Get Time From Server

Please tell me that how can I get system date & time from network system whose host=135.147.150.9 and port=3128 {It's an address of proxy server). It's urgent; I am very puzzled about it.
When I run Calendar.getInstance().getTime() then it returns instance of Date for client sytem where as my .jar file is run from server and I want to get time of PC who has .jar file.

Ok I got your requirement now.
If you are getting file names from view attribute then you should not be adding destination URI property for the link.
Instead you can use OADataBoundValueViewObject API.
Try below code in your controller processRequest method:
I am assuming that you are using classic table.
Also in below example it considers OAMessageStyleText and you can replace it with link item if you want.

SWF requested multiple times from server

Hi,
We have implemented an SWF in our homepage, using normal object tags. The SWF source is called from our database.
Loading works fine, and the SWF plays OK on the page. However, using firebug or httpwatch, we can see that the same SWF is requested multiple times from the server. We only have 1 instance of the SWF on our page. At the moment I can see 6 requests to the full SWF file (about 360kb) and another 8 requests to the same file, but with a lower filesize (about 98kb).
How is this possible? We tried using different browsers but they are giving the same results. Google doesn't answer my question, so maybe one of you can help me out here?

I have a application that downloads the mails from the mail server and then write them to the DB.
I am using folder.getMessage method to get the mails from server.
is there a way using which I can have a function that acts as a pipe between my server and DB and write the mails without consuming the memory.
(may be something to do with getInputByteStream/getOutputByteStream or getInputStream and setBinaryStream 'preparedStatement interface ')

Mails are not getting deleted from server

How to get time from Date

I have a Column that is defined as "DATE".it also Contains Time.........
I want to Get the Time only....so when i am using this
to_date(var_date,'hh12:mi:ss PM'),it is giving me date also and when i am using this
to_char(var_date,'hh12:mi:ss PM') then it is giving me all values similar to one of the top values in Column....
Then i Used EXTRACT function as

Help, I have my registration and login pages built but cannot get a + from Server Behaviors to connect to the phpmyAdmin databae using WAMP. Instructions are unclear.

I purchased my subscription for DW CC on the encouragement of the online salesperson because he assured me there would be support when it came to creating login process with authentication. I don't know code so build all of my pages in Design view. Not even sure that the form is correct because the terminology and references in the help directions don't match what I see in the program.
I have tried to go online and get help from YouTube but they skip too many steps for a novice to get anywhere in this case to make the connections between the database and the localhost. I was pulling weird errors but now have green checks for local host yet don't know how to verify or test the page to see if it is working.
Can anyone send me something that would be step by step detail? I need a true instructor not someone who thinks they know enough to be a teacher.

To follow up a bit more, the SB panels were removed from DW for a reason. The code is outdated and the MySql connections won't work on servers running PHP 5.5+. Learning to work with code is essential. Design View alone won't cut it.

Why im getting too long time in getting response from server in RMI???

I'm using RMI architecture. On my server side I put this method getRubricHierarchy() which returns the ArrayList of Test class objects. everything is working properly fine.
Im getting response properly, problem is its taking very long time in getting the response. method populate and create ArrayList in 0 second at server side but its taking more than 20 seconds to get response at client side.
My arraylist size is 30,000.
Any suggestions to reduce the time.

You have an O(N**2) algorithm at the end that is rather ill-considered. It seems to me at first glance that it could be combined int the previous loop.

Sudden loss of link after "getting" file from server

I have used the "get" feature to modify one of my files from my site. While I was saving my changes, I noticed that I had lost all the page's styles -- no style, no background, only html structures! I've tried to repeat the "get" feature to replace the effected page, but instead of replacing the unstyled page, there was no change. The unstyled page remained unstyled. I was able to use the "get" feature to to place the page in question in another folder. My question is, can I just delete the unstyled page and merely upload the very same page that's in a different folder to the server? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I might add that I'm still very much a novice in web design, learning every day.

Same problem with me but i´m not using the mentioned tool (privoxy) at all. No connection with imap, ichat and some google calendars in ical. Web browsing works without problem. I assume that this happened after upgrading to 10.6.5. One thing to mention: i am using accounts with low privileges, same with you, Allamistakeo?

How to post and get data from server using Get Webrequest

I've set up a form using Dreamweaver to get peoples names and email addresses but i am unsure how i can get the information to send to my server...and then how i retrieve it?
This is the code that Dreamweaver wrote;

Forms do nothing by themselves. You'll need a script to process the form data. Ask your host which form to email processing script you can use on your server. Often they will point you to one. If they don't, there are some services or 3rd party scripts you can use to collect data from your site.

How to Get file from Server (via AL11)

Hi Team
I have a requirements like getting the file from the server if Application server is check.
Once i have press F4 button on the file parameter, shown dump .
i am using FM /SAPDMC/LSM_F4_SERVER_FILE under AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON VALUE-REQUEST FOR p_apath.when i am pressing F4 button to findout the file directory it shown dump like
MESSAGE E019(/SAPDMC/LSMW).
My system is ECC 6.0 Develoment .
Please have a look and let me other alternatives to get the file from application server.

i have tried as per given FM but problem is that while reading the file it gives sy-subrc 4. file is already situated correct directory then gives error.
So please give me other function module which is similar functionality as
CALL FUNCTION '/SAPDMC/LSM_F4_SERVER_FILE'
        EXPORTING
          directory        = c_space
        IMPORTING
          serverfile       = p_w_file
        EXCEPTIONS
          canceled_by_user = 1
          OTHERS           = 2.

Double Space File from GET Download from Server

Whenever I GET a file within Dreamweaver (FTP) from the server, PHP and CSS files come down as double spaced.
I've search many forums and changed the Code Format under Preferences but still get the same issues. I'm running the most current version of DW on MAC OSX 10.9.2
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm wondering if Dreamweaver is tranfering your text files in Binary mode instead of ASCII. It might be worth looking at your FTPExtensionMap.txt file inside your Configuration folder.
