G/L Account does not exist Error 4113
Hello Experts,
I am trying to create a Request in FICA via FKKORD1 and I receive this error. I have done all the necessary configuration. Not sure which posting area these requests hit. I have configured accouts for Posting Areas 0050, 0070, 0060, 0061, 0040, S000, S001 and 1220. Please help as I can not move.

Go to the sales document (order VA02) (Contract VA42). Click on the relevant item and go to > Environment > Analysis > Account determination. It shows 6 options, click on each one till you find the relevant account. Do this for all items on the Sales/contract if necessary.
This can be found in customizing under SPRO > Sales and Distrib > Basic Functions > Account assignment/costing > Revenue account determination, > Assign GL accounts. Your SD consultant can help you.
In VF02, release the billing doc and it will give you details as well.

MR11 received error FH004 "Account does not exist in chart of account"
after apply supportpack upgrades from SAPKH46C08 to SAPKH46C53, MR11 list contain line items that were cleared before the upgrade. I've also used FBL5N and status now says open. When I try to clear GR/IR with MR11, it errors out with message FH 004 "Account does not exist in chart of account..." I even tried to search OSS notes, none are found. Anyone have a similar problem but fixed? if so, how was it fixed? thank you.
working with transaction MR11. Problem came from OLD Open Items that were transferred from an old system (not SAP R/3). It only applies to "Invoice Surplus". The Old Open items were cleared before the 4.6C support pack upgrade from SAPKH46C08 to SAPKH46C53. I am not sure (1) why these become "open" again (2) why when using MR11, I received "Account does not exist in chart of accounts..." error message code: FH004. (3) this does not apply to newer open items. Newer items posted fine without errors. Any ideas? thank you.

I have found that received mail is not returned to the sender if the receiving
local account does not exist. This problem occurs even if I use Console to
enable the Return message to sender option under the error handling methods.
In addition, I have used the configutil
to confirm that I have set the value
for Unknown account action to "13," which corresponds to the settings "Return
message to sender," "Notify the postmaster via email," and "Log the error in
the log file." Yet, in this situation, an error message is being sent to
postmaster, but not to the sender, and the error is not being recorded in the
log file.

this server is not valid. I'm not seeing this message here on the OES
servers I looked at, and NAM is working correctly here.

Item does not exist error when updating item
Hi,
I have a list called "Deal" and I have a ItemUpdated event to update the item permission based on a list field "Owner".
I find the code run well with site collection administrator account. If I use a regular user account to edit the item, it throws "Item does not exist" error after clicking save button. But the item is actually updated.
I run the code under debug mode and it does not throw any exception. But the page shows "Item doex not exist" error.
If I retract the solution, the item can be updated normally without any error.

ESS Salary statemenr: Form Does not exist error

As mentioned in may threads, I have changed the form name for salary statement to the custom form name in SPRO- --> HRFOR
But the portal displays "Form does not exist" error. Could not find a solution in any existing post on sdn.

If your payslip form is desinged in PE51, then follow these steps.
Employee Self-Service-> Service-Specific Settings-> Benefits and Payment-> Salary Statement-> Form Using HR Forms Editor (PE51)
a. Edit Feature HRFOR: Maintain the constant $CEDT$ for MOLGA 40 RCLAS +01(03).
b. Enter Payslip variant in EDTIN feature
c. Maintain smartform name in EDPDF
If your payslip form is designed in HRFORMS, then enter the form name in HRFOR feature and enter the variant in EDTIN.

"SAP_PAYSLIP_US does not exist" error in Salary statement iView of ESS
Hi all,
We have SAP EP7.0 (NW 2004s) with the ESS business package for MySAPERP 2005.Most of our iViews of the business package are working fine,but some are givig problems.
When we try to launch the Salary Statement iView under BEnefits and Payments Workset we get the "SAP_PAYSLIP_US does not exist" error.
The form name SAP_PAYSLIP_US is active and also we have specified the form name in the SPRO settings.
If we change the form name (for e.g.UF01) then the error displayed is "UF01 does not exist".
Can anyone point out as to what the problem is.
Is there any settings we are missing?

The Form SAP_TIMESLIP doesn't exist. The correct form to use in the feature HRFOR is SAP_TIM_99_0001 or SAP_TIM_99_0002.
Activate the form in transaction HRFORMS.
SAP didn't release the form SAP_TIMESLIP.

Package does not exist error-message
When I try to compile a java servlet with the following piece of code I get a compilation error referring to the import statement.
I have just included the initial import statements. A large number of errors follow, as a result of this 'package does not exist error-message'.
Has anyone encountered this or any ideas?

I'ved looked and this particular case could be a quirky one.
The details are:
User account A is the account that Exchange thinks doesn't exist.
User account B is her boss.
A copy of user B's email is sent to A. (done through Delivery Options)
Senders sometime receive an email back saying user A's address doesn't exist.
(which really confuses them because they sent the email to B)
This is the only time the bounce message appears.
I've removed the forward and added it again. Still the problem.
Any clues?You need to verify old delegates in UserB's mailbox by going to Tools -> Options -> Delegates. Remove old UserA and re-add it.
This is because of option “Delegates receives copy of meeting-related mails sent to me” is ticked with old UserA id in Delegates.
If you can't see any delegates then you have another option to delete delegates rule with MFCMapi.
- Open UserB's Mailbox with MFCMapi where UserB's outlook profile configured in online mode (not Cache mode)
- Double click the Mailbox of userB to open.
- Expand Root Container -> Top of the information store -> Inbox folder
- Right-click the "Inbox" folder, and then click "Display Rules Table".
- You can see all rules configured in mailbox.
- Delete the Delegate Rule with "PR_RULE_PROVIDER" column property shows "Schedule+EMS Interface". (this is the same option which you can set with GUI Delegation "Delegates receives copy of meeting-related mails sent to me" but stale copy is still in mailbox.)

You better search for the notes with the message ""Time series does not exist". You will get nearly 18 notes. Go through each note and see the relevence to your problem and do the needful as it is mentioned in the note .

I am not able to figure out what table it is looking for. Any ideas why this is happening?check the MGP compose process, is it also showing the error?
If it is them at some point in 10.2 Oracle introduced a 'feature' (ie: bug) that causes problems to the housekeeping routines when new versions of publication items are published
In 10.0 and early 10.2 when making changes to publication items VIEWS called CPV$.. were created to log the column list for each version of a publication item, and check if you are making changes when you publish. In the case of old versions, once all clients have synchronised and been moved to the latest version it tries to delete this view.
at some point the publish started creating TABLES instead of views (but using the same naming convention ie: CPV$..). This works fine as far as the logging of changes and old column lists, but the housekeeping called at the end of the publish and GP process still trieds to do a DROP VIEW and this causes the error.
The only way of clearing this i have found is to look at the log file to get the name of the object that it is trying to drop, set up a view script to create a dummy view with the list of columns in the table, drop the table and then create the view. It then gets dropped on the next MGP cycle and the error goes away
If the error is not showing up in the MGP process, only in the publish, and your changes appear to be publishing OK, then the problem is likely to be with a snapshot definition AFTER the change you have made - real pain to identify on re-publish - possibly missing schema name in the snapshot definition -

Please go to sm59 and check if the RFC connection exists for this source system. If its there, please double click on it and on next screen, go to Menu bar and click on Test-> Connection and then test -> authorisation.
If you get any error, thats the reason. If you dont find the RFC at all, thats the reason why you got error.
You may also check WE20 for partner profile, whether it exists or not.
