Getting Project Site Provisioning Pop-up even after Operational Policies set as Do not create a sites in project server 2013.

In Project server 2013, users are getting Project Site Provisioning Pop-up even after Operational Policies set as Do
not create a sites.
We can use “Deny” Global Permission, “Manage SharePoint Foundation”, which controls Project site creation/ delete
as temporary workaround however want to know is this know defect in Project server 2013?
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Hi Raushan,
I can reproduce the same behaviour in my environment. It pops-up the dialog box when Project Site Provisioning settings set to 'Do Not Create' in the Central admin for the Project Web App.
As you mentioned already you can control it via permissions as an work-around.
Alternatively, you can also ask users to select the check box 'Don't show this again for this project'

The Project Site Provisioning Setting "Do not create a site" prevents a site from being created when a project is published. This works, but it still prompts the user with a dialog each time a project is published. In 2007 and 2010, the only
way to prevent this dialog was to deny Manage SharePoint Foundation. In 2010, denying this permission does not have the same effect. Is there any way to keep this dialog from being displayed?

Hi Erik,
As far as I know, if you deny the "Manage SharePoint Foundation" permission with Project Server
2010, it does remove the dialog box (see this excellent
blog post). Note that you'll get warning messages in the Queue with Job State - 'Failed but
blocking correlation'.
I remember that Paul Mather, a fellow MVP, created
a macro with custom publish button (the macro suppressed the dialog box).

What kind of duplicates are you asking about? Have the files been renamed or converted in any way?

Just as the title says, I cannot get Photoshop CC to sync settings even after the 14.1.1 update which I thought was supposed to address the issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop CC on both computers multiple times and it is still not working. Everything appears to be working however after the sync none of the setting are changed that I can tell.

Yes, first try deleing both songs.
If still problem
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Connected SharePoint Sites listing Projects eventhough "Do not create a site" is set

Is it normal to see a list of projects in the PWA > Server Settings > "Connected SharePoint Sites" eventhough we have configured the config settings to "Do not create a site"? Is it actually creating sites or is it just listing
the projects that are store in Project On-Line ?
Note, only the names of projects display no other fields in that table are populated?

If no site URL is there it is normal, all project names are listed there regardless.

Error popping up even after VI stopped

Hi,
i am running to LabVIEW code, which is already developed. A error window is popping up "VCAN Error: 75" after pressing Quit/stop button in that VI. even after the clicking the OK/cancel buttons, the error pop up is reappearing. i observed that the vi which i have run before is already stopped.
So, every time i need to kill the process in the task manager to get rid of the error pop up.
could you please suggest what might be the reason behind this.

Yes, that is the complete message. its a labview popup. i have attache the error popup screen shot. i am not running any other labview program in that machine. that is the only one vi in the project is running.
in multiple error handler case is it possible that popup occurs even after the vi stops?

Getting "replace hard disk error (#10008)" even after replacing hard disk

Hi!
My laptop- HP Pavillion dv 6502- is 4 years old.
Recently, the hard disk supposedly crashed as I was not able to get anything other than a blank screen. I checked with BIOS diagnostics, and it showed error #10008- Replace Hard disk.
So, I went to an hp service centre and got the hard disk replaced.
My earlier hard drive was a Seagate 160 gb momentus 5400.3 disk.
New one is the Seagate 250 gb disk.
The laptop was working properly the day the hard disk was replaced. BIOS diagnostic status for the disk was "Passed"
But, the very next day when i tried starting the system, I got a blank screen again. I again went to BIOS and ran the diagnostic test. I performed the test twice. It took a lot of time to finish- jumping from Reaching till '80% complete', then jumping back to '10% complete', then '90% complete', then '10% complete', and so on.. finally showing '100% complete' and status : #10008 - Replace hard disk - both the times.
Then, I had to go out of station and so, I didn't touch my laptop for 2 days. When i came back, the computer was working fine and the BIOS test status said "Passed" for the disk
What could be the problem due to which my problem wasn't starting earlier- even after replacement of disk? Is it possible that the disk was not the problem in the first place?

Turned out the second new Hard disk was also not fine. I went back to the service centre and got the hard disk replaced again. This time the laptop has been working fine.

Recently purchased iPad Mini. Could not get it to connect. Changed router's setting to Channel 6 and IPad connected. Even after 6.0.2 it will not connect to some home networks although it will to public networks e.g. McDonald's.

Why do I get repeated "connect to iCloud" messages even after I have already connected?

On my new iPhone 6+ I am frequently interrupted in the middle of a task by a dialog box instructing me to 'connect to iCloud" by entering my username and password? This happens repeatedly even after I have already connected to iCloud a few minutes before. It is very annoying because it will pop up in the middle of a phone call, or while I am following GPS directions while driving and the dialog box obscures a big part of the screen.
Can I change some setting to avoid this?

Have you created an iCloud account? This is not the account or ID you use for iTunes. And where exactly are you turning on notes? In what area within settings of your devices?

How can I allow pop-ups even after "Block pop-ups" is NOT checked?

When I'm on the Google Drive website (https://drive.google.com/) and I click Create > Document, I get the following message:
"Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page."
My only options on the far right are "Allow", and "[X]" to exit.
The URL for any new document starts with "https://docs.google.com/".
Seeing as creating a new Google document forces a new tab to open, I felt that this would fall under "pop-up windows".
Help, please!

This is not because of a blocked popup.<br>
This is an accessability setting.
You can turn this off, by following these steps:
#Go to the Firefox Options
#Select the General Tab
#Uncheck the Warn me when websites try to reload...
