GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED run time error_MIGO processing stock transport order

Hi,
I have an issue  in which I would like to ask for your comments / help.
In MIGO, I type in the number of the stock transfer order and want to post a GI from the transit.Right efter I pressed the enter button, the run time error occurs.
"The termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLEINR" in "BETB_ERGAENZEN".
The main program was "SAPLMIGO ".
The termination occurred in line 44 of the source code of the (Include)
program "LEINRF2N"
of the source code of program "LEINRF2N" (when calling the editor 440). "
Only the volumes and the delivery date have been changed in the stock transfer order since the last time it worked fine to post GI against this order. Does anyone have an idea what to check?
Thanks in advance.
Esra

The program has not been modified since 12.2007. A programmer debugged the PO and found out that the program compares two different condition types, lets say X and Y. In one position of the PO, another conditions type (KSCHL) was booked during the GI booking in MIGO. The program can not find a table which is XEBEFU and loops there. All other POs has X and the wrong PO has Y as condition type.
Does this mean that the comparison of the conditions types are done between the one in the PO and the calculation schema in IMG? I don`t see the wrong one Y in the PO at the position 70.
Thanks in advance,
Esra

  • Pick/Pack Times not relevant in Stock Transport Orders?

Hi gurus. I have a question.
I have Pick/Pack times maintained in our Shipping Routes. In my tests I notice that entering days or hours here modify my "Material Availability Date" in Sales Orders, so I need to have the material on stock some time before shipment.
My question is, are these Picik/Pack times relevant for Stock Transport Orders? There's no "Material Availability Date" in those documents, and in my tests, the time I put as Pick/Pack time doesn't affect the STOs.
If these values are not relevant for STOs, I'd like to know, is there something that will?

    Hi,
It did not work. I created a new pricing procedure as a copy of the standard for STO (RM2000). Then, I added the tax condition "NAVS". I created a new document type as a copy of UB and assign the new pricing procedure to it. I also changed the field selection for STO and made the tax code optional.
I created STO using new document type. Tax code and tax jurisdiction code are defaulting now based on condition record NAVS. However, taxes are not calculated. Base amount shows as zero and no tax calculations are done.

  • Transportation time in Stock Transport Order.

    Hi  Gurus,
    Following situation:
At my client they create Stock Transport Orders  between Storage Locations within 1 Plant.
This will be followed at the Issueing Storage Location by a Goods Issue and at the Receiving Storage Location by an Inbound Delivery with Goods Receipt and Storage in the Warehouse.
    So far so good.
Normal delvery time is between 1 and 4 hours, which is acceptable.
    Only:
Several materials have an "extreme" transportation time (3-5 days) to get from one Storage Location to the other.
If you make the settings in customizing for defining the lead times , these will be picked up by the Outbound Delivery.
Since we here only have Goods Issue and Inbound Delivey and no Outbound Delivery, the settings in the customizing will be ignored. This leads to too late deliveries.
What settings do we have to make that the transportation will be calculated somewhere in the process such that the goods will be issued at such a time that they arrive on time at the receiving Storage Location.
Or, if this is not possible, any ideas for a good workaround?
All help will be highly appreciated.

  • Planned order conversion to Process Order and Stock Transport Order

    Hello Friends,
Help me to setup the below scenario
We have an requirement wherein MAT1 can be inhouse produced or can also get stock from other plant via stock transport order.
For which in Material master I have configured
    MRP 2 view
    Procuremrent Type - X
Special Procurement - 40 (wherin the splly plant is maintained)
    MRP 3 view
Strategy group - 40 (as it is planning with final assembly)
But when i run MRP system created Planed orders for PIRs. Selecting Planned Order conversion only Purchase req tab is available we do not have an option to convert to production order.
Kindly help me correcting the settings, so that i should be in a position to convert planned order either to process order or Stock transport Purchase requisition.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Chandra

    Hi Chandra,
Stock transfer is only possible with procurement type 'F'. when you take spl.procurement type 40, its a combination of F(procurement type) and U (Spl.procurement). it will over write the procurement type ('X' in your case) in material master. that is the reason u r getting only pur req.
if you know the proportion quantity i.e how much inhouse and how much stock transport, then use quota arrangement.
    or
don't use any spl procurement key. define the materials in both the plants. when converting planned order to pur req. manually assign supplying plant and item category 'U'. try this.
    Thanks & regards

  • APO Process Order and Stock Transport Order

Using APO Process and Stock Transport Orders are generated. Plant A generates the orders so that plant B can make and ship the product back to plant A against the stock transport order using VL10b.
I see the stock transport order and process order in R/3. But when trying to ship the product to plant A, vl10b does not list any purchase orders?
How do you associate a Process Order with a transport order?
Something to do with the time horizons?

