Gamers club and pre order

Hello, I just pre ordered 3 games. Black ops 3 and Battlefront for ps4 and elder scrolls for Xbox one. My question is do I get the pre order code for black ops 3 in my email because I didn't get it on my receipt? And also when do we get the 20 percent off for the pre order games? On my receipt it still says I will 59 and some change (I put 5$ down on each game). This is my first time pre ordering at best buy and I did buy the gamers club unlocked earlier and got the bonus 10% when I traded in a game.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for the questions!  Enuf is correct in stating that the Gamers Club Unlocked benefits would be reflected on your BestBuy.com pre-order, but wouldn't be on your in-store pre-order receipt until the date of the purchase.  
You should receive the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta code by email usually associated with your My Best Buy account.   Please make sure to check your "Junk" or "Spam" folders and allow 24-48 hours for it to arrive.

    Oh no! We're so sorry about the confusion here. All Trade In quotes are subject to change at any time. Currently that particular phone is valued at $171.00, and the value is increased to $200.00 if you're participating in the special trade in offer for the iPhone 6 and 6 . It's possible that the value changed during your pre-order interaction, which is what prompted you to re-enter all your info.

    Hi! I just canceled my pre-order but i change my mind and i'd like to pre-order it again but i can't do it because when i press on album "ARTPOP" it still shows me that i pre-ordered it what should i do?

    You've tried closing and re-opening iTunes and seeing if you can then pre-order it ? And/or logging out of your account and then loggin back in ?

  • Reward Certificates And Pre Order Cancel

    Hello. I previously pre ordered Evolve using a 10 dollar reward certificate. I hardly cancel pre orders so this has never happened to me. I was wondering if I canceled it would I lose the 10 dollar reward certifcate? I pre ordered it awhile back so I'm sure it's expired. I plan on ordering another game right away with it and the money I had down on the pre order. I've completely lost interest in Evolve. After seeing the all the future dlc costs I don't care much about this game anymore.

    While the $10 certificate you applied to your Evolve pre-order may have expired, the point value ($10 = 500 points) should repost to your My Best Buy™ account 3 to 6 business days after you cancel the pre-order.  The certificate would have been considered fulfilled when it was applied to the pre-order, so the expiration date should not come into play.

  • Pre-order points missing and pre-ordering problems at the store level.

    Hi
    During the week of July 6th-July 12 there was an ad for pre-ordering certain movies and getting 100 bonus points for each movie.  On July 12th I pre ordered Rio 2, The Amazing Spiderman 2, and Transformers:AOE (Steelbook edition).  The employee was able to successfully pre-order Rio 2 using the provided in store pre order card but had difficultly pre ordering Spiderman 2 and Transformers.  Rio 2 and Spiderman 2 had set release dates while at that time Transformers did NOT have a release date until recently.  These pre-orders were done in three different transactions. 
    Picking up Rio 2 on 7/15 was not a problem.  The employee did an exchange in the system.  The 100 bonus points never posted.
    The Amazing Spiderman 2 had a lot of problems.  The employee thought I already bought it and picked it up on 7/12 when I went to pick it up on 8/19 (the release date).  At the time of the pre order purchase, there was no announcement of the BB exclusive Magno pack for the same price as the regular blu ray release.  Again the employee did a return/rebuy.  This employee also stated that the employee who processed the pre-orders Spiderman and Transformers did it incorrectly since it looks like she did it as a normal transaction instead of a pre-order.  The points have yet to be posted.
    Transformers: AOE (Steelbook edition) now has an official release date of 9/30.  My question is will the system allow for employee to process the pre-order pick up since it is outside of the 45 day window?  I am hoping it won't be but seeing how the employees have been processing pre-orders incorrectly when picking them up I expect problems when doing so. 
    I have also noticed a price drop for transformers (6760435) from the time I pre-ordered it on 7/12.  Will the employees be able to adjust the price and give me the difference?
    Not all stores carry the pre-order cards making this a difficult process for everyone (it takes me on average 30 minutes to pick up 1 pre-order instead of in and out within 5 mins like usual) because someone didn't do it correctly the first time.  So my question is, how should employees process a pre-order if there is NO Pre-Order card in store??  I would love to continue to pre-order at best buy, but am getting tired of having employees screw up my pre-order.

    NCIX - a company from Vancouver Canada has the Vision:m for pre-order on their website.
    they are pricing the vision:m at $345 Canadian.
    Considering the Ipod Video goes for $379 Canadian - it is just another reason to buy a Vision:m (and you get an AC charger).

  • Homeland S3 pricing and pre-orders

    I pre-ordered Homeland season 3 on blu-ray (amongst other things) on Sunday.  The price in the weekly ad is $27, but the price on BB.com at that point was $32.  I placed the order expecting the price to be fixed.  The price on BB.com is now correct, but my order is not.  My order has 3 TV seasons in it, so it has the 25% off applied, but it's 25% off $32, not $27, and at this point the order's shipped.
    Why didn't BB.com automatically fix my order's price?  I shouldn't have to post here, or contact BB.com to get this fixed, pre-orders should have their prices just automatically adjusted when prices drop.

