Generate report having details of suspended,approved,rejected Approvals

Hi Frinds,
can you please help me to solve the following problem...
Say there are few approvals( suspended,approved,rejected ). My requirment is to generate a custom report which will show the details ( requester, approver,date submitted etc etc) of those approval requests within a date range( this will be date picker fields with From date to To Date)

That's pretty strange.
Let's just see how you are doing this. Once you detect the out of hours situation in your Routing Script (either by checking a Global variable refreshed by an Admin script or by having a Time of Day node directly in the routing script), do you set a Call Type?
Then after setting the call type, I assume you play a CVP message and Release the call. Correct?
When you query the TCD on this call type you should only see your after hours calls. Let's look at one of the calls.
You should see two rows in the TCD, one with the DNIS of your number on the gateway, or from the PSTN carrier, and one with the VRU transfer label (say 8111111111) - maybe that's in the DigitsDialed column, I'm not in front of an HDS database and can't check. This is all you should see for a call that comes out of hours.
Both these legs should have the same RouterCallKey with different RouterCallKeySequenceNumbers.
Do you see this?
What is happening with another call at a similar time with a different RouterCallKey ? That doesn't make sense.
Maybe you could do a query and show us the output?

    Actually these reports are not tabular form reports.These reports are formed from 3 tables using join operation.
    When clicking value1 in the select list:
    I need to display report having details of devices of type1 and type2 (Details means the user,location
    etc) . In that details devicename must be a link.The location must be a selectlist.It is possible to add an LOV to this
    selectlist.
    When clicking value2 in the select list:
    I need to display report having details of devices of type2 (Details means the user,location etc) . Here

  • Approver not able to go detail screen to see approve / reject buttons

         Approver can see the corresponding workitem in his approval inbox. When click on the approval workitem next screen where approve / reject button with item detail screen is not coming. explorer is refreshing and approver workitem screen will appear again. I am in SRM 5.5 Server and SP13. please let me know if any one face this problem.

  • Approve/Reject/Suspend task in Humanworkflow without BPMWorklistApp

    Hi,
    A SOA process creates a work item , and I need to perform the UserAction without logging into BPMWorklistApp to my Human WorkFlow. Infact I should not create a new UI for my task. I need to use my own Approve/Reject buttons in my application. Now the challenge is, that work item needs to be Approved/Rejected/Suspended through the buttons in my own application.
    Should I update the Cube_instance table with the relavant status code?
    Should I access the workflow API by creating a new Java project?
    By any chance can I close the running instance using correlation sets?
    Can some one please provide me with the efficient and easy way to implement this. If possible with the reference URLs.

  • Generating report from Backend Query in OIM

    Hi,
    I am trying to generate a report in OIM. The requirement is to generate a query that can be executed in the database to retrieve the following:
    All the users in OIM with out the access (Not in provisioned or Enabled state) to Active Directory
    I tried generating report using the out-of-box report for Resource Access List, which provides the list of users who are having access to particular resource, but there is no out-of-box report for providing report for users who do not have access to a particular resource.
    Could any one help me write such a query. I know we need to look in to many tables before we fetch the details. A sample query would be really helpful.

    Users who have access to specific resource - it is based on organization level, simple query that lists organizations with resources that they have access to :
    select a.act_name, o.obj_name, ap.acp_create, ap.acp_update
    from act a, acp ap, obj o
    where a.act_key = ap.act_key
    and ap.obj_key = o.obj_key
    Relation between users and organization is simple so it would be easy to you continue on your own...

    I want to understand the functionality & concept of the statuses in Tx PO13, PO10 etc

    1.Active
    2.Planned
    3.Submitted
    4.Approved
    5.Rejected
    my question is regarding a requirement.
    We need if some object is created that should be submitted for approval and in  this case e-mails shud be triggered for approval to superiors. Once that is approved the created object shud exist as a valid object in system, otherwise should exist in system but not as an active object and cannot not be used for assigning holders. I mean should not be a valid object.
    I want to know if these statuses will help doing it with work-flows and can we restrict the user to use only one of the five statuses..

    Status identifies the current standing that an object or infotype record has within an organizational plan. Status also affects the type of editing you can do. There are five statuses available:
    Active
    Planned
    Submitted
    Approved
    Rejected
    Objects with different status can appear in the same plan version. The active objects could represent current operations at your firm, and the planned objects could represent changes you plan to make, for example, adding a new department or new position.
    Use
    You must assign a status to every object and infotype record you create. However, you do not need to use all the statuses. Many users choose only to use active status.
    How you apply status to objects and infotype records in Organizational Management, depends on the method you use to maintain an organizational plan u2013 Detail Maintenance, Simple Maintenance, or Structural Graphics.
    Status attributes:
    Active
    Indicates that an object is currently operable. You have unrestricted activities u2013 you can create, change, display, delimit, delete and list when using active objects.
    Planned
    Indicates that an object is proposed or anticipated, but not currently operable. You can create, change, display, delimit, delete and list when using planned objects.
    Submitted
    Indicates that an object has been submitted for review and subsequent approval/rejection. You cannot create objects with submitted status. Nor can you make changes.
    Approved
    Indicates that an object, previously sumitted for review, is accepted or authorized. By changing the status to active, you can edit the object (create, change, display, delimit, delete and list).
    Rejected
    Indicates that an object is rejected or turned down. You can only display objects with rejected status. However, you can change the status to planned so that you can work with the object again.
    There are two ways you can change the status applied to objects and infotype records, in Organizational Plan:
    Run the report RHAKTI00 (Change Object Status) for selected objects or infotype records
    Change the status of objects and infotype records one at a time in Detail Maintenance
    It is not possible to change the status of objects or infotype records in Structural Graphics or Simple Maintenance.

