GR shows as available though invoices are processsed more than G R . MR11

Hi experts
I have a query , There are more invoices processed against A PO than Goods receipted.All invoices have been paid
All GR have been done MR11
An invoice got paid after MR11 was done
If we try to process another invoice the GRs show as available
My understanding was that once MR11 was done for GRs they wouldn't be available to process against them anymore
Is that correct or other wise what is the functionality of it .

Thanks for your comments. I think nobody expects Sun to write everything including special features for its components. But I do think Sun should provide at least those standard user-friendly features for the GUI components because most users have been used to the GUI user-friendly features provided by Win95 and Access/Excel applications. Then this will help us to productively create applications to beat MS applications.
Other wise like me, to get the existing GUI features, existed in old MS Access application, for our migrated Java application, I must re-create the GUI components library first which is a big burden to me at least, for others it might be fun for coding on their own from scratch, but I have to focus on the timing of project.
If you really can pass the request to Sun and push them move a bit, please pass these words: before Sun starts to revise them, please play around window GUI, e.g., Access/Excel applications, then plan what to do, the bottom line is to equally match or better than them in FUNCTIONALITY(Look and feel is not my focus here). Don't ignore the influence of Windows regardless of you hate it or love it, the reality is most users are so familiar with windows GUI features which are accepted as industry standard. Thus the choice is to match or better to beat them. Don't make your car by closing your door, don't assume users will like what you come out in a closed room.

Report to show me how many invoices are being processed by users

Hi,
I am currently working as a Accounts Payable Supervisor and I would like to run a report to show me how many invoices are being processed by users in my team.
Currently I am using Transaction F.98 (Posted Docs by user report), but this report includes posting from intercompany so all users will have duplicate invoices showing on this report.
Is there any other report I could run to get the result I am after?

Hello Alex,
You can also use the GL line item report (FBL3N) with the offsetting accounts (for example GR/IR A/c) which would be posted while posting the invoice. You can display the results with User Name and also can create a layout of your own which can be used time and again.

Movie Rentals, Are there More than 150?

Would really like to buy an AppleTV, but where are the movies?
Did a Power Search for All Possible Movie Rentals. Could only see 150 on the list.
Are there more than 150?
Is it me or is this the entire list of movies available to rent?

It is confusing...as far as I understand there are movies that are available on your ATV (both SD and HD) and there are movies that are available on iTunes. Of course the 2 lists overlap to a great extent but I believe that there are some movies available on iTunes that are not available on ATV (conversely I think that all of the SD movies available on ATV ARE/ARE available on iTunes). To confuse things more you can only rent HD movies from the ATV not on iTunes.
Hope I haven't made things more confusing.
Bottom line though- if you like to rent movies ATV is great- I love it.

You can display more podcasts on your page, go to the main podcast page and then launch Inspector, next go to the RSS tab, In the Blog section, increase the Number of Excerpts to Show. This will increase the number of podcasts that you can display.

In the substitution you can use the option EXIT
click on the help and go from there:
In table T80D you have to assign the exit name
There are example ABAP's the standard one yopu have to replace in the table with a z version.
Perhaps an other option is to de redesign from you substitutins, by using perhaps set's

I have tried updating to mavericks through the mac app store but after it downloading for a day i got an error message saying there was a problem with the download. The same thing happens if i try to update itunes or the mac app store. After research, i have also tried repairing disk permissions, but every time they do get repaired the 'repair' button still appears, i'm not sure if it's because it was unable to repair the initial problems or if it just keeps detecting new ones.

2 GBs is a minimum in which you can do many things, but not concurrently. Be very careful to not install third-party add-ons, limit the number of applications you choose to enter in Login Items, run as few applications concurrently as you demand.
I would consider adding more RAM to your computer. Your model supports 8 GBs, so I would install that.

Then the (App) tabs from that window are lost unless you can restore an older copy of the sessionstore.js file (Time Machine?) that has that lost window.

how can i write a query which displays the records records which are coming more than once on the basis of fields comp_id and branch_id. e.g. 1000 | 1 should be displayed because it is coming more than once. 1000 | 3 should not be, because it has a single entry.

Are there more than 2 photo book sizes in Elements 13?

I downloaded Elements 13 as a trial and started creating a photo book. When doing so, I only see the Print locally option (no Shuterfly or other online services), and it only shows 2 print sizes, 297x210mm and 300x300mm). I would like to print a photo book using letter size paper in a portrait orientation. The first size scales easily to a letter size page, but is in a landscape orientation. While I can rotate each layer and graphic, I do not appear to be able to rotate the background itself. I purchased a full license and was expecting to be able to download additional content, but the Update feature says I am up to date. I downloaded a fresh copy from the purchase screen and reinstalled it, but I see no differences.
Are there more photo book templates, graphics, etc. available? If so, how do I go about getting them? If not, how do I either rotate the one template or create a new template in the correct orientation?