I hope you have resolved this query at your end. In case yes, Please share your observations

  • Automatic delivery for stock transport order

    Hi,
with ECC6 you have the possiblity to automatically create the delivery out of the stock transport order (STO) using the following customizing steps in SPRO:
Materials Management ->Purchasing->Purchase Order->Set up Stock Transport Order->Activate Automatic Delivery Creation and CRM Billing
Materials Management ->Purchasing->Purchase Order->Set up Stock Transport Order->Activate Automatic Delivery Creation for PO Type and Shipping Point
We want to use a batch job that runs ME59N to autmatically convert the purchase requisitions to STO and deliveries. While testing we found out that ME59N gives a warning when the availability check in the STO is running in case there is not enough stock. But you still can create STO and delivery.
In case you only create a STO and put it in VL10B to create the delivery it will only create delivery items with the quantities that are available in warehouse. So no stock means no delivery at that time.
Is it also possible using ME59N to
    a) not create STO and delivery in case there is no stock
    b) only create STO and no delivery in case there is no stock
    Cheers
    mickey

    Hi,
Setting to error message not possible as this would cause all STOs not be convertered where no stock is available. But we need this functionality only for one specific process.
Omit faulty items we also tested and did not provide the result we need. It is related to faulty purchase requisition items.
    Cheers
    Mickey

  • Automatic Post Goods Issue Of Stock Transport Order

    Here is the scenario:
We are using stock transport order to logically move inventory from one company to another company inside the same physical location. The material# is the same but the plant# is different.
    Process is as follows:
    Associate enters the purchase order
If inventory exists - delivery is created automatically
The delivery is also auto picked
Currently, we have the inventory to PGI in a batch job several times a day.
However, the user would like to have the inventory - move as soon as the delivery is created.
Does anyone know of any technique - to post the inventory immediately.
I was thinking along the line of a workflow/create of an idoc (WHSCON) to faciliate this.
    Kind Regards, Steve

You could simply scedule the batch job to PGI right after the delviery creation job runs (just delay it a few seconds after the longest period of time the delivery creation job runs).
So there would only be a very short delay, Looking at vl10g now to see is auto PGI is an option but I am thinking it is not
(I will update my post if I find it is)
Edit: It doesn't look like a standard option but I would imagine you could change a function code profile with custom user exit to trigger goods issue

  • Overdelivery in intra-company stock transport order

    Hello,
I have the following scenario - I have two plants, 1000 and 2000, both under the same company code.
I transfer 450KG of material 123456 from plant 1000 using STO with SD (mvt. type 641), material is packed in HUs. In the receiving plant, the HUs are being place on a weight to check their actual weight. It;s possible for the actual weight be greater than the GI weight of 450KG (for example, due to weight scale accuracy issues) . When doing GR, I need to be able to receive quantity greater than the GI quantity. That is not allowed in stock transport order (per note 212387). For the same scenario with intercompany STO (GI mvt type 643) I'm able to post GR quantity which is greater than GI qty.
Any suggestion on how to solve this? Can I create a customer order type that is both intra-company and allows for overdelivery?
    Thanks,
    Yossi

a overdelivery does not make any sense in stock transfers, you would solve the problem of the stock accuracy in the receiving plant, but at the same time you create another problem with a negative stock in transit, that never gets cleared.
a STO having stock left in transit is never considered as closed. even intercompany stock transfers are not considered as closed, even you can receive more than issued.
Latest when archiving purchasing documents then you will see all your error in the process design, because only closed business cases can be archived.
in stock transfer business you always have to care about both sides, you cannot just care about the receiving plant and ignore the problems of the sending plant.

    Hi all,

    hi
    plz check configuration as follows
In SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Conditions > Define Price Determination Process > Define Schema Determination > Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders > Here assign Calculation Schema "RM2000" i.e. Stock Transfer Document to Schema Grp Pur. Org, STO Type (For e.g. UB) and Supplying Plant.
Calculation Schema "RM2000" has condition type P101 which will pick up the MAP of supplying plant automatically during creation of STO in ME21N ("Conditions" Tab).
You can create new freight / delivery cost conditions in M/06 and assign in pricing procedure "RM2000" in M/08 and also assign the Accrual Key to this and do the Account Determination for this Accrual Key in OBYC
    At the time of PGI, following accounting entry will get generated;
    Stock A/c - Dr - 110 INR (Receiving Plant)
    Stock A/c - Cr - 100 INR (Supplying Plant)
Freight Clearing A/c - Cr - 10 INR (Supplying Plant)

  • Excise Pricing procedure for Stock Transport Order in MM  with TAXINN

I am an SD guy running STO  from manufacturing plant to sales depot
AND not able to create JEX proforma excise invoice from NL
to TEST my configuration, I created excise invoice in J1IS with respect to goods issue from NL from UB  means configuration is ok
BUT base amount in J1IS is coming as zero because of missing excise conditions in MM  STO pricing procedure
CAN anybody give me a sample EXCISE pricing procedure for STO
AND  do i need to create records for the condition types in FV11 OR  MEK1 please clarify
I know that calculation type 362 attached to BASB in TAXINN has something to do with this
I am able to see chapter ID in J1IS
And the relation between condition types in TAXINN and excise pricing procedure for STO
And I am able to create excise invoice in J1IG with zero excise values
I also maintained pricing procedure determination for JEX in OVKK that is document pricing procedure N pricing procedure JINSTOCK
I think my explanation is sufficient enough
please give A sample of TAXINN