    As you might have already noticed, BestBuy.com and our retail stores tend to have different prices.   The reasoning behind that is that they are both competing among their own markets, local retailers and online retailers. That is why Best Buy has designed the Low Price Guarantee, where Best Buy will honor a qualifying lower price.
    I think that you have a very good suggestion, however at the moment the price adjustment is not automatic and it does need to be brought to our attention to make sure that you qualify for it.   • Transfering Upgrade and pre-order question.

    My upgrade isn't up yet, but my dad's is and he said I could use his since he couldn't care less what phone he uses.
    I'm just wondering what the pre-order process is like, we will be able to transfer upgrades over to another phone to pre-order, correct?

    This is what a verizon employee said on the upgrade section of this forum
    "At launch, the system will not support alternate or buddy upgrade (using the upgrade for an eligible line and activating the device for another). The opportunity to do a buddy upgrade will come at a later date. "
    Wow, really? Looks like I'll have to wait until later, what a total bummer
    This is the complete opposite of what I was told the other night when I was chatting online with one of the Verizon Reps. He stated that u would be able to do this.  I will post the conversation when I get home.

  • Question on the Timing of upgrade and pre-ordering

    Down and dirty: 2 lines, family share. One upgrade is already up, second phones upgrade is up Feb 8th.  Since the phone isn't due out until the 10th (or so for preorders), would I be able to put in for the upgrade for both on the 3rd, or would I have to wait until the 8th to receive the upgrade pricing?
    My guess would be I'd have to wait, but since the phone isn't actually going to be coming to you until after that date, I wasn't really sure.

    one can be ordered on the 3rd and the other has to be ordered on the 8th or after to receive the promotional pricing, if you try to preorder for both lines you will end paying full retail for one because its before the upgrade date

  • Eligibility date and pre-order

    Finally was able to reserve an iphone 4 yesterday after hours of trying on the apple website both in the store and at home. finally it went into my cart to the tune of $699 for the 32gb.My eligibility does not kick in until 6/26 and I have an i phone reserved for pick up on 6/24 at the store.They will only hold the phone for 1 day and then it goes back into circulation. after several calls to both the Apple store and AT&T it seems I have to wait until 6/26 to even order the phone or I'll get changed for an early upgrade even though I won't receieve it after the upgrade date. Any thoughts??

    Like I said before, pick it up and sell it. You are going to have something alot of people want and can't get without waiting. Sell for a premium, maybe enough to pay for you upgrade.

    Depending on when you enrolled in GCU, it's possible that your membership status may still be reflected on BestBuy.com soon -- it often takes 2-3 days for such changes to be recognized in-store and online. It's also possible that a second My Best Buy membership may have been created on your behalf in error, but it'd be difficult to know for certain without additional information.

  • Can't pay off pre-order to join Gamer Club Unlocked in weekly ad?

    So I got the Best Buy ad this moring in the paper and saw the "Join Gamers Club Unlocked for $30 when you buy any new game $39.99 or above." Knowing I still had 3 preorders outstanding, I called up the Rewards Zone 866 number and asked them if I would be able to take my preorder in and just pay it in full to satisfy the requirement so I could join. Of course is what I was told and just to take my pre-order receipt into customer service. 
    I head into Best Buy in Castleton, Indiana (#229) and head to customer service as told with the ad and explain I called the RZ 866 number and they told me to bring it to them. After the lady handling the registered called someone, he told me that it would be no problem and he would just have to cancel my preorder and then to just pull the game card and one of the Gamers Club Unlocked cards and the register would take care of it. 
    Then that is when everything went South. 
    I hand the individual the two cards and he proceeds to tell me I could join the GCU for $30 when I buy a game. When I told him I wanted to pay in full for the game he told me I could not do that because "it's two different systems." I explained that I had already spoken to the RZ folks as well as customer service and then he told me "well I should know, I'm the video games guy." I then told him I would just come home and call the RZ folks again, asked for his name and store number which he gave me in a smug tone and I left. As I was walking out the sliding glass doors he said "have a nice day" in a condescending tone. That set me off. I turned and asked the security guy for a manager to complain about the terrible customer service and attitude and the manager was apathetic in helping me. After explaining what I was trying to do, he said he "thought" he could help me. At this point I was overly annoyed so I told him to forget about it and left. 
    If you look at the add, nowhere does it say you can't pay in full for a preorder game to satisfy the requirement. Obviously it can be done because the folks on the 866 number said it would be no problem and I've seen multiple posts on several video game forums of people doing it at their local store. This is probably the third time in the last year I've had issues with associates at this store on advertised deals. So what gives? Lack of training? Employees that just don't care? 
    So now my dilemma is do I go to another location to see if they can help me or do I just cancel all of my preorders and find a new retailer?

    Enuf is spot-on: since in-store pre-order deposits are not considered to be actual purchases, bundle offers such as our current Gamers' Club Unlocked promotion do not apply. If the title you reserved is released and you pick up your copy while the offer is still in effect, then you would be able to take advantage of the bundle savings during the final sale. Otherwise, you will need to purchase another title $39.99+ to be eligible.
    As far as why your thread was moved is concerned, all My Best Buy Gamers' Club-related inquiries -- including those on promotional offers, benefits, and pre-order bonus certificates -- belong in this board.     You don't preorder in the Apple Store. You preorder on-line. It will be mailed to your home address. Apple has not yet announced an unlocked iPhone 5 in the U.S. so yes, you would need to select a carrier.
