Get element values on 1.5

Question

as per 1.5 documentation AnnotationMirror.getElementValues :
"Only those elements and values explicitly present in the annotation are included, not those that are implicitly assuming their default values"
1.6 javadoc says:
"To fill in default values, use getElementValuesWithDefaults."
how do get the list with the default values on 1.5?

That doesn't work because as stated by the
documentation, the returned
AnnotationTypeElementDeclaration are only those who
have a value, not the default:
"Only those elements and values explicitly present in
the annotation are included, not those that are
implicitly assuming their default values"There are annotation types (like the type java.lang.SuppressWarnings) and there are annotations, i.e. applicationos of annotation types, like @SuppressWarnings("foo") class Bar {}.
In the apt API, the information about defaults is stored with the annotation type not the annotation, as you want. So the basic task is to combine information from the annotation (represented by an AnnotationMirror), which the API provides, and the information from the annotation type (represented by an AnnotationTypeDeclaration), which the API also provides.