    Hi Yoga,
Here u not need to do VL10b.just follow this steps and try.
In PO,Document type is UB and Item Category is U.
After creating PO,In MB!B with reference that PO number and using movt type 541
then u can see that stock in Transit. Now u do GR with respect to PO number.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Stock Transport Orders within AII, also using HUM

    Dear all,
we currently have the following issue at my customer:
We are implementing SAP AII on top of an existing solution, using WM and HUM.
In the current solution for STOs from 1 plant to another, the GI of an outbound delivery triggers the SPED output and an inbound delivery will automatically be created in the receiving plant, copying the batches and HUs. All pretty standard so far.
However, when using AII, the GI of the outbound delivery triggers an eASN, which will load the serial numbers in AII and at the same time create an inbound idoc DESADV that is supposed to create the inbound delivery in the receiving plant. IF we would not be using HU, this process works fine and the IBD is created.  BUT when using HU's we get the message that the HU is already GI'd and cannot be used again.
When we take out the HU of the idoc, have the inbound delivery created and later on add the HU manually to the delivery it works fine as well, so the error is really linked to the idoc (HUSELECT008). We have already checked each and every note related to inbound idocs and the mentioned error, but no solution was found.
Did any of you also experience this problem while implementing AII for a complex environment with STO's?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi
Please go thru the following navigation to set up STO between Storage location with delivery.
SPRO-> Material management -> Purchasing -> Purchase order -> Set up stock transport order -> step up stock transport order between storage locations
In first step Activate Stock transfer between storage locations and do other configurations.

  • OCTROI POSTING DURING STOCK TRANSPORT ORDER

    Hi,
    We have the following scenario.
Octroi has to be paid during goods transfer from one plant to other. I'll be having an octroi agent who'll be paying the octroi for on my behalf. and the actroi agent will get this amount reimbursed once in a month.
We dont want to load this component to inventory. Ideally we look for a posting like the following during STO delivery.
    Cost =100
    Octroi=10
    accounting entry during goods transfer:
    Debit receiving plant - 100
    Credit issuing plant - 100
    debit octroi Expense -10
    credit octroi payable -10
Accounting Entry during Octroi agent payment:
    Debit octroi Payable -10
    Credit Octroi agent - 10
Is this entry possible in SAP.
If not is there any logical reason why it is not possible.
    If possible how?

Oh no, not at all!  This forum is meant to answer all your problems!
Configure Inter company Stock Transport Order
Material should exist in both the plants (Delivering & Ordering),
Internal customer should be assigned to the ordering plant ( MM -> Purchasing ->
Purchase Order -> Setup stock transport order -> assign the internal customer to the
ordering plant and assign the Sales area of the internal customer.
Assign its Sales area to the delivering plant
Assign the document type and Delivery type NB and NLCC
Assign the Supplying plant --> Receiving Plant --> NB
Take the delivering plant and assign the sales area.
Vendor master has to be created and assign the supply source (Delivering Plant).
    Create a purchase order ME21N ---> Save
Delivery VL10 G ---> Calculation rule (appropriate) --> Assign the purchase order
    number here and execute.
Select the Delivery creation line and do the back ground process.
Start the log display and see the delivery document number by the documents button

    6. Assign Customer No. to the Purchasing Plant for the Inter-Company Invoice (but you
need to assign this to the Sales Organization pre-assigned to the Purchasing Plant),
IMG-SD-Billing-InterCompany Billing-Define Internal Customer No. by Sales Org
***and by the way for the Invoice to work between Cross-Company Plants, you need
also to have a Sales Org for the Supplying Plant and a Pricing Determination Procedure

  • How to control Inspection for Stock Transport Order Just like Reg Receipt

    Hi Folks,
We do Stock transport order to bring stock to the dock from a Hub. I would like the inspection process (using inspection plan to drive) similar to the regular receipt.
I tried setting up material master with 08 , but in this case everything went to quality and all transfer posting done between storage locations created an inspection lot.
Basically i want to setup 2 inspection types for a material, 01 for regular receipt and something else for all stock transport order. Both should use the same inspection plan to determine  the quality process.
Let me know if this is possible.
    Thanks
    Jithin

Again I am saying very much depends upon the process that you follow.
My way to look at it is "Main Intention of your is to cut down the inspection lots while transfering storage location to storage location".So what would I have preffered is
1.Either make copy of mvt type 311 & deactivate QM for that .Every time when I transfer material from Sto to Sto then use this movt type so that lot will not be generated.
    or
2.Deactivate QM for 311 & only use the mvt type which is copy of 311 for STO orders along with 01.
can i setup the material with both 01 and 08 inspection type and will it work with inspection plan for both type of PO's?
Yes ,as per above explaination !!
