Get Reporting Statistic - Not Ready Resources
Hi All - I have a script that currently checks for LOGGED IN agents .. If there are none, it goes to a voicemail. We have agents all over the globe and unfortunatly some stay LOGGED IN, but in a NOT READY state. Therefore the call goes into queue, and not routed to the voicemail.
Does anyone know, if I change the "get reporting statistic" to look for NOT READY agents, vs. LOGGED IN agents, does it consider agents on a call "not ready"? Or will it look for agents that specifically put themselves into a NOT READY state?
Thanks
Jeff
Hello Jeff, the agents on an active call will not count for the Not Ready state. When receiving the call (ringing) they will be placed in Reserved state; while the call is connected they will be in Talking state and after the call ends they could be placed in Work state for a while.

Question on "Get Reporting Statistic" and If statement issue
Hello
I worked up a "Get Reporting Statistic" in my script that looks for agents that are in the Not Ready state.
Report Object: CSQ IPCC Express
Field: Not Ready Resources
Row Identifier: Queue_Name
Result Statistic: Not_Ready_Resources
I have an If then statement:
If(Not_Ready_Resources <1) then
True - go to a prompt
False - go to the queue
It seems like this is behaving backwards. When I am logged in on my agent it seems to follow the True step which it should go to the queue. When I am logged out it goes to the false step, to the queue.
Any thoughs on why it would behave backwards?
thanksApologies, replying via the email interface is a bit annoying.
Your code is a tad confusing to begin with. Why are you checking to see if there are people in the not ready state before trying to queue?
Instead a cleaner flow would simply queue first, play the prompt and any other actions in the queue step. This way your person is immediately placed in the queue and if someone is available they go straight to them otherwise they will hear your prompt. If I am understanding your code properly, the if statement is unnecessary.
Regardless, why are you checking for agents not ready? (I'm honestly curious). Is there something more specific that needs to happen if an agent is not ready? Otherwise, your flow should be checking for Agents in the ready state
if(Agents_Ready > 0)
true:
queue
false:
prompt
but again this is entirely irrelevant considering:
Select Resource Step
queue:
prompt
// no available agents
connected:
//agents ready
Perhaps I am completely misunderstanding? Apologies if that is the case. -
Get Reporting Statistics: What resulting statistic values?
Cisco CRA Editor 3.5(3)
In the script we are doing a " Get Reporting Statistics " step to get the agent state
What resulting statistic values?
"Ready" does not approachCreate a String variable to store the agent state and set Result Statistic in the Get Reporting Statistic step to this variable. You can then reference this variable in future steps such as If AgentState == "Ready".
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Solaris 8 on netra T1 error - drive not ready
Hi I am hoping someone can help shed light on a problem we have encountered. I inherited a couple of very old netra t1 with solaris 8 on them. We had a major power outage whcih resulted in an issue with this server coming backup. On first looking at it i was able to get into the server via lom command prompt, i ran the power down command to gracefully shutdown and reboot but on starting backup the server is reporting 'drive not ready' and just hangs at this point.
apologies but i am a solaris novice, any help would be much appreciated. I am hoping this is something trivial....
thanks.Just to update we suffered another power outage and returned to look at hte server to find different error messages appearing, this time the server was giving me the option to try and boot or go into single user mode, which i did and ran the metastat and got the following:-

IPCC - Missed Call Agent not ready
Hello
We have three departments using our IPCC Server. One has recently complained about missing a call and their phone gets put in Not Ready State.
I found this post:
Go to the SubsystemRMCM.properties file under c:\program files\wfavvid folder. Verify the following setting. Line: agentUnavailRNA=true
If it is false you will need to change it to True and restart the engine.
Can you tell me if this is correct? If I change it to false/true will this stop the phones from switching thier state only on a missed call?
Secondly, if this is the fix, I'm assuming this change is for the entire server and not the individual Que. Can I change it just for the phones who connect to the specific Que?
Thanks
AshHello again
So we are thinking more about implementing the above solution. I do have a couple of questions/concerns if we do the implementation:
1. If there is only 1 agent logged in and available, the call will be released to the agent, the agent then misses the call, the call goes back to the Que, the Que checks for available agents and sees this agent is still ready and releases the call again. This would mean the agents phone will continuously ring until he answers it correct? The call will never remain in the Que?
2. Is there a way to set up the que so that all calls remain in the que until the agent decides to pick up the call? I found this doc:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a00801c82ea.shtml
and was wondering about Figure 3. If I set the connect radio button to NO. Then I need to create the seperate Trigger Contact. However the "Selected" parameter is not found in IPCC 4.03 build 080. This document is for IPCC 3.
I'm not even sure if changing the Connect radio button is what I'm looking for?
Thanks

