI crm_icss_change_request but its not updating the status.

the function module is 'SOCM_STATUS_VALUES'
you can find an example of usage of it in the program CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT

Popup for transport request in WebDynpro ABAP application

Hi there,
which function module can I use to prompt the user for the transport request in an WebDynpro ABAP application.
In SAPGUI I found 'TR_ORDER_CHOICE_CORRECTION' to do this but I get a short dump when I call this one from a WebDynpro ABAP application ...

The reason I get the short dump is the function modules I found call a dynpro screen inside for prompting for the request. I am not surprised this does not work for WebDynpro applications ....
So I thought there is a generic function module for WebDynpro applications available or a WebDynpro component I can use for this ... Sure I could build it by myself but this does not seem to be the right way for me since this requirement seems to be of a generic nature.
@Gaurav: I am interested to bring up a generic popup for prompting for the request. So I cannot use the flags to suppress the screen ...

Error when creating files for transport request SAPK-700BGINPLMWUI

Hello experts,
We're upgrading our 46c System to ERP 6.0 EHP4.
In Phase EHP_INCLUSION we get the following error Message: Disassembling package queue failed, rc = "2", reason = "Error when creating files for transport request SAPK-700BGINPLMWUI"
We've already checked the SAINT version; Upgrade Fix, SAPCAR version. We've checked our TMS as well and everything seems O.K.
Any help would be really appreciated!!!

Please Check the things in following sequence :
1.Use latest SAPehpi, R3trans and tp versions.
2. users/group authorization issue and/or ownersip limitations (set 777) .Reboot the server to make sure, that the authorisations are updated and there is no lock on a file in the EHPI dir.Repeat the phase.
Folders where permissions should be 777 are Upgrade directory, Data Directory, Cofile directory and .../EPS/in.
3. Source file corruption can be ruled out by execution
R3trans -l /usr/sap/<SID>/..../abap/data/R-700BGINPLMWUI.SAP (The data file corresponding to the Package which is giving error). Check if this ends fine.

4. Confirm that your transport tool is 'healthy' by testing it in STMS. In SPAM in client 000 use the function Disassemble package and enter the package <Package name>.
5. Try to update the kernel if it not helps.

in plng area, i populated one variable(calmonth) based on variable(fiscal year) using function module exit.
Now i want to transport plng area from dev system to production. Is it mandaory that function module should transport separately or when i transport plng area: is function module transported automatically?

i went to se80, selected my fun group->context menu->display object directory entry.. i'm seeing this option(display object directory entry) ..instead of creation of TR, and may be because here system shows it locked by paricular workbench req.
i cheked workbench req it is having same fun group with set of other fun module ..now how i can i include my new fun module into that req? or do i need release that request first and then create separate new req for this fun module?

Here i will recieve the INBOUND IDOCs for the Meter Reading Orders.
We have a Standard INBOUND FUNCTION MODULE
IDOC_INPUT_ISU_MR_UPLOAD
which Uploads the Meter Reading Results.
I copied the Same function Module into ZIDOC_INPUT_
and working on it.
Can any one suggest me, whether i am going in correct way or not.

I think you are going completely astray with you z-function module for IDoc processing.
If you look at TABLES parameter METERREADINGRESULTS (type BAPIEABLU ) of BAPI_MTRREADDOC_UPLOAD you will find many of the requested fields already:

Field EABL-ZMESSAGE appears to be custom field (at least I cannot find it on ECC 6.0). If this field was added using include CI_EABL then you probably can get these values into the BAPI using the EXTENSIONIN parameter.
Check routine CHECK_UPLOADRECORDS in the BAPI which allows two extension structures:
- BAPI_TE_EABL
- BAPI_TE_EOSB
Not surprisingly BAPI_TE_EABL contains the include CI_EABL.

Function Modules for SAP FSCD

Hi All,
Can anyone provide me with the standard Function Modules for FPE1 and FP08 Transaction code respectively. Actually I need to create a payment request based on the user requirement and cancel/delete the same payment request if he/she wants to cancel it. To do this FPE1 and FP08 are used, but I need their functionality in the code, so I need some Function Modules, which can take care of this.
Also you can suggest some alternative ways of achieving my objective.

Function Module for some sBDOC does not work on

Hi Experts,
We have transported on QA landscape sBDOC definition. For sBDOC CNBCCPCUS602, CNBCCPCUS603, CNBCCPCUS604 function module seems to be not the right one, so no message of this BDOC are creted when a site extract is done. Error on smohqueue says: "Could not determine function module for processing AC messages".

Generic function module for delta - which FM ?

Hi all,
I want to create a custom generic datasource in R3 which uses a function module for delta extraction. This is straight forward for full extract (copy FM RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SIMPLE - I already did this and have a full extraction working to BW). However I need to extract delta - and the above function module does not have example code for that (I have seen some forum posts that it 'can' be used - but this looks like a pseudo get around where the delta field name is passed in I_T_SELECT).
FM RSVD_BW_GET_DELTA_DATA seems to be an example code of a FM which can allow delta (i.e. manually codes how to fill date/time stamp information). However when I code this and try test in RSA3 it seems to try to populate the delta selection field before calling my function module! I need it to call my function and allow the function to specifiy the date criteria.
Can anyone help with an example of how this should best be done ?
Or can it only be done in a pseudo form using 'RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SIMPLE' example FM.
Note: I have setup the RSO2 datasource to allow delta.
Also - I have spent several hours searching the forum - but please answer with a link if you think it does answer exactly this problem.

Note that if the data source is called in initial or full extract mode the delta change date (aedat) will automatically be blank.

Function Module for Generic Extractor

Hi, I have a generic extractor that uses a Function Module to extract the data. I have a change I need to make that only affects the code in the Function Module. Do I need to regenerate the DataSource or can I just change the function Module and transport the change to the function module?

As long as you are not changing the extract structure, you do not need to regenerate the datasource or replicate. Send FM only.
