GR into 'blocked stock'  and GR into ' Goods receipt blocked stock'

Hellow!
I am to implement  2 scenarios
1.  "GR into Goods receipt blocked stock"
2. 'GR into Blocked stock'
We use GR via shipment (movement type 101 , stock category ' ' ).
1 . I have tried to change stock category in delibery but fiels is locked. How could I set 'S' category for blocked stock to recive in 'Blocked stock'
2. How could I recive into ' Goods receipt blocked stock'?
Thank you for answers.
Andrey Garshin.

Hi Andrey,
I think the only way to do GR to GR blocked stock is in the GR confirmation from WMS (IDoc SHP_IBDLV_CONFIRM_DECENTRAL if you use DWMS, IDoc MBGMCR or WMMBXY if you don't use DWMS). Assign the movement type (BWART) = 103 in the IDoc. Please note that the stock type would better to be coordinated between the WMS and SAP, i.e. it is the WMS that shall say "I received the goods into the GR blocked stock" and only in such case you will map it into mvt type 103 in SAP.
For the normal blocked stock, I would suggest you to try setting this in the PO, tab "Delivery". Do it before you create the inb. delivery and see if it helps. If not, then you have the same option as for the GR blocked stock, set the stock type to S in the incoming IDoc.

  • Goods receipts blocked stock and quality inspection

    Hi,
we want to create an inspection lot for an initial sample automatically as the goods receipts is posted. At the same time we don't want the amount to appear in the normal quality inspection stock or in the normal blocked stock but instead it should be posted in the goods receipt blocked stock.
Is it possible to post it automatically to the goods receipts blocked stock?
Is it possible to create an inspection lot automatically for this?
    Thanks,
    Marcus.

This isn't something that is straight forward, like just running a report.
You have to look at the field QALS-LMENGEZUB which is the quantity to be posted of he inspection lot.  Keeping in mind that you can have multiple inspection lots for the same batch, you'd have to get all qals records for the batch you are interested in.
You then have to compare all the related MCHB records for the material and ln that table sum all the values in field CINSM.
That should show you any inconsistencies between the MM and QM.
I am assuming this is for batch managed, non-HU managed materials.
If not, let me know and we'll take another crack at it.

  • Blocked stock and Goods Receipt Blocked Stock

    Hie to all...
can any one tell me what is  Blocked stock and Goods Receipt Blocked Stock?
    regards
    R.Reddy.

    Hi,
Blocked stock: It is the stock lying in our stock. i.e this stock is valuated. Material is moved to blocked stock under following circumstances.
1.GR is already made, but there are some quality issues which can not be solved immedaitely. At the same time one should prevent the use of that material.
2.During assembly / inhouse storage / internal movement if the material gets damaged & you can not scrap the material immediately as you are not sure about the reason for damage.
Goods receipt blocked stock: This stock is non valuated. It is done,
1.If there is gate entry(103 movement) for the material, which will be verified & released by the stores (105 movement) after verifiing the material with respect to the documents sent by the vendor.
    Hope this answers your question.

    imp userid=/user/passwd show=y indexfile=import.sql indexes=n full=y
    imp userid=/user/passwd show=y indexfile=import2.sql full=y
Edit the import.sql and import2.sql to modify the tables' tablespace and indexes tablespace.
execute import.sql the script in the database. this will create the tables in their respective tablespace.
imp userid=/user/passwd full=y ignore=y indexes=n constraints=y - to import just the data since the tables have already been created.

  • "Quantity falls into negative inventory" Error when importing Goods Receipt through DTW

    Hi,
We extending the automation between our production plant an SAP Business one.
We're using DTW import "Goods Receipt PO" currently and want to extend this to internal productions based on Production Orders.
I've created three csv files to create the import. OIGN, IGN1 an SNRT (as we use serial number based products)
    Some remarks:
    - The stock is sufficient to do the production. No negative stock is created by this the production order.
    - The used materials are all based on "backflush", so should be handled automatically
    - Using the SAP GUI everything goes well. No errors.
hereby the files I've used (the actual serial number file is of course longer):
    OIGN:
    DocNum;DocType;HandWritten;DocDate;PartialSupply
    DocNum;DocType;Handwrtten;DocDate;PartSupply
    1;dDocument_Items;tNO;20140402;Y
    IGN1:
    ParentKey;LineNum;BaseType;BaseEntry;BaseLine;Quantity
    DocNum;LineNum;BaseType;BaseEntry;BaseLine;Quantity
    1;0;202;92;;49
    SRNT:
    ParentKey;LineNum;InternalSerialNumber;ManufactureDate;ReceptionDate;Notes;BaseLineNumber
    DocNum;LineNum;DistNumber;MnfDate;InDate;Notes;DocLineNum
    1;0;0409001;20140331;20140402;Firmware=SD-TRPE v1.12 y13m10d16;0
    1;1;0409002;20140331;20140402;Firmware=SD-TRPE v1.12 y13m10d16;0
    1;2;0409004;20140331;20140402;Firmware=SD-TRPE v1.12 y13m10d16;0
    1;3;0409005;20140331;20140402;Firmware=SD-TRPE v1.12 y13m10d16;0
What am I doing wrong? Do we need the handle the goods issue manually when using DTW instead of the auto backflush method in SAP?
    Looking forward to your response.
    Kind regards,
    Vincent

  • Goods-Receipt Block for Purchase Order depending on Goods-Receipt Date

    Hi,
I want to set up the system so it can block the Goods-Receipt for Purchase Order respectively Scheduling Agreement if the Goods Receipt is about to take place 30 days or more before the Desired Delivery Date.
For Example: If I have a Purchase Order with the desired delivery date 30.09.2008. I want to set up the system so, that it bans (forbids) the Goods Receipt before the 01.09.2008.
If possible I would want to do that without additional programming. Is it possible to set up the system using only customising settings?
    Thanks for your help
    Bogdan

    Hello Marius-Bodgan,
as this question is marked answered I assume you have received an solution for your requirement. Could you please share the solution with me by posting it here? I have the same requirement and did not find any possibility to do this in customizing.

  • Number of times an Item of Stock has been Received (Goods Receipt PO)?

    Hi Everyone,
I have been asked to create a report to show how often a stock item has been received amongst other details; such as the last Goods Receipt Purchase Order #, and date!
Here is the query that I have created; it is doing everything except returning the number of times that a given Item Code has been received (which is the most important part!)
    SELECT
    T0.ItemCode AS 'Item Code'
    , T0.Dscription AS 'Description'
, MAX(T1.DocNum) AS 'Last Goods Receipt PO #'
, MAX(T1.DocDate) AS 'Last Receipt Date'
, SUM(T0.Quantity) AS 'Received since Go Live!'
, T2.OnHand AS 'Currently On Hand'
, SUM(T1.DocNum) AS '# of Times Received'    --Number of Goods Receipt Purchase Orders for the given ItemCode
    FROM AU.dbo.PDN1 T0
    INNER JOIN AU.dbo.OPDN T1 ON T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry
    INNER JOIN AU.dbo.OITM T2 ON T2.ItemCode = T0.ItemCode
    GROUP BY T0.ItemCode, T0.Dscription, T2.OnHand
    ORDER BY T0.ItemCode
The line SUM(T1.DocNum) AS '# of Times Received' is actually returning the SUM of all Document Numbers associated with a given Item Code, whereas I really just want to know how many times a given Item has been received! For example if there are 12 Goods Receipt Purchase Orders for Item 'X' then I simply want to show 12, rather than some obscenely big (meaningless) number.
Any help here will be greatly appreciated.
    Kind Regards,
    David

    hi,
    use below query
    SELECT
    T0.ItemCode AS 'Item Code'
    , T0.Dscription AS 'Description'
, MAX(T1.DocNum) AS 'Last Goods Receipt PO #'
, MAX(T1.DocDate) AS 'Last Receipt Date'
, SUM(T0.Quantity) AS 'Received since Go Live!'
, T2.OnHand AS 'Currently On Hand'
, count (distinct T1.DocNum) AS '# of Times Received'
    FROM PDN1 T0
    INNER JOIN OPDN T1 ON T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry
    INNER JOIN OITM T2 ON T2.ItemCode = T0.ItemCode
    GROUP BY T0.ItemCode, T0.Dscription, T2.OnHand
    ORDER BY T0.ItemCode