  • Error while generating report in RAR

    Hello,
    We are getting error while generating reports in RAR.
    RAR runs sucessfully, can see there are risk, but we cannot dowload those file, usally we use to get zip file.
    or cannot see details ,
    gives error cannt be displayed.

  • Code generate report in excel format from portal(Application Server)

    Hi all
    Please give some solution with code generate report in excel format from
    oracle portal(Application Server).

    Not feasible.
    Why? Because "the Excel format" is a binary and proprietary Microsoft file format. And writing a generator to generate Excel files will be complex, and resource expensive. In the vast majority of cases this will not be justified.
    As an alternative the very basic Microsoft XML office format can be used. But note that this is not a a ISO standard (it has been shot down in flames) - and effort and resources for that would be better spend on the Open Document XML standard (which very likely will be ratified as the ISO standard instead).
    Of course, you could have meant a CSV file - in which case, you need to play close attention to details. CSV is not an Excel format. A software designers and developers, our success is determined by attention to technical detail. In which case you are not paying any attention to technical detail by confusing CSV with Excel.

  • Not able to generate Report

    In matrix report as the Number of column field and row field are not certain how do I get to know or point to each column field value for particular row.
    Other details:-
    In simple matrix report with column field as 'Division No' and Row field as 'Account No' and cell field as 'Credit_Amt' and summary field(name F_sumCreditAmt) for Account wise.
    'AccountNo' field repeating frame is down wards and 'division no' repeating field is accross.
    If the summary for 'accountNo' is ' 0' then I am able to supress the row, but the sum can be 'zero' if the total in that row for particular row and all the columns can be (-2000) and (1000,500,500) which will amount to be zero when you add up. But my problem is how do I generate report even if the summary column value is 'zero' but it has some value in the 'Credit_Amt' Field. I need to show the row whose summary is 'zero' but it has some value in the 'Cr_Amt' field for some of the column field(ie Division_no).

    if you run your query against the repository database you will get the error while the user MGMT_VIEW in the repository database doesn't have any
    privileges on dba_data_files (I'm using OEM/GC 10g - at least in this version the user MGMT_VIEW is used).
    If you want to run your query against a target database you have only these choice: create a public database link for that target database.
    select tablespace_name as tbname, sum(bytes)/1024/1024 as size_mb from dba_data_files@target_db group by tablespace_name;
    On the other hand you could use the repository of the OEM/GC to get some informations about the tablespaces of a target database.

  • Not able to generate report in AVDF 12.1

    Dear DBA's,
    I installed 12.1 database vault server on Linux and created agent on 11.2.0.1 on solaris.
    The host status is showing running.
    In Security Target > Monitoring > Audit Trail in this menu the collection status is showing stopped and i clicked on start still it is showing stopped.
    i am not able to generate any report so far. Kindly help me how to generate report in AVDF.

    Again for sop is having a selection screen and in this it is divide based on month and year seperately in two more screens.
    same for copa also....
    so pls tell me a correct solution where to correct and get values.

    Caught in simple and wierd problem. I'm using a simle VI called MAX Generate Reoprt.vi to generate an XML report but getting error
    Error code -2147220553
     Error description :Incorrect report file extension provided.
    The image of the block diagram is attached. I'm able to generate HTML reoport from MAX(absolutely no probs).

    You must have the correct file extention. Here's what is wirtten in the detailed help of the function:
    output filename specifies the filename of the generated report.
    You must have the correct extension for the type of report to generate (.xml, .htm, .html, or .zip).

  • BI Publisher - PO_DISPATCH Error generating report output

    Hi everyone,
    Sorry for my bad english... having said that...
    I need to modify the Purchase Order print. First, I wanted to see the standard version to get an idea of how much different it was. Well, I don't know because it doesn't work.
    Error:
    Error generating report output: (235,2309)
    Error occurred during the process of generating the output file from template file, XML data file, and translation XLIFF file.
    I know there are several topics on the web, but all of them are about new or custom reports, this is a standard one. When I preview the report on the report definition it works fine, so I assume there's a problem with the XML file generated. When I preview the report specifying an alternative XML I get the same error. The XML file I choose was the one generated by PeopleSoft when trying to view the printable version of the PO online.
    So, I start cutting portions of the XML File. I started leaving only de Header Data and it works OK, when I add the Lines it failed. I add the Line Fields one by one to detect what was the problem... And finally it failed when I add AMT_LINE_MAX. Why? No idea, is it because its value is '0,000' instead of '0.000'? I don't think that should be the problem since there are other numeric fields on the header, all with ',' as a decimal separator...
    Am I missing some configuration?

    From the error message, it failed because of "invalid argument: storagetype = '101' ".
    101 means the storage type is "system" + "cache". Is there any change on your storage before the issue occurs? For example whether the source storage is changed?