This third part applications are nice but obviously can be confusing.
As far as I know all Toshiba notebooks have two memory slots. Some old models have had one slot only so on your Qosmio you cannot use more than 2 RAM modules.
According notebook specification maximum RAM for this machine is 8GB so you are already on maximum.

Payment wizard, Invoice devided on more than one bank

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
our costumer has the following problem:
By using the payment wizard for creditors you have the possibility to choose banks from which the payments will be transferred. This happens in step 5 of 9.
You can insert the desired amount of every bank and choose the order of the banks by using arrows:
For Example: The costumer has a credit of 10.000 u20AC from bank1, from bank2 he has a credit of 20.000 u20AC, on bank3 there is no credit and on bank4 he has 1.000.000 u20AC credit.
The costumer wants to use now the credit from bank1 and 3 first now, of course not the bank2 and for the rest of the payment he wants to use the bank4.
To transact like this the relevant amounts are included and the sequence bank1-bank2-bank4 is chosen (bank3 is not ticked). In step 6 of 9 the open items of all deliverers will be displayed.
The payment method for every invoice was already calculated by Business One. In this step some invoices are excluded which should not be payed because of different reasons.
Now the problem occurs: After excluding some invoices there is no new calculation which invoice should be payed from which bank. That means that if the invoices which were put out of the system occasionally had the payment terms bank1 or 2 the payment of this two banks (which was 10.000 u20AC and 20.000 u20AC) is now reduced. The amount of the reduction is the amount of the excluded invoices.
Our costumer wants following:
The distribution of the payment should be only done when the open items were controlled ( maybe some invoices are excluded here).
If you want to use the credits on the banks completely you only have the possibility to create a payment separate for all banks.
That means triple effort for this example.

Invoice split for more than 1001 preceding documents

Hello to all,
We are trying to create one billing document based on 2600 delivery notes using collective billing program SDBILLDL, but instead of creating one billing document program creates 3 documents. So something is influencing that split, I think it could be very large number of preceding documents, because first two document are created on the basis of 1001 preceding delivery notes and third is the rest of 898.
I tried to compare those splited invoices but there is no reason why they are created. In delivery relate billing copy control, we use our custom routine based on routine 007 with filling VBRK-ZUKRI filed, and that filed is the same for all 3 document, also all other VBRK fields that can cause split are the same.
I also try to think maybe this is because of FI interface but there is a summation in that area, for BSEG.
Is this standard SAP behaviour in delivery related billing, or generally in SD billing that one can not create one billing document based on more than 1001 preceding documents?
We are using SAP ERP 4.7C with SAP_APPL support package SAPKH47033

Thank you Ivano, I fount that limit in SD_COLLECTIVE_RUN_EXECUTE function module, but I do not understand why did program took in process 1001 preceding document, maybe there is a bug or something.
But never mind, thank you for the OSS note, because I couldn't find anything regarding that on OSS.

I would disconnect the email on your phone...
And reconnect again and if it still does that go on an actual computer, log on and delete the mails with ease...

A photo exists in only one event. However, it can be in multiple albums, slideshows, books, etc. without taking up any additional disk space.
If you truly have duplicates in iPhoto, not as viewed via the Finder you can use one of these applications to identify and remove duplicate photos from an iPhoto Library:
iPhoto Library Manager - $29.95
Duplicate Cleaner for iPhoto - free
Duplicate Annihilator - $7.95 - only app able to detect duplicate thumbnail files or faces files when an iPhoto 8 or earlier library has been imported into another.
PhotoSweeper - $9.95 - This app can search by comparing the image's bitmaps or histograms thus finding duplicates with different file names and dates.
DeCloner - $19.95 - can find dupicates in iPhoto Libraries or in folders on the HD.
Some users have reported that PhotoSweeper did the best in finding all of the dups in their library: i photo has duplicated many photos, how...: Apple Support Communities.
If you have an iPhone and have it set to keep the normal photo when shooting HDR photos the two image files that are created will be duplicates in a manner of speaking (same image) but the only diplicate finder app that detected the iPhone HDR and normal photos as being duplicates was PhotoSweeper. None of the other apps detected those two files as being duplicates as they look for file name as well as other attributes and the two files from the iPhone have diffferent file names.
iPLM, however, is the best all around iPhoto utility as it can do so much more than just find duplicates. IMO it's a must have tool if using iPhoto.