  • Blocking A/P Invoice  without Good Receipt PO

    Dear Sir/Madam,
Are there any ways to block AP Invoice without creation of Good Receipt PO? The Purchase user whom I want to control need to create PO and AP Invoice. Good Receipt PO is done by warehouse.
My version is 8.81 PL 06.
    Thankyou.

    hi,
yes it is possible by using the Store Procedure SP_TranactionNotification.
    pls. use the ff. code
    if @object_type = '18' and @transaction_type ='A'
    begin
         if exists (select T0.itemcode from PCH1 T0 where T0.basetype = '-1' and T0.docentry = @list_of_cols_val_tab_del)
    begin
              set @error = 1
Set @error_message = 'A/P Invoice Cannot be raised without GRPO Reference'
         end
    end
open your SQL Management Studio Select your database -->> Programmability -->> StoredProcedure -->> SP_TranactionNotification right click and modify. then you can find
    --     ADD     YOUR     CODE     HERE
below this one you put the code i provide above and check it.

  • Goods receipt for Stock Transport Orders

    Hi Gurus
We create STO'S ( with in same plant  and between two storage locations) and followed by delivery ,PGI with 641 movement type. When we run the MD04  list we have the open items because we haven't done the goods receipt when goods issue is done for the delivery. We have recently modified the 641 to 647 movement type and it does the GR automatically for the receiving plant.
My question is there any program to post the GR for deliveries which are open for past three months automatically.
    Any suggestions will fully rewarded
    Thanks

  • Way to check who created PO and input the Goods Receipt?

    SAP Experts
A question to you all.  Is there a way/report/number of tables to validate which user ID create or changed a Purchase Order and if they also entered the Goods Receipt?  We want to be able to check this on a monthly basis as a management check.
    Thanks
    Denise

If you need report for the same then you can check ME2N - dynamic selection - drop down Purchasing document header - select Created by field and enter User ID(or list of User ids) for which you want to see POs created.
MIGO Display - Doc Info can give you the User who created.
If you want other way round then you can use tables as suggested above:
    EKKO for PO
    MKPF for MIGO
    RBKP for MIRO
    Thanks,
    Praveen.

  • 2 Way Match - PO and Invoice (no goods receipt)

    Dear Gurus,
We need to Implement the 2 Way Match process between the Invoice and the PO i.e. perform the Match once invoice has been recorded. The condition is invoice value should be less than $500. This means supplier will be paid irrespective of a goods receipt for a PO line. The goods receipt can happen later to close a PO line.
Please see below examples which will fall under this criteria.
    PO # A
    Line # 1 - Qty = 10 - PO unit Price = 100 - PO Total = 1000
    Inv Qty = 4 - Inv line Total = 400 - Inv Grand total = 400
    PO # B
    Line # 1 - Qty = 5 - PO unit Price = 80 - PO Total = 400
    Inv Qty = 5 - Inv line Total = 400 - Inv Grand total = 400
    PO # 3
    Line # 1 - Qty = 5 - PO unit Price = 100 - PO Total = 500
    Line # 2 - Qty = 10 - PO unit Price = 10 - PO Total = 1000
    PO total = 1500
    Invoice Line # 1 - Inv Qty = 5 - Inv line Total = 400 - Inv Grand total = 400
Can these be achived by some setups?
Is there a way by which we can achieve this?
Thanks for your response in advance.

    Hi Venkat,
    Thanks for the swift response.
In fact we will be doing GR but at a later date. The object is to not held the vendor invoice and payment (esp. for small amt) just bcoz goods reception not done. Understand your concern that GR/IR might cause an issue.

  • Best Way to Create a Goods Movement for Goods Receipt & a Stock Transfer?

This is for an acquisition, so I do not think BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE will work because we do not have a doc ref no. We also need to create a Stock Transfer movement.
Or we call BDC MIGO and BDC M1B1? There must be a better way. We are on 46C.
I am open to any and all suggestions....Thank-You.

    Hello Tom,
Best way is to use the SAP standard BAPI "BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE". So that for the long run SAP will support the functionality. If you go with BDC then we don't know what enhancement is going to come in the future??
    Thanks,