CUIC Not Ready Reason Code Reporting Issue
We have a single node UCCX 9.0.2 environment with co-resident CUIC used for historical reporting.
When we run the Agent Not Ready Reason Code Summary Report it will only give statistics for the system generated reason codes (the 32XXX ones), even if we choose other reason codes in the filter parameters.
In the attached screenshots you can see where I chose a bunch of other reason codes as filter options, but none of them show on the report. It does the same thing regardless of who runs the report, including the admin super user that's created during installation.
Anyone have any ideas? We do not run the same version that you are on, however, I would also take a look at the Agent State Detail report and filter by the reason code field.
The report includes a lot of additional data but at least you can get to the actual customized reason code values along with the duration the agent spent in that code per occurrence.
Hope this helps. -
Load report failed: The device is not ready [COMException (0x80004005)]
Hi,
In a deployed machine with the lastest Crystal Reports 2008 SP1 runtimes (Crystal Reports 2008 SP1 - Redist Install - Refresh) (it also happens with olders versions) I'm having the following problem:
<SEE THE POST BELOW>
This is a simple application that has a form with a button and one Crystal Reports Viewer. Pressing the button loads a report from the disk that uses a .xml datasource.
What does the "device is not ready" means?
I've checked the temporary files, the user has administrative rights, the form loads correctly the crystal report viewer.
The operative system is Windows XP.
Any clues of what it can be? In others computers it works just fine.
Thanks in advance.

Would Like to Get Report of Daily Emails In and Out from Members to a DL
Exchange version : 2007
I am the supervisor for the group and want to quantify this information. I do not need to see the content, just quantity
is it possible ?Well, distribution groups don't really have a concept of "in" or "out". They only serve to distribute messages sent to them -- unless you're asking to know who was a member of the distribution group at the time a message was sent to the DL.
Message tracking logs hold the information you want, though. You'd have to look for EXPAND events that reference the distribution group and take the sender's e-mail address from that event. If the DL is a simple one that's not a member of any other groups
you could also look for RECEIVE events sent to the e-mail address of the group and get the sender's name from that event.
You can use Powershell extract the rows of data from the logs, but you'll have to write the code to get the data out of those rows and into a format you want. Perhaps LogParser could be useful in place of Powershell?

Since I can not log in bug report page, not even getting an error message, I'll write all my issues with ios8 here... I have an iphone 4S and I did the last update. Now I am in trouble.
1. When I move the "sound on/off" button, I get it buzzing 10 times before the setting is changed and I can do anything else, just not reacting to the round button on screen touches.
2. Impossible to copy text from most websites into notes.
3. Impossible to delete an email account in settings.
4. Uses up the battery twice as fast as before. I have "update apps" setting turned off, just reading a couple of mails, making a couple of photos and open maps apps twice a day, and the battery is dead well before the evening.
5. Got extremely slow, and it was getting slower and slower with every system update.
I'm sure I forgot something... But well, that already a lot.Well, actually number 3 in my list is not true any more, I just tried to delete my account 15 times, then I've written my post, then half an hour later my Settings finally updated my accounts list. Whohoo

According to the DISMI log, it seems like there is a problem with the WIM file. However, you can try to change a location for test to check its information.

Getting error"invalid content type for SOAP: TEXT/PLAIN; HTTP 503 Not Ready
Hi,
I am getting the below error in Comminication channel
'Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: invalid content type for SOAP: TEXT/PLAIN; HTTP 503 Not Ready: java.io.IOException: invalid content type for SOAP: TEXT/PLAIN; HTTP 503 Not Ready
SOAP: call failed: java.io.IOException: invalid content type for SOAP: TEXT/PLAIN; HTTP 503 Not ReadyHello,
Have you checked if you are passing the correct content type by validating the generated SOAP request against the format the receiver is expecting? You can try using an HTTP diagnostic tool to analyze the HTTP header e.g fiddler.
Hope this helps,
Mark -
Setup resource template - getting 405 method not allowed
I'm attempting to migrate an app that ran under the old mod_plsql and 10g. Looking at 11g we've been testing out the apex listener on glassfish. However, we have methods that run from a client that uses post methods to send files (XML) to an oracle Pl/Sql procedure. The procedure grabs the blob out of a table that was configured in the mod_plsql for that location. Ideally - we'd use a web service, but don't have time to migrate everything yet. In order to get it running, we looked at the example of creating a resource template to handle these methods. We've got some Pl/Sql code to insert this into the original table and call the method. However - it's not working. The client is getting a 405 method not allowed error. That's it. There's a few lines in the server.log for the version and the driver - but no error messages. How does one debug this? What is generating the 405 error? Glassfish? If so, what logs tell you what the issue is? If it's apex listener, is there logs that can tell me where to find what the issue is calling the resource? Right now - considering installing the http server for oracle on this and just not using apex listener until we can migrate the code. It might be an easier migration to our new server. I'm hoping it's something simple...
There a number of standard verbs defined in HTTP:
GET- Retrieve a resource
POST- Submit new resource
PUT - update resource
DELETE - delete resource
When you enter a URL in a web browser it always uses the GET method, the method to retrieve the resource.
In your example Firefox is attempting to a do a GET on https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/orange/TestPOST
but you have not defined a GET handler for this resource, only a POST handler. ORDS then tells you that the GET method is not supported on the resource, which is the correct behaviour.
If you want to test the POST method from within a browser then you need to use JavaScript and perform an XMLHttpRequest and configure it to use the 'POST' method, for an example see the ORDS Developer guide:
